Well located for tourists in Ubud.

I went with an ear infection and required anti biotics.

They charge 300,000 for a consultation which they up front about when you arrive.

The medicine they prescribed has highly inflated prices which they will only slightly lower upon complaint.

They wrote me a prescription following my refusal to pay the consultation fee without it, then walked over the road and got the medicine for 1/5th of the price they quoted.

Clean facility with friendly staff, but the pricing is nothing short of appalling.

They charged Rp580k for medicine that costs Rb80k directly from a pharmacy. No decency whatsoever. Avoid this place and go to Medical Plus Bali in Seminyak where they charge Rp50k for medicine and Rp100k for a consultation.

Complete scam. Charged me 7 million IDR for an IV with bali belly (prices marked up by around 5x and only told the prices after it was too late to question). Also injected me with something I already told them I was allergic to, charged me for it, plus the price of the anti allergen. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Wrong diagnosis and doctor prescribed the wrong medication.because the doctors are on constant rotation, you have to re-consult the new doctor on shift, and repeat the same procedures from start in order to get simple medication. Incompetent staff. They’re only looking for money. Tourist trap. Avoid and go to Balimed.

Great medical centre in Canggu, Bali. Very helpful Doctor, good English. And very fast with results: bloodtest results within 6 hours.
I walked in there on 10th of July 2019 without an appointment and they immediately helped me, starting with filling a form with some personal details. After only 10 minutes Doctor Mrs Felicia came in to examine me. They took some blood samples to check for Dengue and Malaria. It was very clean and well done, I did not feel anything. Six hours later she called me via WhatsApp to inform me about the blood test results.

Good clinic around canggu. Close with beach and hotel. Always open 24 hours. The place very clean and has parking area. All staff here is nice and kindly.

You need doctor, this is the right clinic for you to visit, friendly service, professional staff, and quick response.

Came there with an injured finger after a surfaccident and trusted the doctor to fix it, which was a huge mistake. I ended up paying 1mil Rupiah for basically being mutilated. The next day I went to another clinic (Balimed Canggu) and the really friendly and competent staff recommended me immediately a specialist that I should go to.
I don‘t think the doctor at Canggu Medical had any idea what he was doing and the whole staff made me feel like they were solemnly acting out of money interests.
Save yourself the time, pain and money and avoid this so called clinic.

It's a tourist trap. My guest had a motorbike accident and they quoted 7.5 million for super basic treatment. Their wound was not cleaned at all. At the end we must take them to Sanglah and Kasih Ibu hospital for a proper treatment. With price only one mil. Too bad the infected already very bad. So sad. To the management. If you want to overcharge people. Please give an excellent service like the people on Kasih Ibu hospital. Overprice and making people get infected badly is not a good karma for you
