Very good restaurant and great time!
Special mention to the fish of the day with the special sauce and the curry sauce.

I was rejected when i came to this resto. One waiter said that i needed to book to eat there, but i saw another foreign tourist came behind me, without booking, can sit in this restaurant.

Excellent restaurant. Very friendly staff. The food is delicious, the prices are very reasonable for the quality of the dishes they offer. I recommend sitting in the gardens. The best restaurant I have been to in Bali.

We had dinner there 2 consecutive evenings We wanted to taste everything and we were not disappointed.the Indonesian flavors and the French refinement. A delight!

My partner and I had dinner in your restaurant last night, we ordered chicken and sweet potato hash and were sick all night.
Too bad because the environment and the cousin are of quality

Love this restaurant. We ordered a number of dishes and we love the jackfruit nuggets and yellow rice. The dishes are well spiced. Love the ambiance.

Similarly to other reviews, we didn't understand the hype about this place. There was nothing that we ate here that made us say "wow, this is good! ".

All the fried food came drenched in oil. Our main course, chicken with mashed sweet potatoes, was disappointing. The chicken, which came in small shredded pieces, was actually 50% meat, 50% skin and gristle, so we had to be careful and pick what to eat. Also the mashed potatoes was not that good.

Just giving 2 stars instead of 1 because they offered a small welcome snack. It was not good either (something fried, once again, drenched in oil, and a small drink, both not tasty), but at least it was a nice touch.

Our advice is to go to other nearby restaurants: much tastier food, for less than half the price.

Great restaurant in Amed, clearly the best we tried in Bali. The place is magnificent and the food is excellent, plus the waitress was very nice and smiling and speaks a little French. We will come back without hesitation

Wow! I've traveled all through Asia over the years and this had to be one of my top 3 meals hands down! Food was absolutely to die for! Service was served with a smile, couldn't ask for a better place to eat in Amed

Everything was perfect, the calm bamboo place, the kind staff, the exquisite food (mains and desserts). I recommend!

Nice place and good vibes but the food is way too oily! Ordered 4 dishes and all of them soaking in oil.

Tasty food and large portions. The staff is very friendly. We didn’t have a reservation but a solo traveler took pity on us and shared her table. The restaurant filled up quickly after we sat down, so reservations are a good idea, at least on a Saturday night.

Really my favorite restaurant in Amed. You'll find some amazing and creative food, great service and a beautiful setting.

This place was founded by a Balinese Fisherman and French Cook, so it's a great fusion concept with a creative take on dishes that you wont find anywhere else in the world, literally. The seafood is locally caught, the poultry is free range, the oils, herbs and spices are sourced locally whenever possible. Every dish is well presented and delicious, with the aesthetic decor and ambience of the restaurant to match. When you walk in they ask if you want a garden seat or regular table. Sit in the garden bungalow, take in the view, and enjoy a special meal that's not Indonesian, not western, but a special fusion that only exists at Galanga. Its worth it.

Best vegan jackfruit curry I have had anywhere. Absolutely delicious! Lovely setting in the garden and very nice staff. I would give a full 5 star if my last meal hadn't been so disappointing. The gyozas were very small and expensive. The poke bowl was very small, bland and expensive. The waitress spoke very little English which cost me more than I had budgeted misunderstanding I only wanted a half portion of the Poke bowl. Pity really but would gladly go back anyway just for the jackfruit coconut curry which earns 4stars just by itself.

Delicious pesto pasta, tempura shrimp and fish cakes finishing with homemade banana and coconut ice cream. Great spot to eat in Amed!

Just great food, no words needed. We visit it for breakfast and dinner and it worths it. Just great and atmosphere is also very quite, wild and secluded.

In my opinion, this is the best restaurant in Amed. The fish in banana leaf is incredible (better than any at any other Amed restaurant), the pasta Balinese style is unusual and delicious. The brioche French toast is ridiculously tasty. The lunch wraps are outstanding. Nothing will give you Bali belly. The raised garden palapas are secluded, intimate, and get you above the roosters; you can make reservations via WhatsApp. Kadek is a warm and lovely host, and can converse extremely well in French and English.
