Blue Corner Freedive Lembongan Freediving Bali

My Daughter and I recently did a level 1 FD course with Blue corner. Eugene and the team there were great. Really supportive. It was a tricky blend of students from reasonably experienced to total beginners. BC managed it really well and made sure everyone got the level of support they required. My daughter went from virtually no experience a week ago to 24m yesterday. Incredible progression due to good training. Thanks Eugene and BC team.

The Blue Corner team really allowed me to discover freediving in optimal conditions. I didn't expect to get so much out of these two introductory days. If you are hesitant, don’t hesitate any longer and go for it. On the program: fun, surpassing oneself and discovery. I highly recommend.

I did my Wave 1 with Eugene as my instructor and the most amazing team ever! Eugene was so calm and encouraging. He really lets you be relaxed which is a big part of freediving. I felt very safe when I was out there. This whole experience really left me enchanted and wanting more. Will deffo come back for more training and coaching sessions!

I had a great time trying freediving for the first time with the team at Blue Corner Freedive. They really make sure to put you in the best conditions, which removes all the potential stress you could get from trying a new activity that could be somewhat challenging at first. I and partner had our first free diving experience with blue corner. It was absolutely amazing! The instructors and team we’re so clear and supportive throughout the process. Have to say one of the best I have seen so far. Definitely recommended if you are going to lembongan!

I completed a Wave 1 freediving course with Blue Corner Freedive and did another coaching session. I highly recommend freediving with them.

The whole experience was well organized, from course booking to equipment setup, from theory to underwater trainings, from organizing boat pickup to pre-dive briefings. I see strong team work and professionalism, and really appreciate it. The team comprises of highly qualified, passionate freedivers. Instructor to student ratio with my class was 1 to 4, very decent. I felt safe during the entire training.

The theory session was informative and well delivered. It really helped build a good foundation on what I should expect and how freediving works.

Here comes my fav part- open water training. Students took turns to do their dives so the team could pay close attention to every student’s progress at a time, dive alongside me to observe tiny body movements and correct me right away with body language. After each dive, I like how the team immediately talked me through what I did well and how I could do better. Every adjustment counts.

Really well done, team! Can’t wait to return for more!

Such a wonderful experience. I choose Blue Corner for my level one free dive. My instructor was Blanc and he was exceptional! Patient, knowledgeable, and approachable. Extremely disciplined but never intimidating. Eugene, the manager, was super accommodating and I was able to last minute do a course with them! I had some hurdles with equalizing and I chose to do an extra coaching session with Augustine. He's also extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He took extra time after we were out in the water to do a review briefing with me for challenges and improvements I need to work on. I'm so glad I was able to experience both instructors. Free diving is exhilarating! Highly recommend them!

I did a few training dives here and besides having an epic time in the water I left feeling part of a the special (freediving) community that they have created.

The freedive course was amazing! Probably one of the best things i have done and i am so glad i did the course with blue corner. The teachers are amazing. I felt very safe and well guided during the whole time out on the water ️

During my two weeks at Lembongan, I had an unforgettable experience first time free diver, doing level 1 and some of us level 2 certificate with an amazing group.
Thanks to the exceptional guidance of the instructors - Cam, Eugene, and Agustín, we were in good hands - safe and in wonderful company. They ensured that each student progressed at their own pace and left feeling proud of their own achievements.
I just loved that the focus was not on achieving results but on the journey itself. The feeling of diving was what mattered the most! And what an amazing feeling!

The diving spots were breathtakingly beautiful, with a deep blue hue that was mesmerizing. Some days, the water was crystal clear, while other days, it was filled with fascinating creatures.

Overall, Blue Corner Freedive is a place that will leave a lasting impression on anyone who visits. What an experience. A couple years ago I had completed my beginner level freediving course whilst doing a bunch of scuba training and something about it stayed etched in my mind. I have no idea how I started following these guys at Blue Corner Freedive but when planning my current SEA trip I knew I had to start it on Nusa Lembongan and do some training here.

From the moment I got in touch they were super accommodating to my plans and goals. I was taught by all 4 current trainers (Cam, Agustin, Blanco and Eugene) and all 4 were absolutely incredible. Not only encouraging me and providing me with valuable little nuggets of info that helped me improve so much, but just being overall good people. I'd bump into them outside the shop and they'd always be down for a chat either about freediving or just life in general.

There's an energy about this place and their teachings go beyond just freediving. It's been one of the coolest and probably life changing experiences of my life learning a new skill here and from these guys. It's helped me develop a new level of self awareness and to really focus in on what's important. I honestly cannot wait to get back.

My first experience free-diving with blue corner was amazing. Blanco and Augustin were fantastic, patient and super nice with us. Thanks to the team for those 3 days, to discover the power of freediving, learning how to control the mental and the relaxations method. The place was also beautiful, we could see some turtles and lot of fish near the reef during some fun dives.

I was recommended Blue Corner by a friend to complete my free-dive course. The team at blue corner were the best. They're knowledgeable, patient and so friendly. I felt comfortable and safe during every aspect of the course. Experiencing how calming it can be and what your body is capable of is euphoric. Overall, I'm so stoked with the experience, I made some great friends along the way and so grateful for what the team helped me achieve over the 3 days I was here. I'll definitely be back again!

By the end of the 3-day Wave 1 freediving course, I learned skills to conquer my fear of the water. My instructor was always close by, I felt super supported and safe (thank you Agustin!)

I was also inspired to explore the world of slowing down and looking inside for a few moments. I got to focus on relaxing the body (and mind!), it was truly incredible.

I did my Freediving course level 1 here. The material is perfect, the course perfectly tailored, and the instructor is awesome. Can't recommend enough (oh and if you don't know, freediving is way better than scuba diving!).

My girlfriend and I tried freediving for the first time at the Blue Corner and it was a great experience. We had theory lessons and went to the open water. Augustine is a great guide. My girlfriend was not comfortable under water at al, but now a few months after, she has so much fun under the water. Thanks guys

I did my Wave 1 with Blue Corner Freedive and highly recommended them to anyone wanting to try free diving, or looking to improve their skills.
The instructors are all so knowledgeable and patient, and will take the time to get you comfortable underwater - and get you going to depths and holding your breathe longer than you expected was possible (never with any pressure).
The feeling of being so relaxed underwater is something that needs to be experienced to understand, and everyone seems to surprise themselves at what they achieve. I would definitely recommend it to anyone, it’s a great experience - and no surprise everyone gets hooked!

I did a freediving level 1 one course with Blue Corner and it was amazing. Even though I always struggle with the equalization, Eugene was super patient, showed me different methods to do the dives, helped out a lot and gave me a lot of confidence. I can only recommend Blue Corner if you wanna do this, too.

We didn't manage to go free diving together because I didn't have enough time but just from the chat we had and the fact that he took the time to answer all my questions knowing I will not be able to dive with them (i.e. Give them money) made me feel like I want to come back. I think you're in good hands if you choose this place.

I hadn’t been Freediving since I did my certificate a couple years prior so was in desperate need for some training sessions. Had an amazing sesh with Eugene! I wanted to focus on feeling relaxed at depth and getting used to the co2 buildup again. And we did exactly that. Even as I got comfortable getting to depths, I didn’t feel pressured from him to go deeper - he just let me get some hang time which I really appreciated. He’s super chilled and can cater to whatever level and goal. Highly recommend!

For many years I'd been thinking about taking a freediving course as I never really enjoyed all the equipment needed while scubadiving and I'm so glad I finally did!

Even though I've tried freediving, it's not all as straightforward as it seams. So I thought the course was super interesting and you'd be surpised on how many techniques you learn as well as how much you learn about your own body.
I had some issues relaxing and thus equalizing but with this course and the patience of Augustine I finally got it.

Augustine and Eugene are both really great and super patient instructors, they definitely know what they are doing and I felt very safe at all times.

I also really liked the location on Nusa Lembongan. It's a tiny island but the north part especially is super relaxed (and you can get anywhere in a matter of minutes if you rent a moped).

In short, really great experience I will be (and have been) recommending to anyone!

The best thing we did while being in Bali! My boyfriend and I did Wave 1 freediving course at Blue Corner, and we had the BEST TIME! We had so much fun, and we were both surprised by how quickly we improved our skills! Both Eugene and Cam are wonderful instructors and you feel very safe in their hands. They are super friendly and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend this place!

An amazing experience! Don't be afraid of trying it out if you are just starting out - it feels really natural to start with freediving. If you can swim this course is for you! It doesn't really matter how deep you dive - if it's 3 meters or 15 it doesn't matter - nobody will push you to dive more than what you really enjoy. It's about learning something new and feeling good in the water.

I learned so much about myself, my body, my breathing, relaxation, meditation, and freediving. I am now also much more confident in the water. I would recommend this to anybody who wants to learn something new, find a new way to conquer daily stress or get the most of their time in the ocean.

I felt 100% safe at every moment! Every breath-hold was really enjoyable (I never felt the urge to breathe). As we slowly moved to dive deeper and deeper - the moment I actually did my deepest dive I didn't even feel it was much at all and I wanted to do more and stay longer in the water.

The course was extremely well-led. The instructor Agustin was the best! - extremely calm, patient, and positive - and I am so happy I did my first certificate with him and that I selected this freedive center!

I did the intro course and can safely say I'm going back for more! Such an awesome day in the clearest of blue waters.the whole thing was mesmerizing! Eugene was really great and so encouraging when I was struggling with equalization. The whole team are super nice and make you feel really at ease.

A little delayed review but my partner and I went with Blue Corner Freedive on our travels back in April. First we went on an amazing Manta trip with our family that was incredible, saw so many mantas that day and had fun on the way back with some music and beers on the boat. The guys from blue corner are so friendly, approachable and supportive of your diving abilities. We went out again on a depth dive and it was the best experience we've had on the line and much needed after a long break due to covid. They were also kind to hook us up with a responsible local captain for another manta trip before we left the island. Would definitely go with these guys again

Best freediving course in the island! Instructors are very patient and lets us practice with our own pace. Theory, pool and open-water classes were all very laid-back, but reaaally helped me understand freediving as a sport. + the Nusa Lembongan waters is just *chef's kiss*

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had! I originally went to Lembongan to scuba dive then signed up for freediving last minute. I ended up loving it so much I cancelled the scuba diving courses to continue to freedive. Cam and Phil are the best instructors anyone could ever ask for. They can teach you how to hold your breath for over 2mins in 2 days! I loved working with these two so much that I came back the following month to complete my advanced course. They’re very skilled at what they do and can put your bubble rings to shame. Freediving not only makes your photos better than your friends.:)
it also helps you deal with stress back home using all the breathing techniques you’re taught. This has truly changed my life and ANYONE can do it. I can’t wait to go back for more.

Did the intro freedive with Cam at Blue Corner - was a brilliant experience. We started in the pool with safety and techniques for holding our breath. The first time with no practice I thought had held my breath for as long as possible but within a short time had almost doubled that time. Cam was really supportive and helpful with the group, giving everyone specific tips and encouragement.

In the afternoon we went out on the boat and got to put this into practice. We were a mixed group and Cam was super supportive at whatever level we were at. I struggled with equalising but even going down a short distance, slowing down the body and mind was an incredible feeling.

Loved it - such a brilliant day and wish had time for more. It looks beautiful but beware that you are holding your breath for a long time and fighting your body - it can be a bit scary but having Cam as a teacher and guide really helped make me feel safe. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

This was one of the best courses I've taken anywhere! Cam was a master instructor - he clearly loves what he does and has an incredible depth of knowledge of diving/freediving and marine biology. He was patient, excellent at teaching, and fun to hang with. I never thought I could be 14 meters underwater just from holding my breath after two days of training! And the location is incredible - a 30 minute boat ride from Bali, and right on a pristine beach with great restaurants and lodging nearby. I couldn't recommend blue corner freedive more!

Just completed my beginner Freediving course with Cam and it was absolutely AMAZING. As a newbie, I was super excited and nervous at the same time, but Cam guided us through the course with such ease and clarity that I felt incredibly comfortable. He really catered to where we were at, and his enthusiasm made me feel confident and joyous as I was learning this new skill. Even though I had a really challenging time with free diving, Cam was super patient and gave me extra time to practice as well. He's really committed to his students ENJOYING the whole experience. You can tell that he is passionate and dedicated to what he does.

Even if you're just a little curious. DO IT! You won't regret being able to hang out underwater with zero stresses!

As a marine biologist, freediving is a necessary skill to master. The freediver's club run at Blue Corner Freedive is perfect for those who are looking to practice their skills and upgrade their training. BCF is also great for beginners and all four of my marine science interns and my visiting brother noted really positive experiences and were impressed with their abilities in a few short hours of training. Highly recommended activity for clearing the mind!

While I was doing the divemaster program at Blue Corner, I decided to give freediving a try. The PADI Freediver course opened my eyes to the world of freediving and I learned so much about the sport that fascinated me. It's impossible not to love freediving with Instructor Cam's enthusiasm. He made the entire process really fun and managed to keep it lighthearted, even in the more challenging times. Highly recommend!

Can't Recommend enough!

From the word go my experience was flawless. My first email enquiry was answered promptly along with all my questions about my course, travel and the Island so the second I started my course I felt extremely relaxed and prepared.
My Instructor Cam was awesome, he has a wealth of knowledge and such a positive calming nature he’s like a Zen Jedi.
It's safe to say I've completely fallen in love with Freediving!

The dive centre is great too, the equipment like new and the boat crew and staff were super friendly. The also have a great restaurant with good options.the Green juice was my fave after diving!

As for the ocean surrounding Nusa Lembongan. I'm still day dreaming of those shades of blue!
