What a fabulous find. We loved this oasis in the heart of Ubud. Walking distance to everything. Very pretty and hidden away. Fantastic staff and service. Absolutely wonderful to come back to relax in the tranquility of the pool after sightseeing. Breakfasts wonderful. Highly recommend

Stayed in this Boutique Hotel for 3 nights in August 2023. Everything was tip top. Warm and kind staff working here. Mins walk to the town for shopping! Lovely stay!

We were in Ubud for 4 nights and stayed in 11 on Kajeng. We received a very friendly welcome. It is a small complex of villas. The complex is very clean, has a bar area and a pool to relax. You can be in the center of town within a 10 minute walk and you still have plenty of shopping nearby. Our villa was very clean and cleaned daily. What you need to know, but this is normal in Bali, is the high humidity and therefore the damp smell. Breakfast is varied (5 choices). We felt very good and can recommend it anytime. See you soon!

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful boutique hotel in central Ubud! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and the massages were simply amazing. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Ubud. It's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy all that this amazing city has to offer!

The most incredible hotel. Fantastic location - so close to the centre of Ubud but so peaceful and also such an easy walk out to the rice fields. Service is impeccable and also happy to WhatsApp so everything can be done at your convenience. Rooms are gorgeous and bed so comfy. Even got a cake and sang Happy Birthday for my partner's birthday - not a single complaint about this hotel

I love this boutique hotel in central Ubud. The massages were some of the best I've ever had, and the breakfast was a feast for the senses.

Stayed in the premier sunset village for 5 nights and it was stunning in every aspect!

Location: perfect. Ubud is obviously busy and the hotel is only a short walk from the hustle and bustle - but it really feels a world away. Turn left out the hotel and its 10 mins via a market to Ubud, and turn right, it’s minutes from rice fields. Amazing

Staff: super friendly and attentive. They noticed it was my birthday from my passport and brought cake with breakfast!

Room: huge and always well looked after by the team

Value for money: genuine luxury experience for a fraction of the cost you’d pay in Europe

We’ve just had an amazing time at 11 on Kajeng. It’s the perfect place to disconnect form the noisy and crazy Ubud but at the same time it has a perfect location.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly and they cared about every detail to made for us the perfect holidays.

Right from the booking to the check out, everything went very well and smooth. They were very prompt on WhatsApp to answer any questions that I had also arranged a bike for me. I stay there with my husband on the for three nights.

The staff was warm and very inviting. Every time they saw us they ask us about our day or the breakfast that was served etc.which I feel is really sweet!

We stayed at the sunset deluxe villa. Id say it was a vibe!
The bed was very comfortable too. Loved the pool and it’s size. The cute fishes at the entry, the continuous water fall in the pool or the water flow in path way sounded so soothing! Surely will calm you!

The location is a big plus!

We had 4 amazing nights here in the sunset pool villa, it was just beautiful. I couldn't fault anything, beautiful large room, outside shower and bath, huge bed, and to come back to our own pool was luxury. Breakfast is served to your room it was delicious, the grounds are beautiful and all an easy walk to the main street. Oh and a few minutes you are in the rice fields. Mertha and his team were so kind and helpful, I would 100% recommend.

The hotel is amazing, amazing room with a private swimming pool, really calm and cozy, beds are so comfy, We open the curtain the next day our breakfast was ready next to pool for us.

Wow 11 on Kajeng is everything I could’ve hoped for on our trip to Ubud. There are only 5 rooms at this resort and the attention to detail is unparalleled. Everyday we messaged the staff our choice of breakfast - which is homemade and AMAZING. The staff felt like family. The rooms are clean and gorgeous. The hotel itself is beautiful, in the jungle. Oh and the location is perfect. We rented our bikes and scheduled massages through the hotel and so happy we did. They are experts and trustworthy. I hope to be back soon.

PS. We are now at the St Regis in Nusa Dua and I would do anything to go back to 11 on Kajeng. Being at a huge hotel with a continental breakfast buffet feels ordinary, compared to being at 11 on Kajeng which was a magical experience.

Stayed for 5 nights with my husband on our honeymoon and it was truly one of the most magical stays I've had. We stayed in the deluxe sunset villa and the value is incredible for the level of service we received. The hotel itself is beautiful and our room specifically was gorgeous. The hotel staff was so attentive and friendly, literally everyone addressed me by name every morning before we left and every evening when we returned. I loved being able to choosing a different breakfast style each morning and having it catered exactly to our liking and brought to us poolside. We also had one night where our room was beautifully decorated with honeymoon flowers and a flower bath. Overall, the hotel just does such a wonderful job personalizing your stay and making it special.

The only thing I would note is that there are a few set of stairs to reach the hotel lobby and rooms so handicapped folks may need to consider this before booking. But otherwise, I would recommend everyone get the chance to experience this wonderful place!

What a place! A beautiful, stylish and peaceful hotel, with a great location in central Ubud, only a few mins walk from the rice fields and shops/restaurants. The thing that makes this property so special is the staff, Mertha and the team are always just a WhatsApp message away to arrange anything you need to make this a memorable stay, nothing was too much trouble and they really go out of their way. Couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough and already excited for my next trip back.

The staff were amazing and attentive, nothing was too much for them. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The cocktails were delicious and we were able to enjoy them in our private pool sunset villa.
Of all the places we stayed in Bali - and there's been many - 11 on Kajeng unreservedly takes the top spot on our favourites list! We will be back!

I got this place recommended by a friend of mine, and well, I absolutely don't regret following her advice and staying at this quiet, beautiful, and relaxing "Home away from Home. "

The location is very central, yet isolated enough to find your peace at night and during the day. The staff (and the owners) are really welcoming and helpful. The wifi is very good (this one is important to me).

I rarely stay at a place for a week and end up looking back at it with nostalgia.but in this case, I do.

All in all, super happy with the time I spent here. Will definitely come back here next time I'm in Ubud.

Imagine a culture-packed day in beautiful Ubud, the sun going down, your feet ready for some rest. On days like these, you're going to be thanking yourself for choosing 11 on Kajeng. I sure did. Just a nice stroll from Ubud Palace, this boutique hotel was so much more then I expected. It was just wonderful to come back here and relax, being helped by the friendliest staff and the owners are this really cute couple that is always ready to help out (or even hang out, in my case!) Everything is just beautiful, and very high quality — slept like a baby, then awoke for a quick dip in the pool and another wonderful day in Ubud; this was a lucky find!

Words can't describe the perfect elegance and comfortable feeling one has staying at 11 on Kajeng. From the atypical Bali decor which is refreshing and gorgeous, to the amazing staff and comforts afforded, I felt like a queen. And the food. Oh my gosh, simply sublime. The minute you walk into this hotel you are in a stunning oasis. All of the little touches in the rooms are so thoughtful. The decor is beautiful. The beds are extremely comfortable and I had a very peaceful nights sleep. I highly recommend this place to stay during your time in Ubud. The villas have private pools and spacious rooms. The common pool is the perfect place to unwind. Walking distance to all the best shopping and dining in Ubud. 11 on Kajeng is one of those hotels that will stick with you long after you leave. After a busy day exploring Bali, you are welcomed back to a quiet, serene, luxurious retreat. The property is tucked behind the busy streets of Ubud and you'll be transported to your own little paradise once you walk up the stairs. The design of the property and rooms is mesmerizing, each detail more beautiful and unique than the last. Our room was beyond comfortable, my husband and I loved the romantic and charming feel. A whole group of us stayed here for a birthday party and it was one of the best experiences we have ever had. All the staff were amazing, the villas are stunning and the breakfast rounded off the perfect night. The location is about as perfect as you can get.

"11 on Kajeng" is precisely that sort of find, and the owners Bina and Tom have polished their homely brand of attentive hospitality into a rare and understated masterpiece. Here is a connoisseurs' boutique - nestled between the unassuming backstreets of Ubud, and elegantly positioned to deliver you from the tumult of the outside world.

We stayed a few nights in the 'Premier Sunset Villa' and found them to be small oases of calm. Sumptuous interiors that would find themselves at home among London's finest, or perhaps aboard the Orient Express, convey the feeling that no detail has been left un-thought, and no mindful moment un-considered.

Tearing oneself away from this comfortable isolation is warranted, if only to enjoy the upper reaches of the public pool. A few steps up, this outdoor area is dappled with magnificent golden hues as the setting sun filters through the tropical leaves of the garden.

Stayed here for 7 nights recently and loved everything about it. Lushly landscaped, nice pool, well decorated rooms, comfortable beds, and very clean. Very flexible with meeting any dietary needs for breakfast, will serve in room or in common area. All staff is 100% committed to your stay. They will even arrange for motorbikes to be dropped off and picked up for you. Nice spa located next door. Great food close by. Will gladly return!

The location is just a 5 minute stroll from the hustle & bustle of Ubud, but it’s location is wonderfully quiet.

What really makes this place special is the team. Nothing is too much trouble. Mertha & his team made us feel really special, and get 5* service just right.

I stayed at 11 on Kajeng in November with three of my friends and we couldn't have been happier. The place is beautiful, the staff are kind, attentive and always available. The location is down a narrow road that leads to the beautiful rice paddy fields where we came across one of out favourite restaurants in Ubud called Sweet Orange Warung. The design of the place is stunning. All the intricate details in the rooms, the bathrooms and those dotted around the place make for a unique location to relax in. The staff were great, providing us with packed breakfasts when we left early on tours and were just a joy to be able to talk with. They were extremely knowledgeable of the area and you can book tours through them if you don't feel comfortable booking with random people in the streets. The breakfast was also yummy!

Though the accommodation is tucked away a little, it is very close to the hustle and bustle of central Ubud. Far enough for some peace and calm whilst close enough to be able to walk into town with all it's restaurants, bars and attractions. I highly recommend 11 on Kajeng.

Great boutique villa with an amazing helpful and homely team which helped us and were on top of everything throughout our stay.

With laundry from their friends, helping rent a bike at the lowest cost, arranging pickup from the airport, huge range of take out local food from the area and massage and spa next door and buckets of bintangs - what a great experience. And all these additionals were super cheap for the luxury and service they provided.
They don't have full time kitchen but they served some great breakfast every morning. The villa was one of the best villas I've ever stayed at - we picked the one with the private pool.

Such a beautiful small hotel, close to the centre of town. Interesting breakfasts with lots of fruit! Friendly and helpful staff helped us plan a number of day trips.

This place is simply amazing! From the location, to the ambiance, to the amenities, and all the way down to the hospitality and attention to detail. My wife and I stayed here at their sunset deluxe villa for two (unfortunately short) days and we wish we could have stayed another week! The receptionists were incredibly helpful and respectful. They took our luggage into the room immediately and before we even finished checking in. And they welcomed us with a small yet sweet honeymoon surprise inside our private villa. The villa itself is tastefully decorated. The bed is large, king size I believe. There is a couch in one corner and an office desk right under then suspended flat screen smart TV. The bathroom is spacious, clean, and elegant. I loved how they kept the shower and bathtub in a small foyer outside the bathroom so you have a bit of an outdoorsy feel as you shower or take a dip. But the best part is the private pool in front of a small porch, complete with two recliners, a large square umbrella, and a wooden round table with a couple of matching wooden chairs. What's more, they deliver breakfast right to the porch table for a convenient and homey feel. The day after we checked in, they toured us around Bali and brought us back to the Spa we booked and appointment with the night prior. All in all, a very positive experience for us and we will definitely be coming back in the future! Kudos to Sir Mertha and Sir Agung for a wonderful job as our hosts! Terima kasih!
