Hard to find but so worth it! Probably the best steak I’ve eaten. The sushi was also really, really good. Budi the chef and Lisa the waitress are super friendly. Highly recommended

FINALLY, This was the steak restaurant I was looking for. Delicious porterhouse steak.

The ambiance and decor is beautiful. Calming. Soothing music. Great service. I’m so happy I found this place.

The best place to experience omakase with 5 course served by Chef Budiyono. All the course were delicious and great service by Lisa. Must try and worth the money

For the quality you get this place is absolutely amazing. The staff is very kind and takes amazing care. The food is the best i have tried in Bali. It is pricy compared to Bali prices, however the quality you receive is very worth it and justified, since the chef is a high quality trained chef. Big recommend to anybody in Bali!

Happy cow is a family owned house/ restaurant in a residential neighbourhood. Such a hidden gem. The owner and chef is a former Ritz Carlton chef who went out on his own to have his own business.
He only sits 4 tables per night so detail and quality is everything to this gentleman.
Atmosphere is really calm, plants, soft calm music which fits the gastrogazmic quality of this food both in presentation and taste.
You don't need me to highly recommend, try for yourself and thank me later.if you can get a reservation.that speaks for itself

Hidden gem. All food are fresh, perfectly cooked and super delicious. Chef & wife (owners), and employee are very humble and nice. You must try the foie gras, scallop, truflle mushroom soup, korean salmon n scallop soup, kobe beef sushi, prawn, black angus porterhouse (love the japanese spices), and wagyu. The ambience is romantic, they play nice music as well.

The steak was perfect, and the price is affordable considering the quality of meat served. Thank you Chef Budiono, for the great food. We will definitely come again.

Highly recommended for family or couple private dinner! Green and cozy place for dinner. Got mushroom soup as a complimentary appetizer and had some steaks and sushi which were mount watering and don't forget to try the lamb steak, ugh! So good!

They've relocated about a year ago and now focus on a private dining experience with exquisite food. Reasonable prices, especially considering the quality. The owner/chef for sure knows his way around his kitchen. Definitely recommended, but best order ahead as capacity is limited especially in the weekend.

If you know you're steak you will love this place, experience and skill is the name of the taste, and don't forget the sushi

I usually don't like to write bad reviews but there are so many good reviews I thought people should be warned. The people that say it's overpriced are correct. The steak wasn't that good and neither was the sauce, salad and potatoes. The location was garbage. It's small. The service wasn't good. There are better places not far away. Much better places with better prices. Now we know.

Overpriced food. Not even that "wow". But the girl who served us were amazing. Good english and hospitality
The sauces taste like too much MSG or salt or both! And it was cold. Ordered 35k salad, and got thin sliced avocado.
Not really gonna recommend, unless you got no other choice.

Prices have increased by 50k. But I ate my words about this because the food was super delish! Melt in your mouth tenderloin. Gorgeous buttery mash. Chicken steak succulent everything perfectly cooked pepper sauce and corn all yummy. Worth splashing out for:)

They have nice wagyu rice and worth for money. Steak is so so. They have special ice tea with mixed fruit inside.so fresh.

But really Need effort to find a way to park my car since they have no parking space.

Real steak from local owner with reasonable price. Good flavors sauce's that creatively combines on rice even salads. Main dining table were on the second floor, that most of the first floor are kitchen. Makes it hard to climb the stairs especially if you have elder siblings or little children with you.
