Good selection but terrible service. 15 minutes before the store closed, they only accepted cash because they already shut down the register. We didn’t carry enough cash, so had to leave empty handed.

Nice things, not the staff. Asked for boards to buy, guy lied saying there were no Pyzels in any other store in Bali (factory had burned). Factory had burned, but there were and are PLENTY of Pyzels around.

Too much staff and nobody wants to help. At the cash desk they didn’t want to give us recive and cut all the papers from the cloth immediately before we bought it

Very friendly staff and I am glad that they sells the Australian sunscreen brand that I have been looking for since I touched down Bali. Nice interior and very comfortable place to shop for surfwear and surfboards, will visit again

Awesome service, even better inventory! They have an incredible inventory of new boards for sale, good short board rentals, and the staff are super nice and do not pressure you into buying anything like some other shops on the island do. 10 stars in my books!

Pretty and clean shop, alot stock, prices seem higher than other shops for same thing though, location is good, But shop staff dont have deep knowledge of surfboards, seem to only have very basic knowledge of surfboards. If you r experienced surfer and thinking custom board, better ask talk to shaper directly. But for surf beginners the shop staff can be helpful.

The customer service is outstanding. I had an issue with a product I purchased here. The owner was responsive and looked after me. I don't think there is another shop in Bali that will stand behind the product they sell the way Boardriders does. Thanks for your help!

The shop staff is unkind and very intimidating. They just look at me when I leave the shop after shopping without saying thank you.
The level of this staff is the lowest level in the world at a store of this level. If you don't want to feel uncomfortable with shopping, I recommend going to another store.

I went in to buy a quicksilver shirt, when I went to pay by credit card the girl serving me asked me for my pin number, with her back to me. Be very Careful if buying from this shop.

Harry is an incredible staff member and helped me find the right board quickly! Not only did he find the correct board, but he contacted his distributor in case the said board was out of stock. Can't praise this guy enough! He's an exquisite worker. Boss if you are reading this, Harry deserves some recognition for sure.
