Karyawan yang mengaku bernama Wayan mengambil video saya dan istri menggunakan HP nya tanpa permisi dan dengan cara yang sangat membuat risih!

Saat saya tegur dan nyatakan keberatan, dia bersikeras bahwa sudah SOP untuk report, entah report kesiapa dan tidak diketahui bisa tersebar kemana saja.

Saya harus meminta dengan berulang agar dia mau menghapus, itupun dengan dia sambil berlalu dan berusaha mengacuhkan saya dan membuang muka, sangat tidak sopan!

Sama sekali tidak meminta maaf dan ternyata memang dia merasa tidak bersalah karena yang lebih mengejutkan, setelah itu dengan tenangnya dia langsung mengambil video lain, keseluruh tamu!

Dan mereka menyajikan segala sesuatu tidak lewat arah depan kami, tapi menyelinap dari belakang, diantara saya dan istri. Bahkan untuk mengantarkan menu utama yang ukuran piring dan nampannya besar!
Padahal sisi depan meja kami kosong.
Setelah saya perhatikan sepertinya hanya karena itu lebih dekat dari dapur station mereka!

Sangat tidak nyaman!
Masih banyak restoran lain disini yang lebih sopan dengan harga lebih murah dan bebek lebih enak!

Latte Macchiato is nothing more than coffee with lots of milk.

The waitress probably wasn't fully awake in the morning. Well, you can go.

If you want to try a traditional duck dish then I can highly recommend. The crispy duck was delicious.
Everyone in my family enjoyed their food too.

Varied menu and correct, even slightly bland cuisine (I ordered a seafood curry), but which will certainly suit Europeans, in a calm and comfortable setting.

Restaurant of local Indonesian cuisine. The place is simple and quite cozy. Food is nice, but portions are a little too small (in comparison to other places). The choose of deserts is quite poor and I would t recommend them there. But mains and everything else is recommended.

Service is ok, but most importantly fast.

Definitely recommend outside seating instead of inside.

Card payments are accepted.

The service at this place is really bad. The waitress had no idea or differentiation between soup/starters and main course. We waited over 45 min to get our food served, and wala everything comes together (including the soup). The food is also not that great. Unfortunately, I can not rate service or food to -1.

Pelayanannya fast respon dan ramah. Bebek Krispy nya enaaak dan porsinya besar, makanya nambah nasi lg. Kalo utk anak2 bs buat berdua sih. Nasi goreng nya jg enak. Waaah ini kudu wajib dicoba sih!

Must try their tepi sawah crispy duck! It's really crispy on the outside but tender on the inside. It is not dry at all.the sauce and side dishes are really good. It is a little pricy but the portion is huge as they give you half a duck.

Delicious food, excellent ambiance amidst Bali Collection. Taste is multiplied by the environment

Wait more than 40mins, only come with the drinks. When I asked the waiter, they forgot to make my orders. Unacceptable!

Dibilangnya resto baru buka 2 hari.
Menurut lidah saya ya, carbonara n bolognaise nya hambar.lbh berasa mie goreng.begor spesialnya rasanya biasa aja,
Pembayaran saat ini hny trima cash krn resto baru buka.

Info menyesatkan, resto sudah tutup 3 bulan, masih aja gk diganti statusnya, jadi rugi bayar tiket masuk kawasannya

This place has been closed for a long time, The management should mark this as "closed".

Very famous crispy fries duct in Bali island, unfortunately due to pandemic covid 19, the visitors is less than before pandemic

Very welcoming and friendly service, tasty food (spicy and authentic) and good drinks (large beers and String coctails) for reasonable prices! We are completely happy and can recommend this great restaurant without doubt!

The food is Balinese food. The decorate is nice and place is beautiful. However, the night is hot & humid especially mosquito. Perhaps it's fan, it's very nice.

We had our family dinner here to enjoy the Balinese food here. We enjoyed the crispy duck, and fried smoked chicken, plus the “betutu” duck which was cooked local style. All served with rice and “sambal” plus veggies. The “satay” also not bad here. Service quite okay. Priced on the higher side.

Had the fried duck for dinner; taste was OK. But unless u want to be fighting off swarms of flies while u eat, avoid! They fly so dangerously close to your mouth that there's a high chance you'll end up getting more than you paid!

I dont recommend this place. Very different with Bebek Tepi Sawah in Ubud from ambience perspective. Very expensive but the place is very hot, no air circulation, no view. Let try Ubud if you really want the overpriced duck worthy to be paid

I like the food, but the price:) overall they have a good standard in all their branches I visited.

The famous menu, duck and rice, itself is undoubtly so tasty. But choosing various types of pasta over rice menu is also not a bad move. They taste good too.

I really like bebek tepi sawah.
Still wonder why this restaurant tend to have only few visitor.
The quality in every BTS I went to is pretty consistent in taste and in quality.
Hopefully BTS can find the problem and gain more visitors
