Stayed for 5nights due to company event.
Reception: feel very much welcome by the lobby team and they always helpful on any inquiries as well as whenever assist required.

Room: spacious for twin sharing and most important, a comfortable bed. Huge balcony even with a nice couch although I have no chance to enjoy it. Spacious bathroom with nice bathtub.

Breakfast: plenty of choice as well as offering ala carte menu as optional. Personally, must try the coffee tasting on their breakfast menu. Only down side is limited of seats if you preferred to have your breakfast indoor. Cafe staffs are very helpful, this truly elevated the dining experience.

Gym: spacious and well ventilated, lack of yoga mat for stretching.

Beach: very nice path for morning jog along the beach, nice environment and well maintained path along a 1km seaside.

I recently had an unforgettable stay at Conrad Bali with my girlfriend, and it was such a phenomenal experience that I feel compelled to share. Right from the start, we were greeted with delightful welcome drinks and tropical fruits, instantly setting a magical tone for our stay. The staff's warmth and sincerity, always with friendly smiles and genuine greetings, made us feel incredibly special.

The array of activities available was a major highlight – from jetskiing and snorkeling to donut boating and parasailing. Onasis from the management team organized everything flawlessly, ensuring we never had to wait for any activity. He even personally escorted us to a complimentary photoshoot, capturing the stunning views of the hotel and its enchanting infinity chapel.

Our experience was so exceptional that, after briefly staying at another hotel that was almost double the price, we immediately noticed a stark difference in hospitality and service. This led us to return to Conrad Bali, where Onasis arranged for an early check-in and upgraded our room to one with lagoon access.

Our days were blissfully spent by the pool, savoring cocktails and delicious meals. The breakfast buffets were lavish, and the dinners at the hotel's restaurants were a culinary delight. Rin, the Japanese restaurant, Suku, offering traditional Indonesian cuisine, and 8 Degrees, known for its exquisite seafood, provided diverse and mouth-watering dining experiences. The vastness and beauty of the complex added to the allure of our stay.

We are already planning our next visit in April. Upon our departure, meeting Kevin, the general manager, and taking a picture with many of the staff was a beautiful conclusion to our stay.

Conrad Bali is an immaculate hotel. The rooms, grounds, and pool are amazing and well maintained. The cleaning service keeps the rooms beautiful multiple times a day. The staff is all fantastic and as Hilton Diamond Honors members we received extra special treatment. We loved the walking path outside the hotel along the beach that allowed us to walk along the beach for hours.

We tried all of the restaurants throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner and were always wowed by our meals and service.

A wonderful resort property that offers the best of classic resort style holidays! Nice location and excellent facilities…… good restaurants and a superb pool! The wedding chapel is sensational….

Hotel is nice and quiet; the spacious rooms and the very friendly staff. However, on the day of our departure we were faced with a serious payment problem: very long check-out and collection problem with our various Visa cards. The desk insisted on charging us an amount greater than our invoice, ensuring that we would receive a refund for the overpayment. However after a month we are still waiting for this refund. It's not up to the standard of a hotel of this size in our opinion! And it's a shame because we are left with a negative impression and a more than bitter taste of our stay even though the rest was very good. We asked for our invoice again and still nothing received. No comment!

A magnificent place that lends itself easily to both family reunions and business meetings.

If you are Hilton gold member, Don't expect any room upgrade, no welcome gift also. Nothing! They excuses was hotel fully booked even though I asked the housekeeping around 60% occupancy rate. Maybe they only respect the Diamond member. So Hilton gold member, stay away from this hotel, they don't see you as loyalty customer.

Here you can easily spend your vacation, incredibly courteous and friendly service, very good food. Despite the size, everything is spread over a very large area, so that you can find peace and quiet. Of course there is a lot going on at the main pool in high season.

I am currently staying in a suite here and trying to think of something complimentary to say about this hotel without much success. After a lengthy check in as they denied my Hilton status (luckily I had proof that they knew it from an email from them) I was shown to a ridiculously large room with a 12 foot wide bed (I am not kidding) but one which was showing significant signs of ageing and a telephone with an unconnected handset. Breakfast was meant to be available in the Club lounge the following morning but currently is only available in the main restaurant inhabited by very many small children. The point of the suites area of the hotel is that it
is for the over 12s. I have had to spend much of the last two days showing the staff how to pour a beer and uncork a bottle of wine as while pleasant the management has not thought of training them. The resort is also far too spread out for convenience. I could go on but rather than bother I would simply say if you are thinking of staying here then think again. There are many excellent hotels in Bali but the Conrad in my experience and opinion is not one.

Best hotel I've ever been to. 5* all the way through. Rooms, resort, service, pools, drinks, spa and free events (cocktail hour) all amazing. Place looks stunning and is great to wander through, perfect for lounging around in the sun and having great waiters sort you out

Only negatives being the food wasn't the best and it was overpriced, but breakfast has a great selection. Beach wasn't great as you couldn't really swim in the sea due to the weeds and rubbish but still looks great.

Will definitely be coming back!

Got 3 night suite room, really good room, hotel facility is very good, nice service, but too bad the beach is on renovation when we got there

At the moment (August 2018) they still renovate their rooms, pool, restaurant etc. And soon will be a wonderful hotel with brand new look.

Best Resort for Honeymooners and Family in my experience.they do have private rooms regular rooms too.
They had 4 swimming pools with few direct accessible from rooms.
Very large rooms and modern amenities.we loved the coffee maker amd coffee sachets.
Lavish breakfast buffet with local dishes.

I stayed in the penthouse at the Conrad Bali. It is beautiful. You have a private yard with fountains, private pool, and two "houses": One is a living room with full kitchen "great for second sleeping room" and a main Bedroom with jacuzzi and shower.
The hotel is renovating the suites. The food is very good and the staff is helpful. My room alone is 5star. I am glad I visited this property.

The perfect destination in Indonesia, especially you come in Bali. This place is near with Benoa Beach, and the view is directly to the sea. When we came, we'll found peace, quiet, comfort, and beatifull place here. We can see sunset in the beach near the Hotel. After that, we can dinner between hotel and the beach. The awesome experience is on here as always

Had an amazing (but short) stay at the Conrad in Bali. The staff is absolutely wonderful and the hotel itself is impeccable!

普通のホテルなら申し分ないのですが、以下でマイナス二つです

・枕やシーツが洗濯後の生乾きの臭いがします。一度取り替えてもらったのですが、翌日のベッドメークの際にまた再度同様の臭い。我慢して寝ても夜中に悪臭で目が覚めてしまいました。

・プールが大幅改装中で使えたかったのですが予約時にもConradのHPにも目立った記載なく。到着してからがっかり、でした。

・日本料理レストラン凛のラーメンは最悪です。味噌、醤油、とんこつと家族三人で3種類頼んだのですが、どれも似たり寄ったり。カップヌードル以下でIDR90000+サービス料と税。ホテルの前のローカル食堂の麺の方が断然美味しい。推測するにシェフは日本のラーメンを食べたことがないはずです。

そのほかは普通にConradです。スタッフさんも親切でフレンドリーだっただけに残念。

Thank you for your comments. You had better to ask Japanese speaking staff in your group to check what I commented before asking me for more details because my comments was already very specific and detail though it was Japanese.

Or I guess probably you just copied and pasted FAQ answer before reading my comment. If you would like to know more specific details, please let me know which part you would like to investigate. (smell of pillow, pool remodeling or Japanese restaurant Rin?)

Anyway, total experience in your hotel during my stay was above average among Bali hotels and I will stay Conrad again if I have a chance to visit Bali.

Great location just 25 mins from the airport. The old wing is being renovated and expected to open October. If you stay in Conrad Suites the rooms are crisp and spacious. Conrad hotel rooms are a bit tired but the staff is terrific, housekeeping could be improved a bit though

Actually the hotel was nice, pool wass nice, garden was nice, beach was nice, room dusty! Oh ya, they are having renovation now

We did a lot of research and decided on The Conrad. We stayed 4 nights in an ocean view room on level 3 (3314). It was simply stunning, loved watching the sun rise and set plus the beach was meters away. The resort was doing an upgrade to the Main pool, which faces onto the beach, and over half of the rooms were closed for renovations so the resort felt really private and quiet.
The staff here are amazing, very attentive and willing to do anything to make your stay enjoyable. The Gardner’s and grounds staff never stopped sweeping and the gardens were impeccably presented. Even the guards at the front gate greeted us friendly every time we left for walks.
I loved the little touches from the fresh lemonade and cold towels upon arrival to the free fruit ice blocks by the pool. Breakfast was buffet style, there was a huge selection plus made to order options of pancakes, omelette’s and items from the menu.
Highly recommended!
