A 5 Star Deserving Resort! Had fun there. I recently stayed at an amazing resort that exceeded all expectations! The hospitality was top-notch, making me feel like a VIP throughout my stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, from the rooms to the common areas. The staff's service was outstanding, always attentive and friendly. I can't wait to return for another memorable experience! Highly recommended!

As a newly wed who got our wedding done in ayana.we have lots of fun and everyone was friendly and professional. From the ayana team themselves we can feel at ease which makes us feels relieved:) they also have private beach, few restaurants

I had propose my fiancee in Sami Sami restaurant at Ayana Resort. And I have to say that manager Mr. ARSANA and his team over satisfy my requests and expectations. Everything was PERFECT, BRILLIANT, AMAZING, I dont have word to express how good everything was. Just as I planed. Service was 6 out of 5 stars. Food was great, we had a pizza, cod filet, caprese salad and some desserts. Realy recommend to try that.
The attention to the details really impressed me. Thanks to Mr. Arsana and his proffessional team to satisfy all my requests.

I would realy recommend Arsana resort if not for accommodation, but at least for food and views, You will be pleasantly surprised how good service can be in Indonesia

Need to arrange your own transport beforehand. Otherwise the hotel charges 300,000 to go to airport. Or they help u to get a taxi. And the taxi driver won't use meter. But try to get u pay 400,000. We booked from klook. Which costs us 150,000 to the airport. Be smart when u travel. The resort wise. Was good. Staff super friendly. Breakfast is not go great at ayana. Go rimba instead. Better food in terms of taste. Rock bar is overrated in my opinion. Booked via hotel when we checked in. Got a sofa bed like seating along the coast. Not the actual rock bar bar area. If I knew how that was like. I won't brother. The beach side pool is the best place for insta picture. You can literally laying on the edge of the pool and the staff won't stop you for safety reason. The seafood restaurant next to rockbar offers free entry salad, soup and rice to go with your seafood. So do have to order too much food.we ordered a fish.and 150g clam. Which was enough for two. And cost around 60aud in total. The Chinese restaurant in rimba was good too. Don't order fancy ablone. Just normal dishes won't cost you a fortune. The breakfast restaurant in rimba also servers lunch and dinner. With lunch they offer free bread. That is surprisingly nice. Taste a bit like Indian naan.again don't order too much. Leave room for the bread.

Beautiful, but that's it. No fun to be had here. Forget pina colodas at sunset by the pool. The pools close at 7. Got to the pool at 6 and the pool side bar was closed, wasn't allowed to bring anything to the pool from the bar below. The waterslide was also closed sometime before 6. Went to get a massage with my boyfriend and they tried to put us in separate rooms. If we're at a resort booking a massage together, we want a couples massage! It's an extra $40 to be in the same room together fyi. It's was about $200 each for a massage. I don't mind the price really, but this place is just so limiting. I'm here to let go and have fun, after all.

Beautiful location, wonderful staff. Only gripe is Western priced everything where the staff are paid very little.
The Rock Bar is cool, but the queues (hordes) of visitors not staying here, but shoving and yelling while wielding douche wands (selfie sticks) and taking millions of fake natural poses is gag worthy. Frequently while wearing matching his and hers pyjamas.

Rock Bar needs a NO DAGS dress code to try to retain some sort of cool atmosphere.
Please ban selfies, or have a 5 picture limit.

Other than that, if you have cash to burn this place is great.

OMG. YES, YES, YES! Traveled here from the americas and did one of Ayana’s massage, thalassotherapy, etc packages and it was AWESOME. I still reminisce on the experience after some time, and whenever one of my buddies that attended with me brings it up.it’s an INSTANT immersive flashback to the entire experience at Ayana and how it will never be forgotten. THIS IS WORTH THE PRICE. If you’re contemplating whether it’s worth the money, JUST DO IT! Their thalassotherapy pool was the highlight honestly and it’s CRITICAL to hit it at sunset like they advise.suchhhhhh a different experience than any other time of time

Not sure where I should begin. Stayed at the Ayana Resort November 14th and the 15th. Throughout all of our travels in Bali this resort was by far the worst two nights of our visit! There advertising is completely false and deceitful. They claim to have 12 swimming pools but that is only true if you count the pools at there sister property that you must take a tram (diesel powered bus). Some of these pools are only for children as well. Then there most photogenic pool they advertise is a cellphone/camera free area. Be careful as well all pools close at 7pm besides the main pool which closes at 8pm. There famous Rock Bar is only open from 4pm to 7pm and they allow outside visitors to eat and drink there so expect extremely long, miserable lines, if you get in. Because of the outside visitors everything on the facility is roped off and as a guest you must go over the top of these roped off areas to enter. The picturesque beach they advertise is not available for guest use. You must ride the diesel powered tram to the beach that is far away and has its hours of operations. This beach is suppose to be rock free but it is not. To get out to the floating dock you must bounce off of the waves and sharp rocks that are the surface of this beach. The quality of this hotel was subpar and lots of things were falling apart. There is nothing close by and once you are on the resort you are trapped there with there expensive drinks and food. The staff did try to accommodate when we informed them the issues but we should of just left and booked elsewhere. All-in-all this hotel was beyond awful, there is nothing authentic about it and it was an awful way to end our last two days in Bali. Beware!

Highly recommend for those looking for a relaxing getaway.
Stayed here a few nights with my fiancé and it was amazing, it is a bit pricey but it’s worthwhile if you get out of your room and really take in the different pools and facilities they have to offer. The customer service is definitely one the best in the world. We were lucky to have Dika who had assisted myself on a romantic dinner to propose to my partner, his photography skills and service was impiciable!
We stayed here in October and it was nice because everything wasn’t compact as it would of been during the busy season.

One of the most luxurious, serene and beautiful properties in Bali. What I liked the most about this resort is the vast area it owns besides a private beach. The resort itself is situated in a cliff which gives it a unique setting. Resort's open air Rock bar is famous amongst the tourists and records a high footfall.
My recommendation: #visit the bar at sunset since the seating area offers a spectacular view of the sun setting in the Indian ocean. #Also, opt for stay in the property if you wish to spend time amidst the serene nature abundant in the resort. No running around for sight seeing.

The AYANA Resort and Spa is a very nice resort and location is amazing. I stayed there for 10 days with my wife for our 2nd yr anniversary. The staff around the whole resort from the pool areas to the restaurants and shuttle services are amazing and some of the best around the world as my wife and i travel a lot. THEN you come to the most disgusting service I've ever experienced at the front desk and reservation team at the main lobby at AYANA. All the staff and management care about in the main lobby is $$$, they are so obsessed by the $$$ they don't attend to your needs or consider any requests unless $$$ are involved. AYANA staff & management at the main lobby ruin the resort for all other great staff across the resort. My wife and i will never ever return to this resort nor will we recommend it to any family and friends.
