Amazing sushi for the price! Atmosphere was lovely, and the 2 for 3 drinks deal was really worth it. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for high quality sushi in the canggu area!

Food: clean Japanese, good variety. Suprisingly good dessert (Gluten Free Browny).
Service: polite and attentive, open to modifications.
Atmosphere: 3 restaurants to choose from, set back from the road so less noise and traffic. Live Jazz band Wednesday nights. Indoor area with AC.

I've been wondering what experience can i have from this restaurant, so i finally give it a chance to try.

The place was nicely lit, not too big but not too small. They have outdoor and not too many indoor.

The staff greeted nicely and they know what to recommend.

The food selection is quite different than any other japanese food, they dont have many standard menu such as katsu don or selection of bento. But I'm still intrigued to try.

So i try their chicken kara age and oyako don. The kara age was 3 big pieces and the breading is deliciously spiced, its simple but very good appetizer. The Oyako don may looks a bit pale for me, but when i try it, it was actually delicious.nothing was too overwhelming and it has certain balance it. It has good flavour, good portion and perfect aftertaste.

Overall, this place is nice to dine with family, date or friends. I would definitely coming back to try other menu.

It was for me the place to eat good sushi, but for some time now a little less tasty. Very pleasant staff.

A Japanese owned restaurant. The owner & servers are heart felt and warm toward their guests. A cosy vibe ambience. The food have a Japanese fusion modern twist to blend with the fresh produces served. This is my 2nd visit as it’s my 2nd time in Canggu. It will be a restaurant i will revisit.

Absolutely amazing sushi have been back 3 time now and my favourite is the chicken katsu sushi but that is only available though grab

The staff was very friendly, so i feel sorry to say that the food was just horrible. Japanese food is my favorite cuisine and I couldn’t even finish my meal.

My absolute favourite restaurant in canggu! Best smoothie bowls and breakfast in general and also the sushi and dinner menu is amazing! Recomend 1000 times! The owner and the staff are lovely aswell! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Fantastic food and great service! The drinks were amazing too. If you have tried a lot of Japanese food you will know this is in another level

Nice and smooth drinks for the smoothies. Salad was serve in good portion. Ramen was great for the soup base and meat was tender. A small and simple place to eat and chill off from the outdoor heat.

Grilled seabass is actually just a small piece that is pan fried. Small portion. Glass of water is 5k, just a glass, not a bottle.

Didn't enjoy the place. A glass of water is not free - it's 5k per glass and they don't tell you about this cost when you ask for water. K believe it's not a classy thing to charge for water. Tuna sashimi was ok, but they lied about "grilled" mains in the menu. "grilled" chicken turned out to be deep fried chicken in bread crumbs. When I asked why the dish was not cooked as described in the menu, I was told that "we grill it on the pan with oil". Easy to guess that this way of preparing meat is not called "grilled". I refused to have my main at this place.

Delicious! My boyfriend and I ordered miso soup, California XL rolls, salmon aburi roll, and a chicken rice bowl (don’t remember the name, don something). Everything was super fresh and tasty. Very polite and friendly staff. It was a great experience, thank you Koi team

Poor value. They really skimp on the meat in the sushi, definitely not worth the price. The flavours are also relatively bland. It’s mediocre, overpriced tourist food.

Look, the food here is definitely tasty and well presented. I genuinely enjoyed it. I do, however, feel like the portion size: price ratio is all wrong for the area. There’s great quality, well presented food all up and down this strip and purely based on value for money I don’t think I’d visit again. Definitely not the worst experience I’ve had.

This is my go to option when I don't know where to go. Great warung style food at the back, super cheap and healthy and Japanese full on healthy style sushi and fish on the menu. There's burger options are well for the less health inclined

This was an expensive disappointment. Though the staff friendly, and the service quick, the food was not even close to what i was hoping for. I ordered miso soup, which had heaps of greens and sliced onion, making it taste more like onion soup. I also ordered salmon roll and spicy tuna roll. The rolls were presented sideways, with all the fish finely diced on top. This made it difficult to dip in soy and to fit in the mouth. The rolls were also tainted with generous slatherings of scallions, spices, and sauces. The salmon sashimi was thick and a good cut, but also was next to a bunch of scallions. So my meal tasted like onions. Bright side is that some street dogs are going to be lucky with a meal.

Great place for breakfast / brunch & also sushis! The decoration is also really nice and the staff friendly:)

Nice place, friendly staff. Service was really slow. The price of the sushi was a little high and wasn’t great at all. Wouldn’t go back.

A lovely spot for dinner. Was thrilled with my grilled salmon.it was delicious. Bright and chic ambience. Only down fall was lack of alcohol option to go with such a nice meal.

I'm not sure where the bad reviews are coming from, we had a lot of sushi and it was delicious, honestly the freshest & best Sushi in Bali! The service was great and the staff were friendly. Also, the sushi was prepared very quickly. Great place!

Great sushi! Owner is from Japan so she knows how to do it right! Eating in KOI for last 3 years. Good place for breakfast and dinners!
