Inaya Putri Bali / Merusaka Nusa Dua

The hotel room is spacious and very nice, filled with extra bed is still spacious,
There is a bathtub,

We will be planning an event there and had a chance to see the meeting room and ballroom.

There are 4 ballrooms from small to large, the names of the rooms are the names of the beaches in our southern region.

Great hotel, this is our second time here. Beautiful, well-kept area, magnificent rooms, excellent service. Within walking distance is the village with all the shops, massages, exchangers, taverns for every taste and the Bali Collection shopping center. Nearby is the Nusa Dua Theater, where there is a beautiful dance show three times a week. I recommend.

There is a shopping mall 5 minutes away. It's expensive, but it's nice to have a Starbucks.
The pool villa is really nice. The swimming pool is really great. I almost rented it out because there weren't many tourists.
The food is just so-so. I suffered from enteritis after eating dinner here. The shower filter turned black in just one day. I recommend taking several with you. There's really no soundproofing and the bathroom is open, so there are a lot of mosquitoes.

Absolutely fantastic place. Had the all inclusive package and excellent value for money. Staff are so accommodating. Already looking to book for next year

The hotel is a maximum of 3 stars, the air conditioning had problems. What bothered me the most was the room service. The cleaning of the room is done superficially, they took the used towels and forgot to replace them. I repeat maximum 3 stars!

After a complaint or query, the lady at the Guest Relations Desk reacted extremely inappropriately.
Update: As an apology or compensation, we had a great fruit plate with a card in our room in the evening on that day. So it suits us again.

Overall, the service here was good. Except the lady’s attitude when I checked in. She was not very friendly with cold face and not very supportive.
I was satisfied with good service with every smile on the faces of staffs in restaurant, beach, electric car, room men.
The beach there was clean and not very crowded, suitable for swimming. Though it looked quite deep so look after your kids carefully.

Very beautiful well-kept area. Cascade of 3 Infinity pools overlooking the ocean. The breakfast buffet is excellent, everything is fresh, a good selection of dishes. There is local cuisine, but also a lot of familiar European cuisine. The rooms are spacious and clean.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Merusaka. The staff were very friendly/helpful and the grounds were beautiful. Great location in Nusa Dua. We look forward to returning.

Great Beach Front, the beach very nice for swim n chill. Huge hotel, Excellent friendly staff. Their staff services I would say one of the best (very responsive and polite).

Minus to the bfast food (taste very stndard/ ordinary). Kids activities not that much and playground not that exciting.

The beachfront here is the biggest and best of all the resorts I've visited in Nusa Dua. The staff is also friendly and accommodating.

The good things about this hotel are:
A. The pool is so nice.clean and there are 3 pools
B. The sea is so clean
C. A few hours after check in, we were asked if theres anything we need.and so we asked more coffee.because there are coffee maker in the room and it taste so great

I would give five stars to the beautiful scenery and hotel facilities. For the service I think it’s over the average of this area. Everything was perfect except for one thing, I noticed every day in the afternoon there is a shuttle bus from nowhere come here and bring many Chinese tourists. They didn’t pay the same price like we do, but enjoy the same facilities in the hotel. I should say if they were quietly enjoy the beautiful beach I wouldn’t want to complain. Because the beach and Sea is public area. But if they occupy the guests seats, pool, and towel, that could be very annoying. Because it’s hurting other guests right. I write this review because this was my second time stay in inaya. I like the hotel and I want to visit here next time, but if there is no change from the management of the hotel, I would rather to choose other one.

To start with, I had a worm in my salad and ants in my husband's surprise birthday cake. About the worm, I was told that the salad was made of organic vegetables as if organic vegetables don't need to be washed thoroughly. To add to the the sub-standard food, the taste of the items on the breakfast menu was very average. Towards the end of our 8-days stay, we were tired of eating the bad breakfast and not-hot and not-strong coffee. The coffee machine in room leaked. It took them an hour to check us in and give us a room that we dint like and had to change that evening. Why they had kept the nicer rooms until we were disappointed with them, we don't know. Initially they lied to us that the rooms closest to the reception were undergoing maintenance but eventually ended up giving rooms in the very same building. And there was no maintenance going on. Even though they knew that we came there for our son's 1st birthday, they dint make any efforts to ensure we had a good time. The lobby was very noisy at nights. The rooms are not a great size. If the staff maintain the cleanliness and management better, the location makes it a 5 star hotel. Food is a disappointment. Rooms are average, bathrooms are better. The location is excellent. I loved the pools and the beach. The view from reception was great. The local handicraft sellers inside the hotel and local musicians add a lovely touch.

It was a real treat for my wife and I to stay here as part of our 25th wedding anniversary. 2 nights was all our budget allowed so we made the most of our short stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the facilities were great with a pool right outside our door.
On a slightly less positive note I found the main swimming pool to be far too warm and the sea riddled with plastic and other rubbish, so as I snorkeled I collected a bag of plastic rubbish.
We had a great time in Bali using a local driver as our guide.

A really amazing hotel. The grounds are astounding. Magnificent beach, pool area, and landscape. Food is not the best especially the breakfast which is 3 star. Staff are really friendly and helpful. There is a mall very close by, but shopping is utterly expensive compared to the rest of bali. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here, will definitely come again.

Excellent Hotel, very well maintained, courteous staff & centrally located. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Very close to the water blow, the Bay Bali & The Bali Collection.

Only Negetive: The room that we stayed in did not cool efficiently in the night even after having the temperature maintained at 16 degrees & even after having complained to the staff.

Suggestions: To have health faucet in every bathroom.

Ok place but not a must go when in bali.it was nice to relax there for 2 days but that’s it.spa is highly overpriced and food offer not that good.i felt like the staff wanted us to hurry or leave all the time i was eating at one of their places (breakfast or dinner). Plus it’s overcrowded of chinese tourists who took pictures of us or filmed us with our baby girl without asking permission nor talking to us

Very nice hotel with a bathtub and excellent room service, but i found a hole with some ants in the toilet, so i give a four star. But if there were no ants, then it would be a five star.

Hotelstaff is very friendly and helpful.

Breakfastbuffet is worldclass.has variety and it is possible to order limitless fresh juices and coffee.

The rooms are cleaned twice a day if necessary.

Tabletennis table is located in a tight corner, which makes it hard to play properly.

The Gym is really small.probably the smallest hotelgym i have seen. No variety of machines in the gym: (.
It seems it was just built to extend the hotelfeatures (to say we have a gym)

The Internet is very bad. I am surfing with a samsung note 8 and the internet in putri bali is slow and loses the connection often.
Thats a shame!
So the hotel is not good for people using the internet for business work.

The CONCLUSION:
GOOD Hotel with problems that can be solved.
Hope the management tries harder.
I see the possibility of making it a great hotel.
