Worst shopping experience I’ve had in Bali yet. I went there with friends and enjoyed the styles of clothes and jewelry and bought a very expensive t shirt and “silver” ring. After wearing the ring for less than 24 hours I noticed it had turned my finger completely green.despite it being labeled as silver, the store notified me after I sent in a complaint on instagram that it was actually brass. Originally they said they wouldn’t refund my purchase, and then they said after some talking that they would refund me 8 dollars, even though I spent 50 US dollars on the ring. I bought real silver rings that I’ve been wearing for months with no issues for 1/10th of the price from local artisans and jewelers. If your looking to buy jewelry in Bali, I highly recommend that you don’t shop here. They are deceptive in practice, their customer service is horrible, and you can find the same items that are priced fairly easily elsewhere. If you are in Bali, don’t waste your time shopping here. You can find pop up shops on the street that sell the same goods for much less with better quality. Trust me - Shop elsewhere. This is not the quality you come to Bali for, and if you purchase there goods you are being taken advantage of. Don’t be a dumb tourist like I was… shop local, and not at Gingersnap.

Just very friendly staff, the girls help, ask if everything is right, and most importantly unobtrusive! Very beautiful, one might say designer clothes. The quality of tailoring is excellent, the fabric is pleasant, good quality. A little pricey, but I think it's worth it.
I bought a dress, now I don’t want to get out of it - light, breathable, pleasant to the body. My husband bought a cool white shirt that sat on him - unlike many shirts that we saw on the street (just a cotton rectangle), here you can make a normal fitted cut, sat well in the shoulders.

I went in because the clothes were unique and pretty, and the fabric was also good. The staff were friendly, and my husband tried it on and liked it. The size was great, and I also liked the designer's original design.
They explained that it was European size. It suited my husband perfectly. I bought a whole set and the price seems to be a bit high for Bali prices. Up and down set
Paid 3,000,000 rupiah.
