HOTEL RESPATI

This hotel was imposed on us by the SHANTI agency while a shopping center has been under construction for several months. The construction site and its cranes operate from dawn until late at night. Noise can be heard in the hotel and on the beach too.
However, the area is full of seaside hotels further away from these nuisances.

I have stayed for 2 night here. If you are consider reasonable price in front of beach, you must choose. But, you must keep that in mind it is noisy not only the huge construction work just right next this hotel, but also the old toilet fan and old fridge. Also, I experienced a lot of bugs especially mosquitos and spiders while I was staying. While I am eating breakfast, a lot of tiny spiders walked around on the table. I know, here is Bali, I should be bear bugs, but, I stayed Ubud before, but I never experienced mosquitos due to the service provider's effort. I wanted to talk this point. ANYHOW, the hotel was reasonable to stay due to their location. This is the best point for staying here. Ah, their food was good too. All the staff were kind, but I believe most of Indonesian is kind to others.

A great hotel in Sanur. The location is perfect! The rooms (deluxe) are clean and good. The bed is very comfortable and the shower good. The staff is lovely. They made a great effort for my birthday. Thank you!

I got a half price deal this hotel luckily. 277 AUD thank goodness because that was supposedly half price

Great hotel directly on the beach with sun beds. The pool is also cozy but enough for a short dip but mostly people stay at the beach.
It’s very clean and the staff is friendly.
Until now the best hotel I stayed so far in Bali.
The continental breakfast is great.
Also I Must Highlight the efficient and friendly cleaning staff.

The hotel manager probably doesn't want to make money. The sunbeds on the beach can only be used by hotel guests, so it is better if they are always empty, while other guests would spend money there. He should study how to do business

The staff was really nice. The room was ok clean but sadly sordid. The reality didn’t live up to the pictures.

Would have given more stars except we were woken by roosters next door every morning at 4 AM and they crowed for hours. We know thia is part of Bali but they are very close. Otherwise good rooms, great location and lovely staff. Get rid of the roosters next door and we will give it 5 stars next stay.

Not a welcoming place. Won't allow out of house guests use beach chairs even though we've been frequenting this place all pandemic long and supporting the business when they were desperate and spending lots at their restaurant. Now they randomly treat us terribly and make us feel unwanted because tourists are back. Also, the place is staffed entirely by trainees so don't be surprised by the terrible service.

It's located right at the beach so easy access to it with lounges set up on it. Good size pool. The room is old and need some touch up but good and clean. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful (some staff don't speak and understand English very well, so be patient). The restaurant provides good and good value food. Laundry was great and returned promptly within 24 hours. We had a lovely stay.

We didn't stay at the hotel but we did eat at the beachside restaurant of it. The price is sooo cheap considering the view you get (it's really is located on the beach). Food taste is ok-ish just like eating in warung with a view

Nice little resort type hotel in a great position. Rooms are quite large, with AC a safe and terrace or balcony, generally quite clean. The breakfast is the usual buffet, which I felt was below average, not a great deal of choice and mostly luke warm, try asking for a poached egg and you'll receive a raw blob. Poor WiFi, so don't expect to stream Netflix or similar. Would have given it four stars but they let themselves down terribly with service, no one to carry your bags upstairs. But the biggest service let down is the bar, spent two afternoons by the pool and each time had to go to the bar and get my own drinks, even thought they had 4 to 5 staff doing nothing and to make it even worse they charge 10% service charge, which is double anything I'd been charge in the local area.

On the upside, lots of bars and restaurants along the beach and by the main entrance, there is also a laundry nearby.

Everything is perfect here. Cool, calm and full of excitement. We can see sunrise and also romantic ambience at evening

Saya stay disini saat Lebaran di Kamar 215 di lantai 2. Hotel ini sungguh asri, banyak bunga2, bersih dan kamarnya sangat besar untuk kelas hotel Bintang 3.
Hotel yg letaknya bener2 di depan pantai ini sangat strategis, makanan mudah, berjemur nyaman karena tenang, no PKL, pokoknya loved it, staff hotel sangat ramah, biasa nya Bali terkenal Ramah ke Bule saja.
Breakfast hotel walau nasi goreng dan mie goreng tp bisa dinikmati, ada makanan Non Halal juga, buah dan jus, tapi untuk air putih anda harus Minta ya.
Overall, sangat menyenangkan, kami pasti datang lagi ke sini

We stayed in room 103.
Very noisy and very smelly and this was with an upgrade. The room had a very strong mildew like a strong stench of mould.
Complained to hotel reception but they did very little to accomodate us to a better room.
