Giorgio Italian Ristorante

I recently stayed at the hotel where this restaurant is located and thoroughly enjoyed the meals that I had here. The pizza is excellent. Service is 5-star all the way. The staff go out of their way to be helpful.

We stumbled upon this place walking down the road, we stayed many years ago at the old Nikko so thought we would wonder up. It is a great setting on their deck, with nice mood lighting and a cool evening breeze that comes through. The staff are all very attentive and friendly. Inside is however very warm, so recommend sitting outside! The menu is expansive and they adapted it to suit everyone’s wishes. We had the pizzas, steak, pasta and a few more items. But everyone’s favourite entree would be the mozzarella sticks! I forgot to take many photos.

Best pizza ever. Amazing service and they are so kind and welcoming, once I discovered this place, I went there 5 times in 72 hours, including 2 days in a row getting lunch and then dinner there. The best pizza I have ever eaten. If you are in Bali you have to go here atleast once and experience the incredible kindness and of course the world class food. Love this place so much and will miss it when I go back to Australia.

Overall management, systems to deliver exceptional food and services seem missing.
Two out of three main courses were delivered to the table less than warm and without flavour. One main dish showed up 20 minutes after everyone had finished eating.
Not a recommended restaurant. Might be better to go elsewhere.

Horrible horrible horrible. Where to begin, service, extremely slow— I had a party of 5, everyone’s meals came out at a different time, which is fine as long as it’s only a few minutes apart, however, my meal came first, chicken lasagna, extremely oily, came out cold. I awkwardly ate as my party watched me. Next up, 10 minutes later, risotto, my aunt ate the extremely bland and one noted meal. 5 minutes after the risotto came out, the two spaghetti’s, delicious. 4 of our 5 family members were done eating, while my father’s pizza still had not arrived. 20 minutes after we had all finished eating, the pizza arrived, which at that point we had told them to take away out of pure frustration. The bill arrived and they wanted us to pay a 10% service charge, what service did we receive? Overall, the team was Subpar, lackluster, disorganized. Definitely in need of new management.

We ate here once it was delicious. The second time we came here, they didn't take our order at 9: 20 telling us the last order time is 9pm but the sign said last order time was 9: 30.they weren’t even busy, when i confronted them they said they didn’t say it was 9. I just find it not professional from waiters to lie to customers to not work.

Ordered on go jek.go jek driver arrived at he restaurant only to be told the menu has increased its prices by 40%. They wouldnt honour the advertised price and wasted 1 hour of mine and the go jek drivers time

Wir haben dort schon 3 mal gegessen. Ursprünglich wollten wir in Bali nur einmal Pizza essen, aber das Essen war so gut, dass wir einfach wieder kommen mussten. Das Essen ist frisch und nahezu traditionell. Es schmeckt hervorragend und der Service ist auch sehr gut. Das Personal ist freundlich und motiviert, höflich und zuvorkommend, so wie man es sich von einem guten Restaurant verspricht. Ich habe selten eine vergleichbare Pizza gegessen, weder in Italien, noch in Deutschland. Wenn man von deutschen Preisen ausgeht, ist die Preisleistung überragend. In Deutschland würde man für ein vergleichbares Etablissement schnell das dreifache bezahlen. Den Rest hat mir die geniale Liveband gegeben, die internationale Titel in neuem Arrangement präsentiert hat. Die Musiker waren an den jeweiligen Instrumenten technisch sehr ausgeprägt und haben obendrein mit nahezu perfektem mehrstimmigen Gesang das Ambiente des Lokals perfektioniert.

Kann ich wirklich nur weiterempfehlen.

I wouldn't be so harsh with my review if they didn't proclaim using only traditional Italian cooking methods. Food was bland. They used garlic in water, not fresh. Bread was a bit stale. No character to the food and it took over 30 minutes for us to get a bowl of spaghetti.

We've been to this restaurant 3 times, the first 2 were good experiences, but the the 3rd so bad and systemically flawed that I felt compelled to warn others. I'll keep it brief; going to the restaurant with 2 young kids we had to wait nearly an hour for the starter and the kids meals, then nearly an hour again for our mains. We'd finished our bottle of wine (which are all really expensive in Bali) before our mains arrived and suggested that a complimentary glass of wine would help with the wait, we were refused. After a long wait to speak to the manager about the experience, I found him unapologetic and unable/unwilling to do anything to rectify the situation. Looking round the restaurant all we heard we're unhappy rumblings, I don't know what went wrong for them tonight, but their management were unskilled to deal with it. If you go on a night like this, expect to feel you've wasted your money

Some people seem to have a bad experience, best Italian in the benoa nusa dua area, pizza was actually very good, pastas tasted great, good service and bread, it is the best restaurant in the hotel as well. We ate here on three occasions and every time was great.

The food, on this particular evening was average at best. Salads were good, mains were too salty, desserts were fair.

Best Italian Food. If you have candlelight dinner in mind this place is to look for. They got live music too.

Best Italian food that I've had in my life and I've already been in Italy, congrats guys the carbonara was amazing! Staff also amazing!

And for desert.panna cotta just yummy, best ever!

Fairly good selection of Italian food - I Had the penne Arabiata and it was simple but delicious. The restaurant had a good atmosphere and staff were friendly and accommodating.

Ruined holiday, traveled around all of bali and ate from heaps of places for cheap prices and this was the most expensive meal we had all holiday and I threw up all night and felt terrible for the next few days. Thought snitzel and chips was a safe bet but apparently not from here, best to avoid!
