Really nice place with local food. They have gluten free and vegan options. Everything is super delicious and portions are big. They have gluten free cakes
Great chicken lassagna, as well as the chicken burrito! Enormous and delicious plates! As well as the samosas and other appetizzers! A lot of vegan options as well
Delicious, healthy and nutritious food. Highly recommend the salads and vegan lasagne. Best vegan lasagne we have ever had. We will be back! Lovely atmosphere. #vegansofubud #ubudvegan
Perfect place! We have been there more than 5 times. Dishes were delicious and nice cooked. Calming tea, auverdic soup, baliwood and quinoa salads my favourite️ Highly recommended! 1 auverdic soup 2 quinoa salad + green spirit 3 baliwood salar+spring rolls+calming tea 5 breakfast burrito
Hidden gem. Amazing food for cheap and its all GLUTEN FREE! Also super vegan and veg friendly. These guys have GF cooking figured out. GF tortilla for burritos and their cakes are next level.
Amazing healthy food, options for all. Really friendly happy staff. Great to support a good local business! My girlfriend and I, we both go there almost every day, Best price for quality you are going to find in ubud.
Dayu is a gem Very creative menu Many colors Home made coconut milk We had the lasagna And the kitcheri Deliciousness We took also the cookies to go Nyam
This is one of my favourite places to eat. Normally I go to the sisters Resturant but it has closed in the past year. Same menu. The Tempe lasagna is great! I just had breakfast for the first time and I would not recommend. The juice was watered down and the smoothie bowl did not have all the fruit they said it did and the toppings where not listed on the menu (they came on without knowing meaning I was allergic to one- scraped off). Come for dinner or lunch.
Absolutely amazing! The tastiest food I have had in years! I am coeliac and was overjoyed to find this place, all of my friends love it too! It was so good we came back again the next day. Generous portion sizes, healthy food, friendly service. Lots of vegan / vegetarian options too. Definitely worth visiting if you want gluten free in ubud! #coeliac #celiac #gf #glutenfree
My favourite gluten free restaurant in Ubud, The food is not only tasty, savoury and made on order, but the atmosphere is truly Balinese. Please, head there and support local entrepreneurs Terima Kasih Dayu
Really nice clean vegetarian food and the harga is perfect. No tax because it’s owned by locals. Support local business. One of my new favorites in Ubud. This is the Daal with a black rice wrap on the side. Super enak.
Best priced healthy food in town. Dayu is a sweetheart who put her soul into her businesses. Huge portions, creative takes on vegetarian / vegan food, and most importantly, doesn't go all vegannazi on us and forbid meat from the menu. So she caters to all. Good vibes too and nice central location.
I’ve had dinner at Dayus a few times already and really love it. It’s a good mixture of Indonesian, vegan and also Ayurvedic food. Everything tastes delicious. They also sell cookies and so cooking classes.
Well this is when I regret giving other places 5 stars because this is a cut above the rest. Food is excellent and cheap, drinks too. Cakes in the fridge and fantastic food. Couldn't rate it highly enough.the only niggle is the toilet could be nicer.
Lots of vegan & gluten free options! Prompt food service & very reasonable prices; especially with the size of the portion. They offer cooking classes & have cakes & raw food treats as well
They take some time to prepare the food.with love It’s real good The juices rock too and the updtairs area is company and you get a sweet view! I’ll return again & again for a reason:)
This is by far the best restaurant in Ubud, really cheap and tasty food that is also very healthy. The service is really friendly and fast. I came here many times and will miss it a lot. Ps, ignore the last review, the toilet is fine.
We had a really bad experience. Selected this warung based upon it's good reviews, but the nasi goreng I ordered looked like leftovers served from a previous customer. It was incredibly salty, the sad two pieces of tempeh served on the side were cold, and the satay sauce was grey of color and tasted weird. My boyfriends mie goreng had an overall grey color too, was incredibly salty and sour too. No good experience unfortunately.
I love Dayu's Warung because they have healthy food for a good price. Lots of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options as well. The staff is very friendly too They have a good variety in their menu and even a dessert selection downstairs. I really like their chocolates and raw cakes. The seating area is comfortable, and there are both floor cushion and chair options so everyone is happy. I highly recommend checking out Dayu's Warung if you are in Ubud
Great selection of food and drinks. Food portions were great, well priced and prepared without delay. Service and staff was excellent! Would make my way back there again.
I went to Dayu's Warung based on reviews. The restaurant was empty when we arrived. My friends and I took off our shoes and entered (as is expected). We opted to eat upstairs. The setting upstairs is peaceful and overlooks the street. It is open but still covered on top. The waitress was nice and attentive. I ate a lot of food in Bali (Canggu, Seminyak, and Ubud) and this was an unfortunate meal. We waited a long time for the meal (45 mins maybe) and again, it was empty. I would say that it was probably made fresh, which is good. I opted to get a chicken sate appetizer, but the peanut sauce was weirdly textured, colored, and flavored. The chicken also had fat pieces in it and was blended with coconut - good taste, weird texture. For my meal, I opted for the mie goreng, which is fried noodles. The noodles were absolutely not fried, soft, and not well flavored. My friends had similar experiences with their meals, so we all left hungry. Good customer service, not so good food - simply disappointing.
We took part in a private cooking class for 2. Ladies were really nice and helped us to understand all the receipts correctly, also recommending some substitutes that can be easily found in Europe. Our class contained 6 vegetarian Indonesian meals, incl.starter, souce, soup, main, snack and dessert. All food was really delicious. Lesson took around 2 hours.
My favorite place for dine in every tiime I’m in Ubud, never fails me. The food is awesome, delightful taste, unique drinks, the heavenly cakes.and with friendly price! What more can you ask for!
This is my favorite Warung on Bali. I have eaten here multiple times just to try something different, and each time I am delighted. The food is fresh and unique, with a focus on being healthy. There are vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. Many of the dishes are entirely unique, and I have not seen anything quite like it before anywhere. The fresh juices are also amazing, and there are some fresh bakery options available as well. The prices are quite low. In addition, the staff are always friendly and seem happy.
Nasi campur was very tasty! Sunflower lentil soup was OK - could have used more flavor. Vegan brownies tasted good but consistency was strange - they used a strange binder which made them gummy.
Had a yummy meal one day and booked there and then for a cooking course with owner the following day. Absolutely recomended. Healthy yummy food and great tuition. Lots of information.
The staff were disinterested, the tropical pumpkin tempeh curry had no flavour, pumpkin in curry and salad was way over cooked. Sweet potatoes fries were raw. Plus the floors were really dirty!
Not traditional Balinese OR western - the worst of both worlds! The curry was really lacking flavour and food was mostly over cooked. Also the two staff were rude.
My most favorite out of all Indonesian warungs. Definitely has a healthy twist to it! The cakes are the best here and not too sweet. Nice staff. Love coming back often.
