We got the tropical full body scrub and it felt great on the skin. Communication was great and nothing felt invasive. They gave us a delicious complementary tea while waiting and gave us ample time to get ready and comfortable. We had all the facilities we needed and it was a great experience. Thank you!

Wonderful spa! Very beautiful and atmospheric. Cozy massage rooms with bathroom. A good massage, during which I even fell asleep, which is quite rare! I recommend it

This space is the best spa space in the area, the room where you get your foot massage overlooks a tranquil pool and is on the comfiest chairs ever. You aren’t squashed side by side at all.

I did a full package and loved my facial and massage. Another time I did a manicure which included a shoulder massage. Both times I was really impressed by the service, timing, and space.

My friend brought me here for an upmarket spa pedicure, the premises are very lovely and we had pool view from our chairs.
The pedicure was technically very good with a rosemary & lemon soak, cutting/filing, cuticle work, exfoliation, foot and lower leg massage, paint with base coat, 2x colour (large variety of shades) and top coat, and a shoulder massage at the end.
I was also offered a spicy ginger tea with optional honey and a small glass of watermelon cubes with a decorative mint leaf.
A good and very relaxing experience all around.

The spa is very clean, relaxing and the staff are very attentive and experienced.

I got a pedicure with French Gel and really enjoyed it. Putri was super gentle and sweet, worked very cleanly and the massage of feet, legs and shoulders was great clear recommendation!

Unbelievably Excellent - From the moment you enter Goldust Spa you feel you are in an oasis of calm and beauty. The Spa just moved from their old location in May 2023 and you can see the attention to detail everywhere you look. I had booked the 90 minutes Signature table massage and we immediatly given a form asking about any issues in my body that needed attention and how much pressure I wanted. The massage therapist was excellent, asked how I was doing many times and modified her pressure and attention exactly as requested. The massage was excelent. The lotion used was sumptuous and the therapist used hot towels to wash each section she had worked on which was lovely. The hot stones at the end of the massage was a treat. Overall the massage was one of the best in my life. The recovery area is lovely with cushy couches overlooking a huge pool and stunning gardens. As you sip your top ginger tea you feel comletely at peace. There are many places to get a massage in Bali but Goldust provides much much more than a menu of theapies. At Goldust you get to enjoy a complete Spa experience that completely nutures your soul.

My partner and I had the 2.5hr indulgence package here at Goldlust spa. It was the best spa experience I’ve ever had particularly the facial. The staff were lovely, it’s easy to book a treatment in and the space is so beautiful. I would highly recommend this spa and we will definitely be back!

I bought my two daughter with me to have the gold leaf facial, thus was one if the most relaxing treatments I've had, I almost fell asleep. The therapists are lovely and very good at their jobs.

Today I went back to remove gel polish from another salon and the lady was very delicate as could be with my paper thin nails (damaged by another salon).

One of the best gel pedicures I have ever received! The salon itself is set up nicely with comfortable chairs and serene music. I also got complimentary tea and fruit to enjoy during my pedicure. I definitely recommend for a pedicure in Canggu.

I had a full body massage. It was really good. You can choose the strength, I like it strong. They took away all the tension. The service and the place are very nice!

I went for a classic massage yesterday and all I can say is I’m not one to ever say anything bad about a place. But oh boy was one really not pleasant experience. I thought hearing all the lovely reviews that I couldn’t go wrong. I went horribly wrong. I think this is just a hyped up place but honestly save your money and go somewhere cheaper if you’re will to go here. It’s the same as any regular spa that costs way less. It’s probably the first time in my life I could say I’ve hated a massage. I wanted it to stop. It was far from relaxing. Absolutely hated it. I thought maybe it was only me and then when I came out and asked my husband he also didn’t enjoy his. So yes maybe it was good once upon a time but no longer the same. Any way I would just say if you’re willing to go here just go to a cheaper place it’ll be the same thing.

Amendment: The management contacted me personally and apologised and offered me two 90min massages for my husband and myself. I really really appreciated this gesture that came from them and due to time restraints I was unable to go again but any how I would say that every place deserves a chance. Maybe it was just the massage I picked that wasn’t what I was expecting.

I have been there spontaneously and they have been so kind and squeezed me in-between two appointments! I could wait with may baby there in a beautiful and calm atmosphere. THANK YOU for the nice chance and your precious service? I had Bikini&Armpits Sugar Waxing while there was calming music was played (a Sanskrit mantra) and I am satisfied with the result. I will come back for sure!

This is my absolute favourite place to go in Canggu to give my body some love and care. They are always very accommodating and can usually squeeze in a last minute Stress Buster massage in the lounge. It's heavenly every time. I've been coming for years and it never disappointed me. They use hot stones and it just melts the tension off. I left today feeling so much better. Thank you so much Goldust team

The best place for your nails, massage and facial treatments. Great and high quality service at a good price.

After all the motorbike riding in Bali you need to get a deep cleanse, and this is definitely what you get there and even more.the face & neck massage is heaven and the skin just feels so much better and is glowing again.the therapists are very well trained in the professional skills and furthermore they are very friendly and helpful. I extended my pampering time by a mani and pedi at the same time and also this was amazing.the little bits aside (like foot and hand massage) while drinking homemade ginger tea and the watermelon snack have also been much appreciated. I'll be back for more - again a full body massage! The reception is very attentive and checks on the small details of customer needs. Terima kasih to the whole team.

Thank you Goldust, I had a Hollywood wax (I think they call it Brazilian there). It was sugar wax - strip wax. Was the least painful wax I've had for a very long time. The salon is beautiful - I even got a lovely glass of water with cucumber and mint before my treatment with a lovely quote. If I was still in Bali this would be my regular

Just got amazing shoulder, neck and back massage by Okti and definitely coming back tomorrow for more! Friendly staff and very nice ambience and rooms. Light foot massage was included as well as tasty ginger tea and watermelon at the end of session - great salon!

So you do pay a hefty price for this spa but it is clean. Now my problem was before I booked an appointment the day before I came in, I asked the front desk regarding my treatment. He was a short Asian guy. I asked him how they remove blackheads if they use the vacuum machine and he said they do. They have it all.now on the day of my treatment they cleaned my blackheads in the old procedure that really hurts and in my opinion it doesn’t clean or take off properly.

So yeah, I kinda feel duped

I went here twice in 4 days for the back buster and then the classic massage. Both were very good, but I have to give a special mention to Feliz who gave me the most amazing massage of my life. He took care of ALL the knots and tight places and really worked the tension out of my neck, back, and shoulders. Great quality and service, friendly staff and clean facilities. I'll be back.

I went for the 'classic bali' massage today, it was amazing. The salon was clean and the staff were professional. I didn't get the name of the masseuse but he was really good. Thinking of going back again tomorrow.

I went to get braids which didn't quite work out the way I wanted (great for kids braids but not for the way young adults would wear it). They were so kind do take them out again for me! Very friendly and professional, aiming for full customer satisfaction!

I watched them doing treatments on others and they looked very relaxed and happy so I reckon getting a treatment here by the kind and friendly staff is absolutely worth it:)

It was a great experience. The classic massage was so good. She really knew what she was doing and gave a good strong massage till the end of the 60 min. My boyfriend did the back buster massage, which was performed by a man and it was also really good. Everything feels so relaxed afterwards. The massages were done in nice little rooms and everything looks beautiful. We also got a nice ginger tea and watermelon at the end. I would love to come here again.

After 4 days I decided to write a review, and I have to say - That was just the worse ever manicure I had experience in my life.
I asked from the beginning for french manicure, unfortunately the girl even didn't know how to make that, I stay 4 hours for pedicure (it wasn't long) and manicure at the same time. Oh gosh.what a waste of my money and time. I have lots of air under the colour, bubbles, the white colour disappeared (it's grey? !) and my nails are destroyed (I have waves ~~~~~~~~~) I just want to cry

Amazing waxing -as far as waxing can be « nice »- by a very experienced and caring aesthetician. It was also pleasantly quick and the spa is very nicely decorated. Highly recommend!

I started going to golddust spa 5 years ago when they just openned! And loved it! With time and with many spa opening I forgot how much much I loved golddust. Just recently went back for 2 treatments. Hands down for that spa. The BEST facial I ever had. The service, the professionalism, they make you feel like you are the only customer of the day. A facial with The extras touch. I just felt like a princess and SO relax. Hands down my therapist was probably an angel Suriat! I came for a facial to get a deep cleanse and got out with that and even MUCH more super relax and just so happy.
Oh and the little touch of water or tea WITH watermelon and a little quote! Its really the details that matter and how a spa make you feel!

I got a wax there yesterday, full leg, Brazilian and underarm and for me this was one of the best waxing experiences. I got it with a lady called Kade and she was very sweet, efficient and very fast in the sensitive areas, which made it a lot less painful then usual. After the wax I got a massage - can't recall the lady's name right now, probably cause I was in heaven after the massage when I asked for her name, cause I meant to give an excellent review for both.

This was our go to place for our nails our whole 2 month stay. Just LOVE it there! Great staff, super relaxing and we even got to know Crystal, the owner, on a more personal level. She’s a lovely woman ️

I had the 60 minute classic massage. It was very good. Very luxurious, the staff is super friendly and everything was very clean and pretty. Prices are very affordable. While waiting for my massage I got a delicious ginger drink and fresh watermelon. The massage itself was perfect. Thank you, I will be back!

Friendly staff and easy booking service. Was able to book me in for a last minute wax which I appreciated. The ambience of the spa is lovely, along with the staff. I received a sugar and honey (only style of wax they offer) Hollywood wax which is meant to be a lot less painful, but it wasn’t. It was probably the most painful wax I’ve had. The beautician was also very very rough with me. Making the whole experience quite uncomfortable.

I chose GOLDUST as they have very good reviews for facials and a 'deep cleanse facial' was exactly what I needed. The facial was listed as 60 mins of which a lot of the time was devoted to massage (shoulders, head & hand). As much as I was looking forward to the extraction, this only took a couple of minutes and was done with an extraction tool. I do have experience with facials but never had any before were the extraction is done with an extraction tool. Unfortunately the extraction process was not thorough and was not properly done as I had inflamed spots after the facial. I definitely would not describe this facial anything close to a deep cleanse one.
I also did upper lip waxing which costs 95,000IDR (as per price list) but was billed at 120,000IDR. After pointing this out to the receptionist she immediately changed the bill to reflect the correct price.

Excellent pedicure! They give complimentary ginger tea (DELICIOUS) and watermelon along with a neck and shoulder massage while toes are drying.

They definitely give spring spa a run for their money, goldust is a far superior service in my opinion

Amazing prices and the service is even better! My friend got a full leg and underarms wax and she has still not stopped raving about how pain free it was and also how stunningly soft her skin is. I got a gel pedicure and was blown away by the level of care put into it, including the shoulder massage whilst my feet were soaking in the bowl. Thank you for such a peaceful experience.

I just had my second pedicure experience at GOLDDUST. I've tried a couple other well known places in Canggu, but they is absolutely the best.

Reasons why:
-value for the service provided, sure it may be "more expensive" than some other places, but it's literally only a couple dollars more and definitely worth it
-they have a great selection of OPI colours
-the polish is all fresh/new and say the date on which they were opened - nice touch and a big deal because lots of times the polish gets tacky and doesn't dry properly if it is old which means it gets wrecked the second you walk out and you have to book a time to come back so they can fix it - no thanks
-they have a nice, comfortable place to sit during the service
-they give you a shoulder massage
-they use hot stones on your feet and legs during the foot massage
-they give watermelon and ginger tea during your treatment
-booking with WhatsApp or in person is simple and straightforward
-the pedicurist was meticulous with the nail polish while applying and even spent a few minutes after to clean around the edges and make sure it was absolutely perfect

Amazing treatment by a lovely and very professional male who had fantastic strong pressure (been unsatisfied with so many massages that are more of a rub down) I have lots of knots in my shoulders and he was the only person so far who seemed to really understand the muscle system to work out the knots. Lovely setting with lovely staff well worth it!

Overall experience was average. I did facial, head and shoulder massage (in description it also contains neck massage) and luxury pedicure. Facial was quite nice and the lady was very gentle. She did a really good job on the facial massage.
On the head and shoulder massage, the lady skipped the neck massage and spent 23 mins on the shoulder and 7 mins on my head. The reason I know the exact time because I was anticipating for the neck massage. When I realized I was not going to get any, I actually asked her to do neck massage, she literally did 3 seconds. I would only give one star for it
It moved on to luxury pedicure, it has heel and cuticle care. I assume they would file your dry heels. I understand no callus removal but the lady only filed clean on my right foot.not the left. I walked away with dried skin only on my left foot heel. Fyi the receptionist tried to charge me extra to clean up my right heel after I showed it to her. She said it requires callus removal treatment.which it was never found on the website spa list. I could tell she understood I am a tourist and wasn’t wanting to help. She even shuffled through her menu for the additional charge on the dried heel, acted like it wasn’t part of luxury pedicure treatment so I won’t complain about it.
I got back to my hotel and checked their menus again, there is no callus removal.so I don’t even know what she was trying to sell me on. Maybe is a black menu with receptionist that people need to ask for.
Either way, I was disappointed 2 out of 3 treatments. I could tell the masseuse was tired. She popped her own neck and hands while giving me treatments. I can only imagine how tiresome she was working all day, but as a customer I couldn’t help to feel disappointed.

They take care at the very best! All relaxing, quiet and very pleasant!
Their lash extensions are perfect, they do it very professionally and so soft, that I fell asleep. Very natural, super lightweight and comfortable to wear.
Also the massage was something out of a dream. I feel like floating on clouds ️

Went there to get our eyebrows tinted! We were served Ginger tee and some slices of watermelon before the service started and got a short neck massage while the tint was processing. Everything was very clean with a very relaxing atmosphere.

Great shoulder rub, neck and feet massage. I fell sleep after the neck massage, but rested well during massage. Tea was nice at baggining of massage. Ambiance was very relaxing, service very professional. Restrooms very clean. A bit pricier than other places, but expected for the kind of service and ambience.
