It was easier to see the products than the Uluwatu store! However, the Uluwatu store had a better selection and I liked the atmosphere. The picture I wanted was not sold here, so I ended up buying it at the Uluwatu store.
Perfect place to have a drink, eat and enjoy the bali vibe. Above all, the service is incredibly good, I met Widi Server and he is one of the nicest people I have met
Cafe yang sangat unik dan bagus.cocok untuk menikmati coffe, pelayanan yang sangat ramah, good food, good vibes, and thankyou ria for your excelent service, i will be back
Both the boss and staff are unfriendly, do not pay attention to customer service, and only try to avoid complaints. They also have a very no-nonsense refund and exchange policy. I don't know if it's because it's a money-making store, but it's never a customer-first store.
This is a really well stocked store. If you can’t find a pair of boardies here, you’re not trying hard enough. But! It’s really overpriced! A lot of items can be found cheaper elsewhere.
I've been here a couple of times, and my opinion remains the same. The staff are more attentive in serving white customers. I reserved my opinion before and thought it would be different on my future visits. However the cold treatment remains the same. I did a purchase on the first visit still due to some items that I wanted, but even then they weren't helpful. Their promo label is also misleading. They have a 50% corner, but apparently not all the apparels there are 50% off. Most are 10-20%. There aren't much collection for women too, they've been holding same stock since the past month (my previous visit). Though they have quite a sizeable collection of Obey caps and local brand t-shirts. Some local designers collab with Patagonia and Drifter (one particular thing that's interesting). Though I still wouldn't recommend visiting this place, you'll find better service, prices, promo elsewhere. Unless maybe you're white
I'd recommend for you to improve your service. Asians are the biggest retail consumer btw.
