The flagship store is part boutique, part art space and always has the most remarkable jewels, objects and accessories on show; many of them limited editions. Their hand made woodblock printed sarongs are a must have - if not used as a sarong - then purely as a decorative mantle to beautify one's home. Biasa+ has consistently provided exceptional service on numerous visits over several years. Their online service with shipping to Australia is also excellent.

Love the products. Nice designs n materials, though a bit expensive. I did the shopping at the airport.

Terrible experience at Men's Flagship Store - Unprofessional Staff
went to try some men shirts for a gift and selected a few cotton shirts that I was told were all priced at IDR 1.9 million. My wife went to pick up one of the selected shirts and was charged IDR 2.9 million. Went to complain today that I was quoted another price and asked to change the shirt against a cheaper one and get a refund of IDR 1 million only to be told that this was not possible and that I should rather buy two of the "cheaper" shirts and pay up the difference. Left the shop furious and vowed to never come back and tell all my friends!

Hi bought in 2020 a very nice shirt with thin cotton fabric but after first use broke. Because of Covid could not return it earlier than now. Manager sent me a message where admitted that the fabric was very thin and when it is wet, like when you sweat it could break especially because the fabric is hand made and some difference in batch could occurr.

After a initial proposal not satifactory on my part Ms Perini the founder took care of the problem and she
offered me to choose a new shirt from the latest collection and to repair the broken one.

A very kind solution that shows that the brand has an owner with a direct control on quality and personally takes care about customer experience.

As italian I am very prodotti of Ms Perini work to bring the Italian style on Bali with care and love.
