Such a beautiful hotel! Loved the styling of it. Good sized room & can't beat a four-poster bed! Loved the view of the rice fields from our balcony. Pool was also fab
Can't fault the staff and food was always great. My partner and I visited the spa and had the full body massage which were great. Such good value as well. The hotel is quite a way out of central Ubud but easy enough to get transport into Ubud. A few bars/restaurants we loved in town were The Lair, Kaui & Naughty Nuri's. We also got the free shuttle to a monkey forest. We thought it took you to the one in central Ubud but it's another one, quite a bit away from Ubud.
First of all, our room wasn't at all like on the pictures, we've reserved a 'rice field view room', but no one mentioned that the rice can somehow disappear (maybe already harvested) leaving only some ponds full with muddy water which isn't the bust view Secondly our room was literally one space with the neighboring room, only a glass 'wall' and some curtains separated us which meant that we could hear almost everything from the other room, Thirdly the bathroom was quite old-fashioned and not so clear and had a smell (maybe of disinfection) that was unsupportable, And finally the sounds of the animals coming from the garden (especially frogs) was that strong, which I personally liked but for those sleeping unwell or being more sensitive, could be quite irritating.
For us the most beautiful accommodation in the Ubud area. Located right on a street, you wouldn't think what a wonderful gem is hidden behind it. The pool villa was a dream - super clean, you don't want to leave. We had booked 3 nights and would have extended immediately, unfortunately everything was already fully booked. Breakfast was brought to us in the pool villa - always fresh and very plentiful. The associated restaurant “Look bee” is really recommended. But also the surrounding warungs. There is a small corner shop directly opposite where you can stock up on drinks, snacks or biscuits etc.for extremely cheap prices. The owner is incredibly friendly. The Money Changer right next to it also gives a good rate. All in all a very tool experience and nice people all around Ubud. We will visit this resort again - for sure.
Came here on our honeymoon for a 4 night stay. We absolutely loved it!
The staff we super friendly and helpful. Always had a smile on their face.
The grounds were beautiful and the buildings gave the hotel a very traditional feel. The whole area is well maintained and very clean. The smell when you walk in is lovely.
The evenings have a soundtrack of crickets and frogs which we found very relaxing. The rice terraces around the hotel are wonderful and seeing them being worked was really interesting.
Our villa was beautiful. So spacious & wonderfully decorated. Having our own pool was great and the bed was so comfy (and huge).
It's a long-ish walk to the centre of Ubud, 30-40 minutes, but they do put on a free shuttle 3 times a day one -way and it's easy enough to get a taxi back if you dont fancy the walk.
Slightly baffled by some of the negative reviews I've read as our stay was perfect.
I went in for a massage and they put me in a literal outdoor lounge chair. The lady who massaged me had long nails and she kept massaging the wrong places. I came out of that room disappointed, abused and with a little rib pain.
Right in the centre of Ubud one of the best places to get a spa. They have multiple options of Spa and Massage packages. I would recommend booking in advance because sometimes they have a high rush and you might not get an appointment on the spot. The resort stay is also great. They have a beautiful sunset view pool and nice scenic property right next to a small rice fields. You can also get good nearby Ubud market and cafe/restaurant options. Definitely value for money for spa treatment.
So restful place We booked a villa for 2 nights before ou departure. Accomodations are really great. I loved the private swimming pool Large bed to sleep well Bathroom so beautiful Not so close of Ubud center so that a good point, that's quiet
Very nice and attentive staff. Wonderful garden with small waterfalls, view on rice fields, delicious breakfast and meals. Just a malus: need some refreshing for pipes and laundry
Loved it. Stayed in the private villa. Super friendly staff, gorgeous views, private and clean. Good food and great massages. Heaps of great places to eat at nearby. Would stay again of in Ubud.
They cancelled my booking 3 days before arrival, they basically ruinned my honeymoon, because they told us that they were fully booked, when I booked this 4 months in advance. Terrible customer service in general. Don't book this accomodation if you want your holidays ruined.
Amazing views, our room had rice fields on one side and pool on another side. Place is quite but you can sometime hear the vehicles passing by. The whole architecture of this property gives it a traditional look and seeing rice fields is really refreshing to eyes.
The spa was good and reasonable priced as compared to other 5stars at ubud. Few things to call out, the swimming pool was deep so watch out and the room were bit aged with less toiletries etc.
Breakfast can be served to room, its is tasty with some vegan options available too
It was a great stay and I had a good time in my honeymoon, the rooms are clean and the breakfast was amazing. It has a free 30 minutes massage for honeymooners. It was really great different experience.
Beautiful rice paddies view, with affordable price, staff are nice, great villas architecture design especially the private one bedroom one. Recommended
No welcome drink. Water heater didnt work on our first room, room was smell like an old room. Reception ask us to use another room to shower. We end up went to reception to ask another room. On the other room no shower head, no cover for the bathup, no telephone, both room has wrong tv position. Room a bit dark. Wifi are slow. Im not complaining, i only telling my experienced. View are magnificent, pool are awesome.
Bagus, pelayanan juga bagus, staff ramah, yg kecil cuman parkiran saja, villa privat, saya suka, lengkap kitchen set dll, malam harinya aja ada suara tokek di atas alang alang, selebihnya goodlah
Stayed in this place several times mainly because of 2019 memories when it was quite lively and the overall standard was much higher. Very sad to see the trend of the place getting shabbier and shabbier, but more than that, encountering the staff’s complete lack of readiness to be flexible and address customers as individuals rather than giving them a robotic cattle treatment. When I asked for a late check out, the staff didn’t even give it a second thought, just mechanically gave me their rule of thumb policy. As for the facilities, this time the bed linen had a lot of hair on it and was covered in stains, the bathroom mold was quite overwhelming, the AC was broken.
Nice place nice staff! Bed sheets had little stains but the staff is really nice and helpful and took good care of our son who was always running into the office to talk to all the staff and hiding in there! Good value for money nice Gardens with a beautifull pool!
I miss Bliss Ubud so much, especially now during pandemic. Hotel was just perfect. Delicious breakfasts, amazing balcony view, rooms cleaned every day, beautiful nature around the hotel, amazing massages.
Asli keren parah.dapet harga promo 750rb.tipe luxury villa with private pool. Kamarnya luas, pool nya jg luas, anak anak seneng, bikin betah, menginap 5 hari gak terasa.
Beautiful resort the staff offers impeccable custom service The manager is walking around making sure your stay is good and will help you with anything. The kitchen staff and chef are freaking fabulous, fantastic.lol the food was amazingly delicious! The ladies at the spa was remarkable! Best massage and facials everyone working at Bliss Ubud Spa is awesome! We enjoy our stay so much we're going to stay at Bliss again the next time we visit Ubud Bali, Indonesia
Tempat menginap dg suasana yg alami, "mewah" (mepet sawah) dg fasilitas yg mewah krn dilengkapi dg spa, kolam renang besar ataupun individual dg kamar tidur yg luas dan nyaman, dan yg tidak kalah menariknya kita bisa menyaksikan petani menggarap sawah dan kita bisa juga ikut bertani, benar² pengalaman yg langka
We has an amazing experience at bliss spa. It was so soothing. They offered Welcome drink and green tea after spa, the tea was amazing.service is awesome. The staff is very professional.
We had a luxury villa and it was amazing! Very nice and big pool and super clean. The best view. It takes you around 10 min to the city center but they offer free taxi.
You can also rent a bike for 5 euro per day next to the hotel.

The stuff is nice but slow.
Spa was okay but nothing special. They should invest in better personal as it is a spa hotel.
We stayed here while visiting Bali from the U. S, and this place was amazing. From the friendly staff to the spa and tea, it was truly a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Their massages were less than half the prices you’d find in the states and were 10x better. The breakfasts were also delicious and serene. I would truly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Ubud for a cheaper price. It really was great.
Best place to stay in Ubud by far! Expectations, hospitality and the overall experience is definitely something out of this world! Wayan is the most accomodating manager we have ever encountered and he and his team of professional staff offered us such an incredible and memorable 5 star stay that was absolutely incredible and definitely worth coming back for!
Loved the hotel. Very cozy and everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Pool is really nice and the view is amazing. Rooms are really big and nice. Enjoyed staying here for 3 days. Locations is 5 min from center
In love with Bliss. We had superior room and was perfect. Big, comfortable, clean.pillows could be improved, though! We had one night a villa and was amaZing. Surrounding were awesome, the pool, the breakfast. Staff is super nice and helpful. U can rent a bike in from for 80.000 rupias. Perfect stay.
I went here for a massage, and frankly I have very high standards for that as I have a regular masseuse back home whom I see for sports related issues. So if what you're looking for is a bit of pampering, then Bliss is nice enough. Certainly the facility is beautiful and the service is quite friendly. But the skill of the masseuse was just not up to the level I would have hoped, even given the much reduced price over my experience in Europe
