AMNAYA Resort Kuta

Excellent hotel with great facilities and amazing staff, highly recommend.

Rooms- clean, modern, shower could have had more pressure, towels and toiletries were really nice.

Facilities- we used the pool which was 10/10, poolside service was also good. Restaurant food was plentiful, especially breakfast although service could take a while when busy.

Staff-11/10 we had to change rooms during our stay and the staff were extremely apologetic and even gave us a voucher to use in the hotel which meant we had one nights dinner free. All the staff were great especially Dee, Ratna, Kresna and Candra. If I ever visit Kuta again I’ll 100% stay here.

Coba booking langsung ke websitenya. Namun karena ketersediaan bed, saya dapat yang king size. Tipe kamar saya adalah Amnaya dengan bathub dan balko n.

Tempat tidurnya nyaman.

Staff hotel ramah dan sangat membantu sekali.

Sayangnya lokasi di dalam gang sehingga akses dengan kendaraan lain harus bergantian. Tapiiii ada sisi positifnya, jauuh dari kata hingar bingar, Gess, Ga ada dentuman musik atw keriuhan di jalan.

Juga lokasi hotel dekat dengan discovery mall.

Hotel ini rekomen sangat bagi keluarga, karena anak2 bisa berenang di kolam kecil sepuasnya.

Selain itu ada afternoon tea nya juga lho setiap hari. Free untuk semua tamu hotel.

The hotel is good specially the room with the bathtub. The bed is so comfortable. The location is in Kota and you can find everything nearby. The roof was leaking in my room so it has been upgraded to the room that has a bathtub by (Nagurah) many thanks for him. The staff is nice but sometimes they get late to response and they apologize too much. I asked for an iron machine and they provide it after a day and half. Also, they forgot to empty out the trash drums. The towels are so stinky. The breakfast is a set menu not buffet that's what I didn't mostly like in this hotel also I didn't like this hotel and even I asked them for a cup of cappuccino and they said I have to pay for that!

I didn't like the view from the balcony also.

Exceeded our expectations on every aspect. Septi, the receptionist knows how to handle difficult situations very well and came up with excellent solution. The entire staff is so well coordinated and almost as if they’re choreographed. And they all always look so happy to work there Love, love, love their traditional outfit - they look so elegant in them even the male staff.

Breakfast is always something delicious to look forward too. I also really like the aesthetic of the hotel - nice little gestures everywhere: from the live performance of traditional music, to the free afternoon tea. Spotless clean, top quality linen, and beautiful furniture.

It’s definitely one of the best hotel I’ve stayed at (and I’ve stayed plenty across Asia and Americas).

It’s very clean and modern hotel. The staff is really friendly. 5mins from the beach. Also breakfast is very good with multiple choices.

Great stay in Kuta! Very clean, delicious breakfast with many options and friendly staff (Desale, Aussi, Widi and Darma). Also the place is very close to the airport, waterpark, beachwalk mall and discovery mall.

I had a great experience here. The staff (Septi, Widi, Manik) were very friendly and the service was great. The location was very good and the breakfast was very tasty. I will visit again next time.

The room is sooo cozy & comfortable. The chair and lounge bed on the balcony pool-facing is perfect to spend your afternoon chilling, having afternoon tea or even for working. Peaceful surrounding. You can slightly hear therapeutic music from the balcony perfecting the whole ambience. Huge stand-alone bathtub which I love.
Access going to the hotel can be a bit tricky if you’re driving and not very familiar with the area. Parking quite limited too. But unless you’re planning to go in and out multiple times a day driving yourself, I don’t see it being a major problem. I don’t feel like leaving my room or the whole facility once am back in the room.

Great hotel with affordable price, but a bit noisy because of the connecting door. They got amazing spa here!

It's lovely to stay here, located very close to Kuta beach, this place is amazing! The interior is nice, cozy and spacy. The room is so big you literally can run around, the bed is comfy, balcony is nice for easy sitting with a nice cup of tea. Staff are too friendly, and the price is unbelievable cheap. It a great experience to stay here.

Hotelnya bagus, stafnya ramah, makanannya juga enak. Cuma ada sedikit yg disuka aja. Channel tv dikamar cuma ada 9 dan dapet kamar paling pojok dekat pintu darurat. Jadi pemandangannya cuma ruangan kosong gitu.

I'm having a good time here, with small hiccups on my wastafel but they fixed it very soon.
The breakfast was nice, the staff was helpful and friendly, and our room as quiet. It's also close with the city central, so ordering food or car was easy.
It was a pleasant stay for me.

Stayed here for one night.
One word I’d describe it is AMAZING.

Kamarnya luas. Lagi harga diskon jadi super worth it. Suasana super calming, desain simple tapi memiliki perpaduan warna dan bentuk yg unik. Pelayanan bagus dan ramah. Cuma mungkin parkir aja yg lumayan sempit, tapi karena di valley jd aman sentosa.

Hotelnya nyaman, handuknya juga bersih. Pelayanan juga ramah dan nyaman. Mungkin yang kurang tempat parkirnya perlu dibenahi lagi, sangat susah untuk memarkirkan mobil karena tata kelola parkirnya kurang memuaskan.

Saya pesan junior suite. Kamarnya luas dan bagus. Ada teras juga. Kamar mandinya juga oke anak2 suka sekali dengan bathtub nya. Tapi sayang kamar yang saya pesan menghadap ke waterboom yang dari review saya baca banyak yang komplain karena suara berisik. Tapi mungkin karena masih pandemi dan kami seharian keluar jalan2 jadi kami tidak terganggu dengan ini. Saat saya minta ganti ke kamar dengan tipe yang sama tapi pool view, staf resepsionis menginfokan bahwa untuk kamar junior suites memang tidak banyak yg menghadap ke pool justru yg banyak menghadap ke pool adalah tipe kamar Deluxe yang rate nya dibawah Junior Suites. Sayang sekali. Lalu yg kedua, awalnya saya ingin memesan room only saja, namun setelah melihat review tentang breakfast nya yang sangat cantik sekali dan banyak pilihan, saya tergoda akhirnya saya memesan paket kamar dengan breakfast dengan selisih harga kurang lebih150rb/hari jika dibandingkan dengan yang room only. Tapi sayang sekali saat sarapan ternyata tidak banyak pilihan. Di buku menu tertulis pilihan set untuk per orang tapi pada kenyataannya untuk makanan utama disuruh pilih salah satu saja: (dan tidak ada kue2 jajanan seperti yg saya lihat di review, porsinya juga relatif sedikit. Minumannya juga hanya ada teh dan kopi (mungkin sedang pengurangan karena pandemi) tapi kalau seterusnya masih seperti ini sepertinya saya akan mempertimbangkan untuk pesan makanan dari luar saja: (selebihnya saya suka apalagi kamarnya ️️

Hotel yg unik, desain kamar yg tidak umum tmpt tidur dibuat menyatu dengan bath tube sangat artistik.
Dan kamar juga sangat luas untuk ukuran di kuta

Hari pertama saat sampai awalnya hujan besar dan diinformasikan saat akan check ini ada masalah pada kamar yang kami pesan, jadi kami diberikan kamar tipe lain terlebih dahulu selama satu malam dan sebagai gantinya, kami diberikan complimentary dari hotelnya. Kebetulah saya dan pasangan tidak merasa keberatan dengan hal tersebut.

Kamar yang kami pesan adalah Amnaya Room yang memiliki bath tub di dalam kamar nya. Ruangan kamar sangat besar, tersedia balkon dan juga daybed di balkon nya, yang tentunya membuat staycation kami lebih menyenangkan.

Setiap satu hari sekali ada room service yang membersihkan kamar dan juga merefill segala amenities yang habis terpakai.

Kami juga mencoba sarapan di restoran hotel, tipe breakfast di sini bukan berupa buffet, tetapi set menu ala carte, tentunya ini juga memberikan kualitas yang lebih baik pada makanan yang kami terima.

Secara keseluruhan saya dan pasangan sangat menikmati staycation kami di hotel ini.

Hidden gem in Kuta

Mudah di jangkau walau Tidak berada di pinggir jalan sehingga suasana relatif tenang dan tidak berisik.
Kamar yang luas dengan bath tub dan balkon yang mengarah ke pool.
Staff yang ramah dan sangat membantu.

Our first hotel in Bali was Amnaya Resorts and I must say it was really good if to compare to other places we stayed at.
It has very good spa.
Rooms are cleaned and staff is so cool. They aware very polite and helpful.
For the break recommend you to try granola and mashed avocado on the toast if you like healthy food. Also, you can take away if you can’t eat everything you ordered, this feature is very cool, because you can have a breakfast and a snack after it and you don’t need to pay for a snack:)

Hotel is just next to Watterbom park just be aware of that before booking it can be noisy depending on what side of hotel you are on.

The rooms are spacious and have really nice layout. The toilet shower are not sectioned off in seperate room more like cubicle with door and curtain.

Breakfast each morning is a treat the staff are wonderful and very attentive. If you need anything there is always someone willing to

The pool is small but does what a pool is supposed to do:) it’s hours are 7am to 7pm not ideal after exploring Kuta in the warm sun and wanting an evening swim.

Overall this hotel is close enough to everything or can give you what you need. Great hotel

This hotel is truly amazing!

My girlfriend and I stayed four days, we had room 630. The whole hotel and room is beautifully setup.
Bed is huge, in the centre of the room.

Balcony has two chairs and an outside bed!

The shower and loo are glass sections of the room. It's a little unusual but it's okay.
Very new experience to us!
My girlfriend loved the full size bath in the room.

Only item is our room backed on the waterpark which is noisy in the day but you can shut the door and it's fine.

The hotel itself is down a laneway off the main plaza road, which is convenient, yet makes the hotel a hidden oasis, having no doors but a large open lobby. Behind is an open restaurant and near by a large pool, although not extremely wide, more a lounging pool than a contemporary pool.

Upstairs is a gym and spa. I highly recommend the spa, my girlfriend and I went twice. The 90 minute Balinese massage was amazing!

The hotel is very modern, clean and really relaxing place for a few days getaway, while offering the craziness of kuta.

The staff are extremely helpful and tended to our every need, smiling and so happy to work there.

The breakfast is a la carte, ordering from three sets of items, cereal/cold, hot dish such as western eggs or Asian and coffee and juice. All the utmost quality, although the Balinese interpretation of some western egg dishes has little twists.

For airport pickup the hotel if notified will for a small fee have their driver pick you up.

Totally love the place! We went for a honeymoon trip and the hotel gave us a free upgrade to the biggest suite! There were free painting classes every Thursday and it is located very near Waterbom Bali. There's a nearby mall called Discovery Mall and if you are willing to walk, 15 minutes walk will bring you to Kuta beach and Beach walk mall.
