Hotel Jepun

The structure is located in a fairly central point of Kuta, but fortunately being in an internal street you can't hear all the traffic. The swimming pool is very nice and well looked after, the internal park is also very relaxing. The breakfast is plentiful and very good. The rooms are nice, while the bathroom needs some improvement in terms of sanitary fixtures and cleanliness. The staff is very helpful and speaks English quite well.

Such a cute place great location in Kuta. Basic rooms but everything that you need and lovely staff. Would definitely recommend and amazing price!

The location is excellent. Next door is the water park and a shopping center. It is a short walk from the beach. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious.

We stayed in one the older rooms, with a shower and bath in one, so care to be taken when stepping in and out. No tea or coffee in rooms supply your own and they will give you a Thermos of hot water. But clean and very friendly atmosphere and have late check out option. Enjoyed our stay.

Hotelnya bagus, gak nyesel tinggal di sini 2 malam.kamarnya luas, ac jg berfungsi dgn baik.ada kolam renang diluar, cocok buat anak2 yg suka berenang.breakfast nya cm ada menu nasi goreng, mie goreng, sm roti toast.
Kl ke Bali lg pastinya akan nginep disini aja.

Really noisy near a construction site.
Hôtel in maintenance, water flood in corridor when raining, my son almost broke his nose this morning while going out of his room: he felt because it was really slippery.
Room is old, door is creaky.
Maintenance of Aircon in the room next door this morning.
Staff cut grass with engine in the morning.
One hairdryer for the whole property so you cannot really dry your hairs.
Staff in kitchen and restaurant is smiley and nice.
Customer service front desk is smiley but not really réactive.
The pool and Garden around is nice.

Bad room condition (shrieking door, no kettle, no toiletries, no hair dryer, broken room key, noisy aircon, no phone line to contact front desk, wet stairs and room front, etc) Unacceptable servive that ignore all requests with 'too many customers' excuse. Cant be ranked with any star indeed.

Just like two years of covid never existed. Hotel kept in good condition while Bali was completely closed down

If you want a great hotel with the Bali feel and service then cannot go past Jepun.
Close to shops and easy walk to beach.
Great shaded pool and rooms are only $40 to $50 a night for 2 people including breakfast.

Accommodation did not match booked room.loose sockets, broken fence and ceiling on balcony. Unpleasant smoke smell in and around room. Leaving earlier than planned. Garden is great. Staff is okay.

My home away from home.
A smaller quiet very Balinese hotel. Family owned and full of culture.
When you stay you feel like part of the family.
Staff go out of their way to make your stay very enjoyable.
The restaurant makes delicious, well priced food. The prawn tamboura bring my fav.
Rooms are well maintained, and spacious. Australian TV channel also available.
Great location close to every thing. Laundry a few metres from hotel.
Jepun is a little gem. My happy place

Staff were more like family at this great home away from home. True Bali experience. Always smiling and ready to look after your every step of the way.
Communication was easy, food was great. My only complaint was that I had to go home! Ill be back! See you soon guysxxxxxxxx

Took a tour of this place as a possible long term rental. Staff were very accommodating, rooms were clean and well taken care of. Prices are very reasonable. Close to beach and amenities.

Best Place to stay in the area with convenience stores, bars and restaurants near by. Beautiful staff and friendly atmosphere. Love the property and view from room and restaurant. Miss this place a lot Mahalo and Aloha
