Green Field Hotel

I loved my stay at Greenfield Hotel. The booking process was easy, they arranged transfers from the airport for me. The room was spacious and very clean and most of all quiet. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I can't wait to go back!

The location of this hotel is just perfect if you looking for an accommodation in city center ubud area but still quite. If this hotel is your rate, then yes I strongly recommend to book it, with the detail reasons as below:

1. Just few minutes walking distance to monkey forest (you can even see the forest from your room), and plenty options of great cafes and restaurants nearby. They also have free shuttle to some popular spots in Ubud!

2. We booked a room with rice field view which is very spacious. It has big bathroom and big, the kids love it. The view from the room is beyond my expectation.

3. They have two pools, one of the is sea water and has amazing view

4. The staffs are really wonderfully friendly and helpful

5. Their resto has very good Indonesian food (the fish is very delicious)

Very nice hotel, located 5 minutes from the Monkey Forest which leads to encounters with monkeys as soon as you wake up.
2 very pleasant swimming pools and very appreciable proximity to the center.
The breakfast buffet would be the only point to improve.

A disappointing experience at this hotel after having stayed in so many beautiful hotels around Bali. We were travelling with our 20 year old daughter and thought we were upgrading our reservation to two adjoining rooms but instead ended up with two non-connected rooms, (Bale Sukat rooms) both overlooking one of the swimming pools from the bedroom and bathrooms - with virtually no privacy, unless the curtains were closed. The hotel is oversold on the web - the photographs of the rooms and views are deceptive. Our room had no view of the rice fields - but our terrace did look out over fields and the Monkey Forest car park. The bathroom had a bath with a plug that didn't fit and only a hand held shower. The breakfast offered a standard selection of western and Indonesian food. The very best thing about this hotel is the shuttle service that takes guests into the centre of Ubud and picks up from there. This is not a hotel I would chose to stay in again in Ubud.

A pretty hotel in the heart of the rice fields and in a quiet area. Price a little expensive for the region all the same.

A super convenient free shuttle service to the center of Ubud
We went through them for the excursion to Mount Batur, very good value for money

This place is absolutely fantastic. Just off a busy street is an alley that takes you to Green Field Hotel. It’s absolutely authentic and stunning, the staff are the most friendly you will ever meet, many of whom have remained here for many many years.

Very convenient location and helpful staffs who can even pick you up from anywhere in Ubud area. The view and pools are amazing, would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to chill and get close to nature.

Rice field view is stunning and panoramic. Rooms are very big and spacious. But Wi-Fi internet is very slow and sometimes no signal in the room at all, which can happen everyday. Definitely not strong enough to have a zoom meeting which I tried to have in one of the night and the Wi-Fi was not strong enough to host the meeting. They told me to go to reception for stronger wifi. I don't want to pay for a room and have to go to reception to use the internet. They need to upgrade all their internet connection in the rooms. I changed hotel to stay at Tegal Sari next door and internet there was super strong!

Awesome. Peaceful and quiet, with two big swimming pools, amazing view on the fields and a free shuttle to Ubud center.

Great place in center of everything. The best is the shuttle that took us to and back to nearby places for free. The staff even let us pick some of the lotus seeds from their lotus pond.

The hotel is very well located in Ubud but the photographs are not accurate with the state of the hotel, which is clearly undermaintained. The rooms and common areas are dirty, the breakfast has little options with low quality, and there are many surfaces that are quite slippery under rainy conditions. The best of the hotel is the staff, which is very friendly and welcoming, but it desperately needs better management.

This hotel is amazing! I have never been at a hotel with this high level of kindness and service from all of the staffs like Greenfield Hotel were giving us!
The rooms are big and so fine!
The hotel is placed very central. The hotel offers a shuttlebus in and out of the city.
The hotel also has a spa and massage which was really good!
All in all we have had a great time at Greenfield Hotel in Ubud

It is a boutique hotel where you feel wonderful. The large, beautifully decorated rooms offer absolutely every comfort. The bathroom is huge, with a larger than roomy shower and bathtub. The balcony is perfect, spacious, beautifully furnished and with a view of the rice field. A river flows under the balcony, the sound of which relaxes you! Wonderful breakfast, service and politeness 10!

Had a lovely week at Green Field. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are lovely, two good pools, great food. Will come again.

Good point: The staff are kind and the breakfast is delicious. The shuttle bus runs until 10 p.m. So you can save on the taxi fare.

Bad point: The resort is wide and dark at night, so it's scary to go around alone. The bathroom shower handle is broken, and the shower hose in the bathtub leaks.
