Venue is clean. Staffs are attentive. Pricing is reasonable & They actually do the time they promise (I find this practice is rare in bali). Just one down point was it was a little hard to make a booking (I guess the place is too popular). The gift shop attached to the venue was a bonus for a little quality souvenir. Highly highly recommend this place

It was so nice to be able to get a massage and take a shower before going to the airport.
The massage was also satisfactory.

Amazing place! Best massage I’ve ever had. Since you enter the door you’ll enjoy every detail. The interior, service, music, aromas - it all fits together perfectly. While you wait you can wonder around the shop or just sit and relax with a glass of lemon water and a cold towel for your refreshment. You can also choose which oil scent you prefer. Everything is very comfortable and clean and the prices are very reasonable for such quality. But be sure to book your appointment because there will be no available specialists if you just walk in from the street.

Mixed quality across services. Massage was very good (4/5), gel manicure is rather mediocre quality (2/4) : staff doesn’t seem to be very trained/experienced, the lady was slow and the end result is meh.
The place is cozy, clean, nice atmosphere and the staff is kind and polite.

The store is already worth walking into. Shoes off at the entrance! Is very nice. I bought a beautiful kimono of good quality for little.

The Balinese massage for 90 minutes was incomparable, the master worked out every part of the body perfectly. I regret that I found this salon on the last day before the flight, I would go here every day. Prices are very reasonable and pleasant. Compared with other expensive salons, Koa liked everything. Masters 10/10, cleanliness, space itself - 10/10.

At the exit there is a shop selling nice jewelry and textiles.

My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic 2 and a half hour package. I could not have been in more of a relax state. The service was amazing by the two staff who presented polite, friendly and highly skilled.

The price is not much more than an “off street” massage and was worth every penny. Invest the extra $10aud and reap the benefits of fantastic service.

We have bought vouchers for next time.

Spent a lovely afternoon here with the husband. Had the 2 1/2 hour spa package that included a massage, body scrub and facial. It was AMAZING! I’ve never felt so relaxed. The staff were lovely and made us feel a million bucks. For the price you really can’t miss this, has all the style and luxury of a high end Australian spa!

We love this place, the massage is very deep and professional, done with love! Highly recommend!

BEST SPA.lovely 2 1/2 hour pamper package.we bumped into this by chance when on the way to NEST spa. Nest asked us for 50% deposit when we book but Koa spa didn’t charge us anything for booking.you can try first and keep going again.found this cheap and worth the price.going again for sure! Massage for an hour followed by scrub, a nice shower, a kimono and facial to relax, my body felt amazing and skin smooth later, I couldn’t stop smiling when it was done.amazing spiritual music to soothe the mind too.thank you koa spa for such an amazing experience.

Went here twice while in Sanur. Both times were fantastic. The second time my partner and I had a 3 and a half hour treatment and it was amazing. Highly recommend going here

Best massage in Sanur! Had massage there with my boyfriend and we came out there happy. The massage is so good, the venue is georgous, and it is so relaxing there. My therapist was Tini and oh my God she is excellent! Her massage felt like a rhyme and no fault at all. From the beginning to the end it was perfect️

I went every day for 3 weeks, excellent service, quality and great value for money. I found Koa spa by accident (I HAD been booked at The Nest but was treated rudely by the receptionist and the owner, an arrogant and dishonest person named Lany also lied about what happened so I don’t trust them, nor would I want treatments there after all that and when I complained in my Bali Facebook groups about my treatment at the nest many others had similar experiences and recommended Koa Spa as being a better option) Koa spas VIP card was great and the spa often run special offers too, check their FB page. I had many wonderful massages and treatments here and a pedicure close to the best I’ve ever had, see you all again January!

Two stars for the ambience and setting.everything else downhill from there. From being out of the tea we ordered, to having (on two separate occasions) our “technicians” sick. They did not swear masks and instead wiped there noses on their hands and shirts and continued with our pedicures. Again, this happened on two separate occasions. My wife actually became sick immediately after visiting here the first time.

The pedicure for my wife was subpar in that the color was all over her cuticles and toes. She does a far better job herself.

The reflexology only had brief moments resembling a therapeutic nature. It was subpar and not consistent between two different technicians.

Overall, they are charging for their facilities and ambiance and not the expertise of their technicians.

Lovely quiet, peaceful, respectful atmosphere. Choose your own massage oil from 3 choices. Ambient music, high quality products in shop. Very skilled, well trained masseuses.

I recommend the traditional Balinese massage, I have had 2 so far. Some reflexology on feet, hands and face is included ️

I love this place! Have been there few times already and will come back again for sure. My last shiatsu massage 1,5 hour was perfect made my Maya. She is great, strong, gentle, very quiet and perfect.
