Beautiful hotel, a little paradise on earth away from all the crowded places in Bali.
Everything was absolutely incredible, the restaurant, the rooms, the two swimming pools, the very friendly staff, the enchanting setting, the breathtaking view of the bay and the garden which is absolutely sublime.
The place is relaxing, perfect for relaxing, resting and enjoying the west of the island.
There isn't much around (apart from a few warung and surf spots) but the hotel provides free electric scooters and scooter rentals.

If there is a paradise on earth, it is in DAJUMA. This establishment, located off the beaten track in western Bali, is ideal for those seeking contact with nature or simply wanting to relax. On a promontory, facing the ocean, and crossed by a lush garden, the DAJUMA is very welcoming. The staff, always smiling, takes great care. Fluent in English, he was able to respond to all our requests.
And what about the cuisine combining Indonesian flavors and Western tastes! We feasted.
We were also able to take advantage of the many activities and excursions offered.

And all this, with a smile!

We have just stayed there for two weeks with an irresistible desire to come back.

What a wonderful resort! Everything was amazing: the Bendega villa I stayed in, the staff and the food. They did everything to make my stay as good as possible. Well worth the ride to the west and recommended if you want to stay somewhere luxury but also a bit further away from all the crowded places on Bali.

You feel like you're in another world:
Two wonderful pools (waterfall, natural slide, swimming channel and whirlpool). Winding paths, pagodas, Indonesian-style villas with open bathrooms, restaurant with sea views and very tasty food, super motivated staff. This is a taste of paradise.

This was the second stop of our guided tour of Bali and it was great - it was by far the most beautiful hotel of the entire tour!

The staff was very friendly, helpful and spoke great English.
The complex is very nice, new and leaves nothing to be desired.
The spa is worth an absolute recommendation.
We ate very well in the restaurant, drank delicious cocktails and everything at a fair price. Special Recommendation -> Arak Attack!

This is the second time we visit Dajuma, last time was in December we spend Christmas here and it was a wonderful experience, beautiful resort and great service that is why when our family visit from Jakarta we decide to take them here for holiday and it turn out bitter in the end.everything was great until it was time for check out they asked us to wait for room checking, and then their staff asking for a laundry bag, they told us to return the LAUNDRY BAG! Can you imagine what a joke is this? Yes we use the laundry bag for our dirty clothes, i have travelled the world and stayed in many 5 star hotels around the world and this is the first time i am being humiliate and treated like a thief just because of a LAUNDRY BAG! They forced me to unpack my luggage and treat me with no respect and in my whole life which i loved travelled so much this is the first time ever happened to me and its happened while i bring my family here, so yes i will never come back to this hotel ever again and will not recommended anyone to stay in this hotel!

Nightmare service - my dietary requirements weren't met and I was given food that made me ill, despite clarifying with restaurant staff that my food met my needs. I had to upgrade to get a television which didn't work. Reception would not answer the phone. I had to get out of bed, when clearly unwell to ask for service. There were dead bugs in my villa bathroom. It looks pretty but the experience is dreadful. On my fourth time of having to physically go to reception to ask for help I told the manager the service was poor.
My door couldn't be locked. Maintenance was unable to resolve anything.
It was care Factor zero from the staff. 24 hours was all I could take and checked put.
They were rude on check out as well.
AVOID THIS NIGHTMARE HOTEL.

The reply fom the Hotel is not genuine. I would not have become ill if I was given lactose free milk. I have emails acknowledging that issue. Even if you are correct, you are not, I asked at the restaurant if the milk was lactose free and was assured it was. Are you suggesting I would consume something to make myself deliberately ill? This is illogical. I had to get out of bed on multiple occasions when in pain and discomfort to go to reception to ask for service. Your response is insulting and disrespectful.

I stand by my original review on all issues and am disgusted with the response from the Nightmare Hotel. AVOID THIS HOTEL.

This resort has never disappointed me, in all the years I've been going there. It takes a while to get there - its a three hour drive from the airport! But that's what makes it so special; the fact that its not overrun with tourists. Puri Dajuma is a destination, in and of itself, and it's absolutely stunning, quiet and tranquil. It is perfect for "time out", or relaxation, if you just want time away from the rat race, but there are plenty of tours to keep people busy if they fancy getting out. I have always been looked after so well at Puri Dajuma, by all the staff, from the gardeners who left beautiful little flower arrangements outside my villa every day, to the kitchen staff who cooked me something I asked for (a traditional Balinese dish) that wasn't on their menu this time. Everyone is helpful and friendly, everywhere is clean and tidy, the spa treatments are beautiful, and the pools are spotless too, which is a big thing for me. Puri Dajuma is a wonderful experience, and after two incredibly difficult years when the pandemic all but destroyed tourism in Bali and severely impacted the income of hospitality staff, this gorgeous place managed to keep going, retain its staff, and continues to offer its guests a truly magical experience. I've already booked for next year again, and I can't wait to go back and see all those smiling, welcoming faces and enjoy a true slice of paradise.

Relaxing fantastic resort with lots of family activities for free; boogie boarding, ping pong, badminton and waterslide. Lots of variety in the restaurant from local food, pizza, pasta, seafood etc. We stayed in two-bedroom villa on the beach that had 3 double beds and two beautiful outside bathrooms. Great for teenages because has lounge in middle hut with bedrooms joined on either side. We had a great 6 night holiday here. About 3 hours drive from Denpasar but worth it!

My husband and I were staying in an Airbnb nearby and ended up spending a lot of time at Dajuma. We had many meals there because they understand very well gluten-free requirements and the food was absolutely delicious. I was disappointed only once (steak of poor quality) and I was never sick because of the food. Cocktails can be very strong and a bit hard to drink, but perfect if you need to relax fast! My favourite was the Pluto's punch, which actually tasted great. The staff was adorable, so warm and friendly, both at the restaurant and reception. And at the spa, security and driver too! They were super helpful. When we found ourselves with no water at the house where we were staying, they looked after us, always with a smile and a good sense of humour. We ended up staying a night and loved the peace and quiet of the room. Great huge and comfy bed, spacious room, perfectly white sheets. It's in a quiet part of Bali. Getting there from the airport is not fun because very slow, but going anywhere in Bali seems to be like that. Dajuma makes for a very relaxing holiday. They do organise tours. We had a nice massage there too. I'd definitely stay again.

Rooms are lovely. The grounds are heavenly. Location is perfect to relax in a secluded corner of Bali. The food is among the best I've had in Bali.
Only fault was they make the worst cocktails I've ever had in my life. Stick to beer and your stay will literally be perfect.

The resort was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. When a member of our group suddenly fell very ill from a contraction of Dengue, the manager rode with them in the ambulance to the hospital and ensured that our group member was taken care of. The staff, and manager specifically, went above and beyond to accommodate our group during this time and we are all extremely grateful!

Extremely friendly staffs and very very nice environment. I would give them 6 stars if there were this option.

Great resort with beautiful gardens, paths, pools and cottages. An oasis for birds. Food was very good. Had a yoga session. Wide beach in front with interesting rock formations and pools filled with fish and other interesting creatures. Only hiccup is the very high prices for the rooms. We recommend the resort highly!

Paradiesisch - Das Puri Dajuma ist ein sehr gepflegtes, schönes und ruhiges Resort direkt am Strand. Das Personal ist sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend.
Wir verbrachten dort zusammen mit unserer Tochter (knapp 3J.) vier Tage und hätten im Nachhinein gerne mehr Zeit dort verbracht.
Die Zimmer direkt am Pool sind traumhaft - das Badezimmer befindet sich im Freien und ist wunderschön.
Das Zimmer ist nicht so groß, aber ausreichend da eine überdachte Terrasse vorhanden ist.
Die Anlage ist sehr schön und paradiesisch.
Einzigst die fehlenden Möglichkeiten in der Nähe etwas zu unternehmen/ zu essen fallen negativ auf, wofür das Hotel jedoch nichts kann. So ist aber für Ruhe und Entspannung gesorgt.
Das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant war sehr lecker, wenn auch nicht so günstig wie in Restaurants/warungs sonst auf Bali.
