Hotel Amalfi Seminyak

Good price, but the internet in the room is not very good. No street lights outside. Close to restaurants, good location.

Bathroom was stinky 24/7 (It's coming out of the drainage hole). Balcony is of no use.

Kamar setiap siang dibersihkan dan lokasi yang strategis banget di seminyak. Tempat emang agak masuk kedalam tapi belum di kategorikan susah di jangkau. Dekat dengan keramaian juga.

Lobby hotel cantik dan menarik dekorasinya tetapi dekorasi kamar ga diperhatikan dekornya. Sayang sekali andai saja kamar dibuat lebih bagus. Kamar juga banyak nyamuknya. Yg lain semua ok. Fasilitas kolam kecil tidak ada tempat gym dan tidak ada sarapan harga tidak sebanding dengan kondisi kamar.

Sharing the sentiment from the last few reviews, the hotel is REALLY outdated and the photos are taken from when it was new. Dirty sheets and towels, rooms felt dark, no breakfast, dirty bathroom, worn out furniture, weak wifi, inconsistent water temperature, balcony tiny and unusable. I guess you get what you pay for. I added a star because the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location fairly central but quiet.

Hotel staff is sweet and helpful. Room is clean. Cute ambience. Location of this hotel is near to all happening places. We will visit this place again for sure.

Cleanliness and ambiences wise I would have given 5 stars. But I personally didn’t like the staff behaviour. First we asked to change the room as it was too small for two people and we booked the delux rooms but they didn’t help which we understood. But When We asked for a warm blanket as my friend was not well and she was feeling cold. The staff asked us to switch off the AC which ofcourse was already turned off and they ended the call just by saying thats all they have.

One more thing which I didn’t like is that this hotel is situated in the end of an alley and no sign/name boards were there to know there is an hotel. Also, this alley gets very dark and shady in night.

Kacauuu, sudah pesan dan BAYAR 2 kamar utk 2 malam, ternyata waktu sampai di lokasi (jam 1 atau 2 subuh saya lupa) pihak hotel menyampaikan kamar sudah full.

Sudah capek di perjalanan 16 jam, ditambah lagi dengan pelayanan hotel yang sangat buruk.

Cukup sekali saja saya booking disini, saya sekeluarga terlantar hingga jam 4 pagi

Mohon diperbaiki lagi kedepannya, kasian jika tourist yg terkena masalah seperti ini.

Was booked this hotel from Luxury tour escapes. The pics of this place are fake accurate if that makes sense. It looks clean and roomy. Uh no not the case. Between the black mold around toilets, black marks on the door and the sink is chipped I’m reminded of a Motel 6 in the US. Yes I am spoiled but I do expect a consistent shower meaning it will fluctuate from freezing to scolding hot in the same shower, and hisses at you like a snake. The bed was fine except the is no tip sheet just a comforter. The lobby doesn’t have AC nor do they have breakfast like I was told. I would never come back here especially after how much I spent through the Luxury tour escape company. Only word that was accurate was escape.

Great place to stay when they have a room sale. It is close to many good clubs such as Shishi. It is quiet and the staff is very helpful.

Stafnya ramahh banget, harga murah tapi dapet fasilitas oke. Nginap sehari tapi pengen lagi, ntar deh kalo liburan lg ke bali pasti milih tempat ini

This review was a sad one to write. The building is beautiful and was once proabbly the best in the area.

I cannot recommend this place to even those who are on a budget. They missed basics like clean sheets and pillows.

- Sheets and pillows were dirty and had stains on them.
- chair had stains on it and was dirty
- towels didn't seem clean
- sink was leaking

I had to check out the next morning and take a hit on the non-refundable rate I paid. AVOID this hotel!

The hotel is beautiful with its own old school fresh feel and the bedrooms have their own unique touches. A wonderful place to look at and stay in. The breakfast unlike every other hotel could only allow you to pick one thing off their menu which (i chose an english breakfast) was dissapointing. Eggs not cooked thoroughly and to wet.plain pieces of toasted bread and just a spoonful of beans. No variety of drinks to have at breakfast either except water. The rooms do not have shampoo or conditioner or a toothbrush with toothpaste so you have to call to ask. Which is not a big deal as i can understand their reasons but it felt like the hotel was so stingy as when i called they had to tell me twice when i already understood that they wished we did not take these products with us when we left as they reuse them. Saying it once is fine but twice and with the breakfast cheapness they showed it was clear that this is a stingy hotel

Room was not up to standard. Mould and mildew in the bathroom. Dust around the wall plugs. Towels look like they are 10 years old, worn with holes in them. Hot water takes 10 minutes to come out of the tap.

Dari segi fisik emang kecil, tapi saya suka sekali karena disini mengutamakan kenyamanan tamu, pelayanannya bagus, pegawainya ramah" dan juga per malamnya pas dikantong

Awful. Rooms are tiny, smell terrible, Wi-Fi doesn't work properly, aircon doesnt work properly, inept staff and no manger on site. Avoid this place!

We checked out just two hours after checking in. The pictures of the hotel online are misleading, the pool is actually a tiny plunge pool (a glorified rooftop bathtub). The hotel is also set far down a dark alleyway away from everything, and it felt a little unsafe to us. What was most disappointing for us is that the hotel refused a refund, despite several attempts from Agoda to negotiate even a 25% refund given that we are on our honeymoon and had pre-paid 5 nights in advance. Usually we try to be positive people and make the most of situations, but we have been extremely disappointed by Amalfi Hotel and will advise people not to stay here if they want to be happy at their accommodation in Seminyak.
