Wijaya and his staff are beautiful people who couldn't do enough for you. The location is great and the Hotel is very clean and comfortable

It's a business trip and I stay with 3 other colleague for 2 weeks in this hotel. As local Indonesian this hotel give safety for me, because there is no wild dog running around in the parking lot. This become the main reason the company choose this hotel for us to stay.

The staff is super friendly, the food was great, the only downside is the internet connection is very slow and can't reach well to my room (I was in 219, the most beautiful view but the worst wifi range). Sometimes I need to open the balcony door in order to able working with my laptop.

For vacations, I can recommended this hotel. It's near to the beach, near to Beachwalk Mall, super easy to find restaurant, ATM and convenience store.

1. Great location. Kuta Beach, nearby market, shopping mall 5 minutes away
2. Good service and breakfast for the price
3. The facilities feel old. All doors were stiff.
4. Only sunflower shower. Poor drainage. No hair dryer. (You can borrow it at the counter, but the staff comes to pick it up every time. The dryer they lend is so bad that you have to dry your hair for an hour)
4. There is a small drying rack on the terrace for drying clothes.
5. No elevator
6. Provide 2 bottles of water every day.
7. Occasionally you can hear singing in the pub on the first floor at night.
8. Overall, the facilities were a bit disappointing, but it was great for the price and the staff were all friendly!

Kamarnya cukup luas dengan view kolam renang, bersih juga dan servisnya oke. Lokasi di poppies II, jalannya memang agak kecil tp bisa untuk masuk mobil, parkir juga cukup luas, kira-kira 6-8 mobil bisa. Di sekitarnya juga ada penyewaan roda dua, cafe pun ada, mau belanja baju ataupun pernak pernik juga banyak di kiri dan kanan hotel. Jasa laundry dari hotel juga ada, bisa reguler dan express dan bekerjasama dengan pihak ketiga.

We had a lovely 6 night stay at Dekuta. It's a beautiful little hotel, lovely rooms and gorgeous pool. We loved the location, close to beach, lots of action close by on Poppies 2. The best bit were the staff! They were the most lovely people and made our stay! We have nothing to fault and highly recommend this place!

Their location are perfect near by the beach, many restaurants, mall, shops around the corner and can be reached in walking distance. Their exceptional service was unforgettable. Especially Alit Wijaya who have shown his dedication to arrange me everything. He always makes sure that everything we need is in place & well arranged. The breakfast is more than expected, they have a lot of choice. Wifi is good but need to be improved. Everything are perfect and definitely would come back on our next trip in October.

If you decide to book this hotel, please change your mind cause the real is opposite from the photo

1. The staff can speak few English
2. Hotel didn’t train staff to have service mind and helpful to guest
3. Dirty room (house keeper isn’t going to cleaning the room even we stayed 2 nights)
4. The reception will rope money from late check in. They said that due to hotel regulations but we booked from Agoda and if they have rules, it should show on somewhere not only verbal
5. The balcony door can’t closed
6. The noisy from construction made us can’t sleep
7. There’s no slipper

Finally, this’s hotel nightmare!
You must change!

- Wifi Internet is poor
- Been told coffee is included in breakfast and turn out extra charge when check out
- 2 nights and no housekeeping service
- No towel change and water bottle filled, No hair dryer
- Miscommunication all the time

Only plus point for location near beach and some staff friendliness

Kamar bersih, balkon luas, lobby luas, dekat dengan pantai kuta dan pasar oleh². Minus di detektor asap tiba2 nyala padahal tidak merokok, lapor resepsionis langsung ada penanganan. Oh iya tidak ada lift, yg ada hanya tangga, tp gapapa masih bisa ditolerir soalnya bangunan hanya ada 3 lantai.

Menginap selama 2 malam disini, karena dekat dengan pantai kuta dan beachwalk kuta.
Kamar kami akses yg ke kolam, jadi berada di lantai dasar, jadi dekat dengan lobby juga kolam renang.
Kamarnya bersih, walau kamar mandinya sedikit bau (bau dari saluran air) dekat wc nya.
Ac dingin, wifi baik.
Ketika kami datang juga banyak pengunjung yg sedang menginap.

Tempatnya deket ke pantai nih. Paling jg jalan kaki cuma 5 menit, lsg ketemu pantai. Bisa puas main di pantai.

If i come again to bali, my choice will not
choose another hotel unless this hotel is sold out.

This was a very enjoyable stay. It isn't far from the beach and the cost is reasonable. Room quality is good, but they don't have a restaurant.
The pool was good entertainment for my 3-year old.

Tempat penginapan yang sangat bagus kamarnya bersih nyaman untuk tidur ada AC, air panas dan ada kolam renang ya yang bagus buat berenang

Harga nya lumayan hemat, kamar nya bersih sekali, balkonnya adem, kasur nya empuk, kamar mandinha bersih. Untuk makanannya enak tapi pilihan makanan halal nya hanya 2 waktu itu tapi 22nya enak.

Disini stay 3D2N. Harga terjangkau. Kamar luas dengan balkon dan view swimming pool plus bathtub. AC sempat bocor, untungnya pas 1 jam sebelum check out. Lokasi strategis dekat keramaian Kuta. Ke Pantai Kuta dekat banget hanya jalan kaki 100m. Mau ngemall? Tinggal jalan sebelah hotel udah Beachwalk Mall. Petugas ramah dan helpful.oh yamenu breakastnya bukan buffet pada umumnya ya, jadi harus bawa kupon yg dikasih saat checkin dan 1 kupon berlaku untuk 2 menu makan dan 2 minum. Pilihan menu ada Indo dan western, mie goreng dan healthy bowlnya enak:)

Minusnya proses cek in yang lama. Datang ke receptionist jam 14.05 baru dapat kamar 50 menit kemudian: (semoga ada perbaikan ya:)

Saya dihotel ini tidak menginap cuman kebetulan ada proyek renovasi.
Karyawan disini sangat ramah, tempatnya bersih dan dipusat kuta.

Decent hotel located conveniently from the beach and a large shopping centre. Rooms are very big and clean.

Nice room, very comfy.
Quite noisy from the street. Breakfast included but options are very poor.
