We are running a Spanish media agency called medialog.es, and our teams work remotely from everywhere. In 2022, during a 4-month stay in Asia, I met Jonathan and his team from Islandmedia in Denpasar. Our initial idea was to contact local professionals to build a contact network for possible future businesses in Asia. I was impressed with Jonathan's agency and large team. During the meeting, I asked if we could develop our agency site with Islandmedia, even though our site requirements were much below the capabilities of Islandmedia's professionals. He said: send a briefing, don't worry. At the end of 2022, we signed their service agreement. The process was incredibly well structured. I told my colleagues in Spain that we have to learn a lot from Islandmedia's processes. Since the first time when we approached the Island Media Management team we felt that the communication went very well, specifically in understanding the needs on our website development. During the design and construction phase we had to exercise the whole process through virtual meetings due to the CoVid-19 pandemic. However the IMM team (Suzan, Raka, Ecky and Tio, to name a few) were very patient and cooperative working on adjustments, corrections and additions to the website content. The website launch was actioned as per our agreed timeline and with very minimal issues which were addressed in a timely manner. Also thank you very much to Tarryn for clarifying a few matters.

The way I see it is, that they just got jeleaus about someone else's success and are unable to digest it.

Anyway, after years in Bali, I couldnt find a better marketing agency. They aint cheap, but actually, that is what you should look for.
