The receptionist and doctor were both friendly. It was suggested that I increase my Botox units to treat other areas that had previously not had work. I agreed to this & the additional cost however my main concern was always my frown and I feel this area was neglected in lieu of the other areas. Either way, the outcome on my frown lines wasn’t as positive as previous experiences elsewhere.

Had oxegen facial with Anni … soopa amazing therapist … doctor IVAN the best … place clean and aesthetically lovely … but PLEASE PLEASE change the receptionist attire … they look uncomfortable and it really doesn’t suit the image.they look like bar / club hostess …

Amazing just finished microneedling for the second time.
Elizabeth had super soft hands and ya very smooth process. Highly Recommend!

Amazing experience as always. I try to come every time I’m in Bali. This time i had rf microneedle and prp on my face and neck. I have no swelling or bruising whatsoever and already see a difference in my skin

Came for laser hair removal and Ani did a great job, she was very friendly while professional at the same time, had a lot of fun during not so fun procedure. My only concern was that after I booked the procedure no one told me I had to shave and I had to ask myself (what would have happened if I didn’t ask?)

Please don't come to this clinic. They are very unprofessional.
I made an appointment for acne treatment. After I came here, they kept selling. I went to do other things. After all the facial care, they didn't give me any moisturizing products.

I had been going to Rejuvie in Kuta. The result at Coccon is hands down a thousand times better. Well worth a bit more money. What a find!

I'm a long term client of Cocoon Medical Spa. Both centers in Ubud and Legian are exceptional. The Doctors speak perfect English, are very knowledgeable and kind. The atmosphere is always welcoming and professional. Am very happy with all my treatments! Can't recommend it enough:)

Went there for a colon hydrotherapy and felt very comfortable, new equipment, clean clinic and very professional service, price is also reasonable. Feeling very good today and can definitely feel the difference in my gut. I’d definitely go back for this treatment. Thanks Cacoon!

I imagine services are good, but I never went as far as experiencing them.
Emails exchanged with them we're based on "come come, we'll give you special price" when I told them they were more expensive than what I get in Paris. Just to realize, two weeks later while finally having an appointment, that there was no "special price". It would have been easier and more professional to say exactly that in the first place.

Therefore my money will go to another clinic.

20 minutes.not enough time to get much results.the industry standard is 45 min.ripped.nice decor. Best View.

Seriously, one of the best clinic I ever been. I've done Botox in Bangkok, it was nice but after 3 months, it almost vanished. Today I had an apt at Cocoon SPA, and sorry I forgot the name of the doctor, but nevertheless he was kind, nice, precise, and did the best botox I ever done. He even correct the side of my lips, which is falling down. Usually it takes time to see the result, but right now, I already see the best results I ever done. So in any case, if you think having botox in Ubud, do not hesitate to go at Cocoon Medical SPA, they are the best of the best! Highly recommended and for sure I will come back!

I can't recommend this place highly enough, they are professional, hygienic, friendly, welcoming and informative.

Miranda helped me with my initial questions on email, and Anni my therapist is the loveliest soul you could ever meet. I had an LED facial, a chemical peel, and a hydo detox facial including extraction due to a change in my skin and acne breakouts. I have never had these treatments before so was a little nervous, but she was very kind, reassuring and informative about the procedure.

Regarding the comment above. The doctor is young, but that does not mean he does not know what he's doing, what if he has recently graduated and is highly informed and knowledgable?

The prices are high and much more than other places in Ubud, but you get what you pay for and if you want good service, with reassuring hygiene in place, this is the place to go in Ubud.

Went there for Colon hydrotherapy and absolutely loved it. My nurse Tri was really good and made me comfortable. Can't wait to do my next round of colon hydrotherapy.

A tad disappointed about Cocoon. I visited about 5 years ago in Legian and thought it was great, but in 2019 I found much higher prices, comparable with what you pay in Adelaide, South Australia.
I did the Cleopatra Gold 2, the operator was nice and knew what she was doing, but the quality of the treatment is simply inferior to a very similar treatment I get back home and pay $150 AUD for: micro, radio frequency for tightening, gold mask, serum and cream. The results are just inferior, simple as that.
They advertise "tiny Bali prices", but that is no longer true. Botox is $9/unit, back home is $10.
Also, the state of the rooms is a bit ran down. The sheet on my treatment bed had several old stains and looked gross. I pointed it out and the operator smiled and said 'oh, just old stains don't worry it's been dry-cleaned'. Ok fine, but the experience, at $180, is just not good enough either.
It's a miss for me, sorry.
