Scam shop. Using regular products and repackaging as their own
This store is full of scams. Theyre selling "peanut nougat" which is actually Teng Teng brand nougat. They also repackage kopiko, a popular coffee candy snack and repackaging ad their own "made in bali" coffee candy This is a litigation waiting to happen
Posted the same on their tripadvisor. The owner should act fast on this and chsnge their ways
Great shop to buy organic produce. Very helpful and friendly staff. There's a variety of coffee, coconut (oil, powder, sugar) and herbal teas to choose from. Very happy with my purchases, wish I had bought more.
I like that they are honest with their products. They don't go selling fragrant oils labelled as essential oils with cheap price, like another store in Ubud. If it is fragrant oil, they'll tell us just the way it is. Their essential oils might not as strong as the ones from a famous imported brand, but I know they're good enough by the way they smell and feel on my skin.
They have a wide range of organic products like herbs, teas, coffee, and coconut sugar. Staff were lovely, helpful, and once again, honest. All in all, a reputable local business. I really hope they can launch an online store since I live in Java. I'll give five star when it (hopefully) happens. ;p
It was very pleasant to leave the shop with a very big smile on my face, especially after 10 days of shopping in Bali. There is a very good variety of organic products ranging from skin and hair products to oils and soaps to tea and coffees to organic coconut sugar. It is all fixed prices which I found very reasonable compared to all of the other shops that I visited all over Bali and they also had a couple of specials going which meant I received 2 free useful items. The lady was very friendly and helpful while also not in your face as you would normally find in the other shops. A great place to get useful gifts for family, friends or yourselve.
Very cute store. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my purchase, which was suggested to me by the young lady working there. I came in looking for a hair mask and she suggested their natural powder hair mask (new for me), telling me about how much she liked it. Bought it. Went home. Tried it. It left my hair feeling like a broom (hard/dry) and not to mention, it was nearly IMPOSSIBLE to wash out all of the particles from the mask out of my hair. I called the store, told them about my dissatisfaction and asked if I could exchange the product, which they kindly said "no" and thanked me for my business. I mean, it's Bali, I guess I cannot expect them to have a more lenient return/exchange policy. Nonetheless, it was a waste of 90,000 RP.
