Pelayanan sangat buruk, terutama yang angkat telpon di tanggal 24 agustus jam 3 siang bisa nggak bicara jangan ngotot saya tau anda jual jasa foto yang bilang anda jualan sayur siapa? Saya hanya bertanya anda sebagai penyedia jasa harusnya lebih welcome terhadap pertanyaan! Bagi management harus lebih berbenah pada pelayanan!

Digital foto ini ada d jalan ke arah Kuta Bali. Bagai anda yg kepepet untuk nyuci photo saat di bali, ttp gk nemu tempat penyucian photo (ini beda loh ya bukan yg make diterjen) vis aja ke sini, di gojek juga ada masuk kok.:)

We had to get some Vietnam Visa photos taken. We stopped had pictures taken and were out in less than 5 min. Cost $2 USD

Tadi cetak foto 3x4 katanya 5rb dpt 8 lembar, terus aku minta 10rb, harusnya dpt 16 lembar eh pas nyampe rmh kok cuma 8 lembar dapetnya, gmna ya.

Kesini untuk membuat pas foto visa, proses cepat, ukuran cukup akurat dan mereka sudah punya daftar detail masing2 negara jd tdk perlu menjelaskan lagi. Namun fotografer kurang ramah dan terkesan terburu2 (baju saya ada yg terlipat namun tdk dirapikan dulu)

Quick and Easy.only took one photo as I was happy with the first result. I mean it's a visa application not a Vogue application! All done in about 15 minutes and all for 25K.what's not to love!

I had to get passport photos and this place came to my rescue. They were quick, 30 minutes from photo to prints and cheap, IDR 30k. Would definitely recommend

I wanted to make a photo for schengen visa application here. They said they know the specifications. Turned out my photo was with reflection on my face. I showed them the guidelines for the photo requirement and told them to fix that. The reflection was removed but my face turned out very weird with lots of edits and grayish tint. 25k for nothing.

Orang nya tidak ramah.cetak foto 3x4 tidak ditanya apakah sudah pas atau tidak hasil nya tidak memuasakan dan tidak mau cetak ulang kalau mereka salah.mereka merasa benar.jangan foto disana ya guys.

Found this place online and took a Bluebird cab to get there.
The whole process took about 15-20 mins.
Despite the sign on the wall that said “if you do not get a receipt your order is free”, we did not get a receipt. She may have made up the price? Either way, it was still cheap. 50k for the two of us, 4 photos each.
I would have given it 5 stars if they had been a little more interested in us as customers. They just seemed very impartial and unconcerned with us being there.

Great service however the passport photos to Australian standard were unacceptable. I suggest take your Aussie passport with you to ensure they are correct size or download from DFAT the size chart and print

Yea the customer service is a little lacking but they took my passport photos and it was only 25,000rp so I'm happy.

Pelayanan sangat mengecewakan.saya buat pasfoto 3x dan cetak habis total 75rb.yang memotret abg yang tidak bisa mengarahkan gaya sama sekali.hanya bisa menjeperet asal jepret.bahkan setelah saya protes mengapa tidak diarahkan, dia hanya mengarahkan sekedarnya.saat saya bilang hasilnya tidak simetris, katanya bisa diedit.setelah dicetak, tidak ada editan sama sekali.saya komplain lagi ke pemotret, jawabnya bahwa dia trainee.suasan studio tidak nyaman, dengan 1 lagu anak kecil yang diulang-ulang.esok hari saya telpon kalau salah background apa bisa dieditkan? Dijawab biaya edit lebih mahal, lebih baik foto lagi.saya cari studio foto lain di sesetan pojok dekat angkatan laut.bisa edit, total biaya 25rb.bahkan tanpa saya minta, petugasnya mengedit merapikan bagian yang tidak simetris.sangat memuaskan.kalau mau foto studio, lebih baik tidak di bali pro.

Service sangat memuaskan, ramah2, dan pas photo super kilat tunggu hanya 10 menit langsung jadi, hasil edit maupun cetakan juga bagus. Saya juga sering buat Visa disana, persyaratan untuk pas photo visa sering ketat khusus nya belanda. Hanya di Bali Pro yang selalu cetak ukuran pas photo sesuai ketentuan untuk pembuatan Visa. Tempat lain saya coba dulu2 nya di embassy selalu di tolak krn tidak persis ukuran pas photo nya. Keep up the good work Bali Pro Photo! Saya menjadi langganan setia anda always!
