Kindness from Sami and top breakfast.
Poor location without its own transport, dangerous road.
No restaurants nearby, very few warungs.
Surrounding noise as possible.
Hygiene and cleanliness to be reviewed (swimming pool and bathroom).

Accommodation on the outskirts of Ubud in a perfect location for getting around the area. We were lucky to find a person like Sami (the owner), a great person, speaks Spanish and is looking out for you at all times. Simply, thank you for everything. 100% recommended

Can’t describe how much we loved our stay! Sami and family are just amazing, kind and friendly. Everything you want from a guesthouse including hot water and a comfy bed. The breakfast was also our favourite part! Thank you

We stayed at Sami's for 6 nights and it was a great experience. Sami and his nephew Aaril were great hosts.
The property itself is very cozy and comfortable. You feel like you are living like the locals. The location is also good. Not too close to the crowd of the centre but not too far also, a short bike ride.
There is topaz cafe in case you don't have time to go far.
Rooms as good size for 2 people with a balcony in the front to sit and enjoy the breeze. There is AC, table, chair, cupboard, side tables. Bathroom has hot water 24x7 and western commode. They provide towels but no toiletries. But that's not an issue in Bali. Just go to an indomaret or Alfa Mart:)
Highly recommended to those who want to experience a relaxed stay. If you are someone who likes the luxury of fancy hotels, then maybe find another place. For all others, come to Sami's:)

Awesome place to stay. Far from crowds, the room was very tidy and well maintained, and the best thing is the owner is superb, friendly, helpful and delivers the true Balinese identity, highly recommended place to stay, we will be back in the future,

Sami is a wonderful person. As well as his whole family. Together they run this wonderful guesthouse. It's not in the busy center of Ubud (which is good), but 10 minutes by scooter you can reach everything. Every morning her wife cleans and tidies up the room, and with her daughter they prepare a delicious breakfast.
I would recommend this place a thousand times. Sami loves his work and really does things with his heart. If you want to feel like a family, discover true Balinese culture, and have excellent value for money, I suggest you come here. I will surely come back:)

Einfach super, Sami und seine Familie sind alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Gespräche mit Sami waren sehr interessant und er ist ein sehr guter Mensch. Bei Fragen konnte man Sami immer fragen und es wurde einem immer geholfen. Der Aufenthalt war super, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Frühstück mit Café war sehr lecker, der Pool und die Ruhe hier sind sehr schön. Gerne wieder!

It is a perfect place, I felt at home, very clean and cozy, Sami is the best host, I would definitely return to this place
