I can’t not recommend this place more! We came for our honeymoon/one year wedding anniversary and were welcomed with a towel swan display and cake in our room when we arrived. The staff is so nice, accommodating and the food is amazing! I would highly recommend all inclusive. It made an amazing trip that we won’t forget. My husband and I are already discussing when we can come back again!

I stayed here for 3 nights during a week-long trip in September. Although it was before check-in, I was shown around immediately after drinking a welcome drink. The ocean view suite is a spacious and spacious room with a great view of the ocean and pool. All amenities were provided and there was no inconvenience. To put it bluntly, the room was slippery.
You could walk to the sea, and the grounds were wide enough to take a walk.
I didn't go all-inclusive, but if you go out, you can eat at a reasonable price. There is also a convenience store. It's far from the city, so it's a good hotel for those who want to relax in a hotel.

The rooms were small but had a great view and all the facilities required including a bath tub.
The staff here is very polite and greet you with a smile whenever they meet you. All of them were very kind.
We reached the hotel at 4 and were looking to eat somewhere in the hotel, however, all the restaurants were closed. Finally we went out and found a seafood place in Grand Mirage itself where we dint find much seafood options. The food was average. They did not have many options. We ate Pizza and fries.
They have 3 pools and the infinity pool had the best beach view.
The breakfast we had here was the best in BAli. There was Chinese, Indonesian, Indian and a lot of varities of food for breakfast buffet.
We had dinner at Delhi restaurant in Grand Mirage and oh my God, the food, the staff, the vibe, the Indian songs at the restaurant, everything was flawless. I appreciate the staff and cook at the restaurant for the great time we had there.
Overall, it was a good experience.

1 nice surprise this hotel, it is huge and its staff is very pleasant. The rooms are huge with a lovely balcony. In addition, the bathroom is beautiful, a bit of a renovation would be ideal but I noticed that they were doing work. So ultimately this hotel is great, the swimming pool great! Plus there is the sea, the place is superb and well maintained The great Mirage is to be done.

Ideal for people wishing to rest because UBUD and SANUR are not nearby.

There are many massage shops.

Wh keren banget sumpahhhh reecomendd bangget buat hiling bareng keluargaaa, tempat nya bersih estetik bagus bangetttttt pegawainya ramah banget dari awal masuk sampe chekout pelayanan cukup baik gak ada yg mengecewakan.
Pertama kali jalan ke bali nemu tempat sebagus ini dengan rating tinggi its a wort it

Family friendly hotel but it was so quiet during covid, occupancy is very low. Breakfast alacarte, understaff but they do their best, amenities is good, room is to small for 5 person

The place are still on sale despite after you bought the booking they put you in the Grand Mirage 4 star hotel just beside, this hotel currently closed due to renovations

Good place for kids, have big slides and mini Waterpark. Staffs are friendly albeit limited during this covid pandemic time.

Hotel utama masih dalam renovation.jadi menginap di hotel untuk family nya.overall oke.staff ramah, kamar bersih, parkiran memadai, fasilitas oke.namun ujung2 kamar saya kenapa parket nya kaya jamuran gitu ya.ga menimbulkan apa2 sih namun kaya kurang oke aja di pandang.

The main hotel still under construction, but the 2nd hotel was nice too.i love the facility for kids, the food was good, clean room, friendly staff, i got upgraded room (in pandemic), the pool was great, the private beach behind the hotel clean enough just for view.

This is one of the best place to stay in bali with awesome beach view. Beach was super clean as resort staff maintain it.

They have huge sitting area on the beach with few table for candle night dinner. Make sure to book your place in advance for candle night dinner. They have options for Indian foods.

Swimming pool is big and clean. There is a kids pool too.

Best place for family with kids. Everything was perfect, the beach for kids playing sands, kids pool with slides and water splash, kids play ground and games, kids club, speed boat and foot massages were all included in the package we took for the promo. We had an upgraded room to junior suite as we noted in the booking request. Staffs were all following Covid protocols. It was quite though, iu very recommend to stay here for you guys who have kids.

My aunt booked this hotel for around one week but needed to cancel due to covid-19 situation. She's been trying every means to contact this hotel but of course no one answered. This hotel seems quite big and lux, it's disappointing to see how they handle this, or not handling at all I should say.

The variety and quality of the food they offer is very nice. Services and ambience are also very good. Perfect place for honeymooners.

Just think of staying in a 3 or 4 star hotel and getting a bit more. If you expect too much of a 5 star hotel you'll be disappointed.

Currently staying in this hotel and have been for the last 3 days. This is an honest review that most people dont tell you.

First of all, the hotel is split into two and even though its within walking distance, you either have to walk down the main street or the rear of the beach to reach the other side. 3-5 minute walk

The first part of the hotel (main lobby)
You are greeted with a nice waterfall and somewhat ok service. The rooms we booked were garden view and we had an interconnecting room which was convient for the kids and mother in law. Unfortunately the hotel is over 25 years old. Some of the problems were;
-the toilet doesnt flush properly and looks dirty/aged
-the aircon is not strong or did not work properly
-the floors and overall condition of the room needed a
lot of attention
-the view was a roof of another room

The other part of the hotel called "Thalasso" had a more modern feel and looked a lot cleaner/newer. But the distance to main breakfast/foyer was a treck if you were to stay here with a child, specially if its raining.

Breakfast:
A LOT of flies. And it seems like this is an accepted standard by staff. They literally directed us to a table full of flies (minimum of 20) around the plates and tables when we got there for breakfast.
The food selection is great but the flavour and presentation is below average.

Location:
This is not a place you would want to stay if you wish to visit the centre of bali. Each taxi ride is around $13-$15 AUD one way. The lady at the front are more than happy to assist you with getting a taxi which is nice.

Facilities:
This is the most disappointing part.
We chose this place becuase we have young children that would love to use to kids area and kids mini water park. The first problem was it was located at the "thalasso" area so everytime we wanted to go it would mean walking the kids across. Second part is the mini waterpark had a starbucks next to it, which is available to the public and they could see right through the park where all the kids and parents are. I didnt feel confortable that a private pool for kids had an open view to the public.
And no you couldnt access starbucks from the pool, its not part of the hotel, so having a glas view served no purpose at all.

We also had 60 minute beach massage which was organised by our travel agent. When i checked in, i specifictly asked reception how to claim these vouchers. His reply was "just walk down by the beach and ask the staff, no need to book"
We finally got to the beach today to use these vouchers and i was told only the "thalasso" beach had these massage facilities. So again, we had to walk across. Once we got there, i asked the staff where could claim our massage, and we were told to talk back to the main building and book from there. At this point it seems clear that even the staff didnt know how their hotel operated. After waiting 15 minutes for this to be sorted out, a lady finally approached us and said we had to speak to someone over the phone to book the massage.

Our stay has no ended yet but i thought people should see this review before making a decision to book this place. Ive been the bali over 10 times and this has to be hands down to worst place weve stayed in so far.

Ill make another post toward the end of our trip.

**update**
Apprently our beach massage coupons cannot be used at the beach due to renovation. The lack of training the front reception must get to not know this basic information when they handed us the voucher. Also you HAVE to book. Again, very poor from the staff and hotel

Stayed 2 weeks in September 18. Garden view room, very comfortable, hotel has all you need, breakfast was good, the grill restaurant was good, location great, plenty of mini marts, massage shops, restaurants etc. Cost per room appropriately $130.00 au per night. Gong back to this hotel march 2019.

Mixed feelings. Airport pickup was included in all inclusive which was supposed to be free but when we’re on the way to the hotel, the driver pulled over the car and asked us if we pay or if the hotel pay the taxi fee. I don’t like I’m asked when I’m not worried about money. The hotel should have explained drivers if they arrange outside taxi companies.

The hotel could not prepare our room by 2pm and they provided room slippers on the 5th day of our stay suddenly (I think they just forgot to refill new slippers on our first day).

However, I’ve seen a lot of staff working really hard to make customers happy during our stay. And the most important thing is that we all enjoyed food and activities of the hotel.
I hope they improve some part but I would like to come back again.

Extremely poor customer service and a farcical credit card policy. I paid in full for an all-inclusive holiday approx. 11 months ago and the hotel insists on swiping the same credit card on arrival despite the holiday being paid for. This card was cancelled due to fraud issues and is no longer active, so they are going to cancel the original payment and then take another one. It will take several days for a refund to be processed and we must pay again in the meantime. What do you do if you don’t have 10k lying around? Any email queries you send are responded to by an email 'e-concierge' who is basically a battering ram for any email queries. They just fob you off, so management don't have to deal with it. They also take days off, so you must wait up to 3 days for a response depending on what's going on. We haven't even stayed there yet, and we are extremely worried as this resort is not up to par and the customer service is non-existent. They even refused to agree to drop us to another hotel at the end of our stay even though we paid over $7,000 AUD for the gold package! Also, beware when booking the IT system is rigged so it defaults to USD. Tread carefully with this lot and make sure you read the reviews before going. I didn’t, and I know I will pay the price.

We had on the breakfast included and we stayed for 2 weeks. We got a really good deal and always were eating out in the different restaurants in Kuta and Nusa Dua. I can only recommend this hotel as it was very clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfasts was very good and I always turned up at 10.25 and they were still happy to make me eggs even though they close at 10.30 for the breakfast.staff and management always went the extra mile and were always smiling, which you don’t see very often in the U. K.
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would come again!

We selected the Grand Mirage Family Paradise for our expectation on a mixture between peaceful luxury and family activity, and we have not been disappointed at all. All went very well from the start with a reliable pickup service at the airport and a nice greeting at the hotel. The staff in this hotel is extremely friendly and helpful. We had booked the Kids Suite and found this rooms comfortable, clean and spacey enough. The restaurants are offering food on a very high quality level and dinner at the ocean front is unforgettable. The activities were adequate and not obtrusive. The Spa was a perfect dream and comparable cheap to European pricing.
The only things we did not perfectly like were the beach quality, the coffee quality, and the WiFi speed. However all of this was still good, but not as perfect as the other stuff. Also the service level varies quite a lot subject to the different staff members, but always good.
We selected the gold all inklusive package and believe it is offering extraordinary value for the money.

STAY AWAY! Pictures look great, however as the name suggests this is a GRAND MIRAGE, rooms are dirty and in poor repair. Service is sub standard, food is quite bad especially the buffet dinners. We travelled with 3 children and 4 adults in our group and everyone got sick from either food or the swimming pools. House keeping either doesn't show up or they do half a job eg: no new towels, bed made up with same dirty sheets etc, etc - look for a better option in Nusa Dua

The location it’s nice, the staff is nice as well but the taste of food it’s not very tasty.
The couple rooms are alright but they could improve the cleaning in the bathroom and maybe to put some smelly/parfumed things there and in the rooms.
The resort is 5 stars but in my opinion Is 3 stars (just for food and room) but the people are very nice and friendly.

Average quality of asset, very good Indian restaurant, good ambience and preparations.
Good support team
Very surprised at the reception during check-in, as the reception manager demanded 200 USD as refundable deposit. Unusal.
Agreed to wave off this condition on the ground thst all bills to be settle in cash.
Very disappointing and rude.

Great resort for families. Staff are friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. The all-inclusive option was fantastic. There were so many restaurant options that we didn't get to all of them. We were so impressed that we are returning in 6 months.
