We stayed here for 2 night with our kids and overall we enjoy our stay here.
Pros:
- The room is clean, tidy, with private balcony with daybed looking to the big pond and garden. The bed is comfy and big enough for us and the kids.
-The amenities is standard (soap, shampoo, and all basic that you need during your stay). The soap is not fully refill, so we run out on our first day. They also provide slippers, but there are no bathrobe.
- The atmosphere with tropical garden and big pond inside the resort is very nice. We can see the birds, duck, squirrels around the resort. The resort garden is quite big and nice to walk around.
- The pool is big, the water is warm and many activities you can do around the resort. We enjoy the cycling and everything.
- The breakfast is delicious, there are so many option and they changed some of the menu for each day. They have many menus for breakfast that you can choose.
- The staff is very friendly and I can see they already work for many years for the resort.
- The bathroom with shower, bathtub and everything just renovated and clean. The water pressure is good.
- The Beach is clean and not too crowded. The wave in the morning more calm than in the afternoon. Many daybed and sitting area in front of the resort.

Cons:
- There are no phone inside of the room so I call the front office through my cell phone.
- There are no room service to be expected. You cannot order or book anything from your room. You have to walk to the reception if you need anything.
- On the first night we smell a cigaratte smoke in our room, its very disappointed. We called the reception and they said it might come from the balcony. We sit in the balcony but there are nothing there. We smell it inside of our rooms, everytime we turned the AC, its smeels really bad. So we choose to not turn it on and sleep with really hot weather on first night.
- There are a renovation next door, so we hear the pounding sound all day. Its a little bit bothering if you can't sleep with pounding sound.
- on the second day we notice the worker in the renovation is smoking next door. But glad on the second day the AC didn't smell like cigarate smoke so we are able to turn it on. I really hate the smell of cigarate smoke thats why this very bothering me.
- The corridor is very old.consider the Hotel building is very old too.

Proses reservasi direct booking melalui websitenya sebenarnya tidak ada masalah. Lancar sampai proses pembayaran & notifikasi email atau WA juga baik (Deposit 1 malam untuk reservasi dan sisanya waktu check in). Tapi ini adalah awal mimpi buruk menginap 6 malam (7-13.01.2024) di Hotel yang katanya bintang 5 di kawasan elit Bali di Nusa dua (menurutku bintang 3 & hotel bintang 5 terburuk yang pernah saya booked)

Mungkin karena system notifikasi reservasi online tidak terkoneksi dengan baik ke System team reservasi, team check in dan transportasi atau "Memang" team reservasinya males baca notifikasi. Booking dengan service gratis transfer airport both way untuk menginap 5 malam / lebih terlewatkan (sebelumnya sudah feelings soalnya tidak ada konfirmasi komunikasi 1 hari sebelumnya, meskipun juga sudah ditulis di kolom note reservasi informasi kedatangan). Saat tiba di bandara tidak ada jemputan. Akhirnya saya memutuskan menuju hotel dengan menggunakan taxi, setelah telpon berkali-kali ke hotel susah nyambungnya.

*Setelah check out 13.01.24: armada yang digunakan untuk drop bukan berasal dari hotel (meski punya & terparkir di pintu masuk). Positive Patner "Bali Tirta", armada transportasi lebih baik dan bersih, seingat saya pakai Innova.

Setiba di lobi, saya jelaskan kejadian dengan staff check in, lagi-lagi SOPnya kacau. Staff harus telpon sana-sini untuk konfirmasi reservasi saya, termasuk transfer apa tidak. Saya juga sempat meminta dia untuk membaca Syarat dan ketentuan reservasi saya berkali-kali. Setelah itu Staff check in baru terkonfirmasi jika paket antar jemput sudah termasuk dalam harga reservasi saya. Pada akhirnya, tersambung dengan team reservasi & mereka mengakui kesalahannya. Namun tidak ada permintaan maaf dari manajemennya secara langsung.

Setelah itu, mereka menawarkan kompensasi voucer makan malam dan lagi-lagi tanpa kejelasan info yang detail. Hingga saya harus meminta detailnya di tulis manual di voucer.

Selanjutnya, kamar dan gedung: sudah sangat tua & harus di renovasi, terutama sistem perkabelan di samping kasur. Beberapanya terbuka dan sangat berbahaya, serta ACnya bikin batuk, mungkin tidak pernah di bersihkan (6 malam tidak bisa tidur dgn nyenyak & harus mengkonsumsi obat anti alergi). Air hangat berwarna kuning dan harus dinyalakan Beberapa saat sampai jernih.

Waktu penukaran Voucer: Saya datang sekitar jam 19: 00,9.01.2024. Kami duduk di pojok. Pelayan pria datang untuk mencatat pesanan kami. Lalu beberapa saat kemudian membawa kartu minuman ringan & hidangan penutup. Setelahnya dia tidak pernah kembali ke meja saya.

Makanan pembuka tahu isi dan Sup buntut datang cukup lama, dan makanan utama bebek crispy dan kari seafood datang sangat lama pada pukul 20.30 dan hampir berbarengan dengan datangnya minuman dan penutup. Itupun bukan Crispy bebeknya, seperti baru dihangatkan. Malah yang pertama kali datang adalah pepes ikan. Padahal saya tidak memesan itu.

*Harga & rasa tidak sesuai, sangat mahal. Lebih baik makan di luar. Silahkan keluar ayodya & pergi ke daerah pintu masuk pemeriksaan Nusa dua (samping hotel courtyard) : disana banyak restoran.

Tanggal 11 januari 2024, seperti biasanya saya meninggalkan kamar pukul 9: 00 pagi, karena biasanya staff pembersian kamar pukul 10: 00. Namun hari itu berbeda. Pukul 14: 00 saat saya kembali ke kamar, ternyata kamar belum dibersihkan. Hingga saya harus memasang tanda label "make up room". Setelahnya baru dibersihkan. Saya yakin jika saat itu tidak memasang label itu, pastinya kamar akan tetap tidak dibersihkan.

Terakhir, 12 January 2024, konfirmasi drop. Tidak ada koordinasi. Pada saat check in, ternyata baik dari team reservasi dan staff chek in tidak meneruskan atau follow up kasus ini ke team transportasi. Sehingga informasi drop tidak ter update.

Positive: hanya view dan gaya arsitektur memang bagus. Selebihnya mimpi buruk!

I am so happy to had the chance to stay there for a week, it was the best stay ever, we enjoyed the beach and the landscape, this resort is exactly what you need to chill out!

The best Hotel I stayed so far. Some corners in the rooms look a bit old, but its totally ok and not negative and the whole facility is more than clean. The prices are of course very high but its worth the money. The treasure of the Hotel is the staff. EVERYONE is very friendly and do anything possible to make your stay comfortable.

I really enjoy my fish n chip, and margarita is best so far. Pizza? Salad? Oh, dont worry, they know how to satisfy our hungry tummy:)

Nice hospitality, decent food, they open all the facilities during covid as long as you spent on FnB.the hotel is very old but the beach club is good

Taman yang rapih, keren, nyaman dan segar, kolam bersih dan menyenangkan, kamar harum, bersih, makan breakfast ini ni top markotop lengkap pingin nyicip semuanya haha, pelayanan staf juga luar biasa ramah dan sangat membantu sekali.keren deh pokoknya

A great property in Nusa Dua. Pretty old buy recently maintained, plenty of eating options with 5 in-house restaurants. Good options for the kids like arts and crafts, swimming, beach etc. Rooms were a bit smaller for what they charge and a bit old, needing renovation. We stayed here for 9 nights and had no major issues. Water is complimentary in rooms but one needs to purchase water while eating at any of the restaurants and exhosbitantly priced. Breakfast is great with many options. Another minor concern was traveling out or in of Nusa Dua to other popular places in Bali was always taking 1.5 to 2 hours.

There are many traditional statues and decorations. It's very impressive. And beach is very close to resort. So we could easy to move between beach and infinity pool. But behind infinity pool, there are many stores, that's why scenery of infinity pool is less beautiful than before

Great resort. Pools excellent. Dining areas excellent. Grounds and resort gardens are magnificent. Rooms are a little tired and in need of renovation. They also need to work on how the organise breakfast when they have big groups. Rather than place the hordes of conference people in the breakfast area, it would be better place them in the Italian restaurant. We could not get a seat on 2 occasions.

A beautiful hotel. Many animals. Excellent service in restaurants. All food is delicious, but expensive. The only thing that did not like was the high prices of food.

Nice and cozy place for family. But mine well too big in area and hell lot of walking required to go from one room to either of reception or spa or gym or swimming pool or restaurant.

Am writing this review while on my last day at the resort. And let me break the rating to help people take a informed decision whether to stay here or not: -
- 5 Star for Service & Staff
- 2 Star for location. For each and everything you need a taxi. Terrible restaurants in vicinity & no shopping options. Bali collection is just a trap to rip off foriegners.
- 2 Star for the property except the rooms. Everything is old here and needs serious mainteance. No golf cart to navigate around.
- 1 Star for Rooms which are in dire state. Bath tubs decolouring & mixing with water. Fittings falling off. Jet sprays not existent in rooms. Furniture worn out and the list can go on forever.

Beautiful place.grounds are well kept. Two great pools and of course the beach is steps away. Free breakfast is great. Beds are a little hard and in the two bed rooms the beds are a small full size. Rooms are air conditioned and the bathrooms are nice.showers and tubs. We loved it here.would definitely come back.

Lovely staff. 5 star resort with a good buffet breakfast. It's a little old but we liked the architecture. It was good value on the Luxury Escapes deal we had. Nusa Dua is definitely quieter than Seminyak.

This is an amazing resort, with a Bali vibe at best. Located on the beach at Nusa Dua which is clean and hassle free. You can walk for ages along the beach or laze by one of the two pools. I did aqua aerobics which was a lot of fun. Food very nice and breakfast options was incredible. Staff were beautiful too. Definitely return here again.
