Halal Ubud Burger

I ordered two burgers
1- The onion burger was good and I give it a 9/10
2- The double cheeseburger was less than expected, 5/10
Potatoes are very sweet

Edit. 2nd time in 9 months we have stopped.
We went out of our way to eat at this no frills burger shop. Great food and even better prices.

Nice little burger shop with street counter seating as well as upstairs.

The food was fantastic and inexpensive.

I had a dbl cheese burger made with Australian beef, which was great. Sauses / Relishes are given on the side so you can add what you would like.

Sorry, I didn't get a picture of the food.it looked so good, and I was so hungry.

Came here in the late afternoon for a late lunch. They only use imported halal beef from Australia. The beef patty was indeed moist and juicy. The fried onion straws are also very nice and unique.

As we were the only customer then, service was relatively fast considering they have a cold start. Decently priced too.

My wife liked the burger as it is but I would have preferred it with more sauces, but that is a personal preference. They do provide unlimited chilli, ketchup and mayonnaise.

Seats are limited and almost all are street facing. There is a school beside it and it was nice to watch these kids in their traditional uniforms walking home.

Burgers were average, seats limited, but high rating for the fact that it is a halal burger joint in Ubud, which is probably the only one. Great option for Muslims in Bali who want to have something other than warung food.

Not only are the burgers here absolutely lipsmackingly delicious, there's a prayer room upstairs for you to perform your salah.

You see, my wife and I made a day trip to Ubud and booked an afternoon E-Bike tour.

Since that was right in the middle of the day, we didn't have anywhere to pray Zuhr. My wife wanted to book a hotel room/villa for 1 day just to pray. Instead, we found out that Halal Ubud Burger had a Musollah and we conveniently decided to have lunch and perform zuhr there.

The prayer space is large enough for at least 3 people to pray together and the ablution area is right outside the Musollah.

Burger taste was ok, but the fries were bad. Very crowded, but good service and friendly staff

Really disappointing. Very small burgers, even double ones.no flavor. And Fries was awful.

I ordered the chilly cheese burger. I was told it was spicy hot (it had green chillies) but no spice at all.
The burger was quite small and a bit dry.
There is limited seating upstairs, 3 small tables, and downstairs.
The place is self service, so if you go up, they will call your name to go pick up your food, just something to keep in mind.

Hubber is a hidden gem in Ubud. If you are looking for quality halal burgers near Ubud Market, this is the place to go. Their mushroom and cheese burger is amazing. Portion sizes and price is worth it. We visited this place 3 times in one week!

My experience was from December 2019. We had been in country for a while and needed a taste of home. A good burger!

Holy smokes! I may be too bold but the was probably the best burger I’ve had in and out of the U. S.in the last 10-15 years. We travel to experience the culture and try all the new foods we can. When we (family of 4) went for my sons birthday dinner. We ended going back the next day and I ordered 2 burgers to recover after a long mountain bike trip.

Let's set the context; there's very few halal gourmet burger joints in Ubud.

We ordered the Dbl Cheese + Onion Burger + Breaded Fish Burger. I'm 6ft and 185lbs and my Wife is 5ft 3" 130lbs. We were both satisfied with the amount of this order.

Their doing themselves a disservice by "plating" their burgers on plain trays with grease paper. It makes it look really insufficient.

Honestly there could be perhaps slightly more fries. The burgers are not big but they're not exactly "sliders" either. At least on this side of the world. Our "bigger" friends from the west may find it lacking.

Fish burger was not that good; could be thicker.

Having said this; the burgers ARE TASTY. The meat is good and seasoned well. Cheese and onions were great. Bread was nicely buttered.

Honestly; give it a try. It's pretty damn good. If you're a big eater just order 2 mains.

Price is average. I don't think it's expensive for what I'm tasting. Do your own sums before u buy anything. All prices are listed.

Muslim travellers who want decent burgers should come here!

Seating is not many; it's a very small establishment. Not really suitable for families or large groups. You could sit upstairs. I haven't seen the seating arrangement upstairs.

There are lack of helal places in Ubud so obviously you will be limited by choice. Prices and quality are more or less acceptable but more attention to being clean is appreciated. Personnel is friendly and service is quick.

Makanan Halal yang lokasinya dekat dengan Ubud. Suka kentangnya, rasamya enak pas di lidah orang jawa. Untuk pilihan menu burger rasa ya sama saja tapi yang paling penting halal. Soalnya susah kalau mau cari makanan di daerah Bali yang Halal. Mantap

Not so many halal certified restaurant in Ubud area, so this one stand out in my recommendation. Restaurant is located on the main road right in the middle of all action. The restaurant is small but enough for whole family.
I ordered Classic Burger and Chicken Burger which came with chips. Both were juicy and tasty. The staff were very friendly and the price was reasonable. Another generosity was the unlimited refills of either hot or iced tea.

Loved the burgers and convenience from our resort Ulun Ubud as well as being totally halaal. The onions and mushroom burgers are tops. Also the lovely jamaat khana makes it convenient to pray salaah. Keep the cravings satisfied with your amazing food

I love their fresh cut fries here. The burgers are okay, and are even one of the more decent ones in Ubud, specially for the price. It is very small, on the side of the main road. They have unlimited refill iced tea which was nice specially on as hot day. The service is the weakest point as even with the tiny space, it was inexplicably hard to get the server's attention. I had to get the menu myself as well. They do not have dedicated parking, which is tricky because the main street is either full, or police are going around towing bikes parked on the side.

Halal certified by MUI, good place, good price, their bun is also they have prayer room at level 2

Salah satu burger terENAK yang pernah gue makan! Serius seenak itu sampe mau nangis: (pengen balik lg tapi jauh banget wkwkw. Cuma agak risih makan langsung banget dipinggir jalan dan diliat orang lalu lalang, tapi it's okay!

Tempatnya memang agak kecil untuk lantai bawah.
Tapi pelayanannya memang cepat dan ramah.
Burger dengan label halal cocok buat kaum musliman dan muslimin mencoba tempat yang satu ini.

This lovely burger shop is very nice with polite stuff. Taxes are included in the prices. If you take away something, you need to pay extra (5000 indonesian rupees) They have seats upstairs also they have prayer room with wudu facilities. We have tried classic burger and loved it. I absolutely recommend this burger shop if you are wandering in Ubud:)

Not many halal options in Ubud, this is one of the few. Small cosy place, very happy staff and great food. Must try their sandwiches.

Horrible.ordered a double cheese burger and it came on a piece of toast. 2 patties minimal cheese on toast.won’t be returning. Very poor quality of food. I have photos of the burger I received but it won’t let me post

Burgers came on toast. No veggies.beef patty was tasty.but should not have paid full price for what we ended up getting. Such a disappointment.

Great food such as beef, chicken burger, nice staff very friendly, affordable price it cost less than 70k IDR for a burger and the portion is really big

I personally think that their patties could have some more flavor in them but this was a welcome break from all the nasi goreng and mie goreng that we've been eating. Their burgers are good enough to satisfy a craving.

Had a double cheese burger here, very tasty and succulent. Famtastic that it is Halal, the green chilli burger not great better to get one if the cheese burgers. Good for money!

Was looking for a halal burger place in ubud so a this place was perfect. It was fairly cheap 80,000 I think for 2 meals.
There are seats around the till and some upstairs which overlook the busy street. Once you order is ready they announce your name and you go and pick it up. The food scratched our burger itch in ubud as their wasn't many other halal ones (McDonald's and burger King don't exist in ubud at the time of my post). The burger was delicious and the fries were cooked well. You can help your self to sauces and they had the usual drinks like coca cola. Additional plus is that there is a prayer room next door to the upstairs seating area, so if you need somewhere to pray this could be an option.

Tempatnya gampang ditemukan, di pusat keramaian Ubud. Pilihannya banyak, enak & banyak untuk ukuran 1 porsi. Tempat duduk terbatas, kalau agak ramai mungkin harus antri.

Excellent, wholesome, hygienic food with a buzzing open air vibe. A prayer room is also available. Best place to eat halal in Ubud. Other places are disappointing.
