In November 2022, we had our wedding in Bali, with Desyana and the Bali Wedding Butler team organizing it. Our time in Bali was limited, but the team was quick and effective, taking care of all the preparations, document work, and deliveries.

Desyana stayed in touch with us in the months leading up to the wedding, addressing all our questions. When we landed in Bali, we met her on our first day there to discuss the wedding details. Thanks to Desyana and her team, we had a beautiful wedding. We appreciate it, and thank you!

Our elopement by the waterfall was dreamy and beautiful. I did a lot of research in the U. S to find a reliable wedding planner at Bali, and I’m glad I found Desyana & her team! I was skeptical about the hair and makeup, but they turned out exactly like what I asked for. Just send them your pictures and they deliver! Make sure you have comfortable shoes and dress to walk in for the waterfall venue. You can chat through whatsapp for easy communication. I asked for wedding cake a few days before wedding and she did it! Everything turned out as I expected. If you want a stress free and beautiful wedding, choose them! Pictures are stunning!

Desyana and her team made my dream wedding come true. Planning a destination wedding is challenging as there are a lot of uncertainties. We got in touch with Desyana in 2021 via Google research, and I had my wedding in May 2023. I saw a beautiful waterfall wedding picture on Google and reached out to 6 wedding planners in Bali, the U. S, and China (as I speak Mandarin). However, I soon learned that the picture I saw online was a waterfall wedding in a public park; therefore, it had time restrictions plus a lot of walking. Most wedding planners pitched me other popular packages based on the party size, no waterfall, of course. Desyana was the only one who listened to my needs and found a resort with a waterfall - the Kayon Resort. We decided to have the ceremony there and host a banquet at the Kayong Jungle, the sister resort, given its beautiful jungle view. Two venues definitely made things more complex. For details, I recommend asking for Desyana's suggestions. Our afterparty and dance floor setup was impressive because of her. She knew how to get things done, such as getting my dress altered by the date needed, arranging for drivers, and setting up the champagne tower. She works with local professionals, and we like the photo/video team she arranged for us - they were fun to work with!

This team is amazing! From inital contact to the day of the ceremony, they have been faultless. I would 100% recommend for weddings or renewals. We did ours on Jimburan beach, at sunset, just beautiful. Please use this team for your perfect magical day/evening. Photos were amazing, videos, dinner, everything. Very beautifully executed proposal for my fiancee through baliweddingbutler's help. My wife and I contacted BWB in early 2020 and started our wedding planning before COVID became an issue, so our original wedding date (Jun 2020) was postponed to an undeterminable date.

BWB received our deposit, but once the CV-19 excrement hit the high-speed redistribution device we were unable to move forward. With everything practically locked down, no weddings taking place so no consistent income for BWB, NOT ONE SINGLE TIME did they ever request or hassle us for payment of the remaining balance. They waited patiently with us until we could find the right time to move forward.

Fast forward to 2021, I finally made it back to Indonesia and we resumed planning around PPKM and Ramadhan restrictions. We finally completed this wedding mission on 23 May 2021.
