Kokonut Suites

Totally not a suite. Very old. Very rustic. Broken shower. A mix of white light. No lift or elevator. Climb the stairs. I got 3rd floor. Tv are small. No tv on bedroom.no security. No porter.

Lokasinya strategis, banyak resto dan tempat untuk chill di sekitarnya, kamarnya cukup luas dan ada balcony, staff super ramah dan helpful. Sukaaaa! Bakal rekomendasiin temen2 yang mau ke Bali utk stay disini.

Best location in Petitenget area near cafe and Resto.

Room villa ok complete with living room and kitchen set!

Pool is so-so nothing special with view or something else. Parking is huge for car.

Good cafe is Livingstone on the front area of Hotel.

We are staying here for 4 nights 20-24 Aug, tonight is our 2nd nights. We stayed here as we couldn’t get our fav place to stay. Check in was fast yesterday, as i was the only one and it was about 4: 30 pm.
Room is a bit cramp, The kitchen has basic necessities, however you might get when u request some stuffs.mattress too soft and low, the sink is too low even for me who is shorty. And yes you might hear cat fight outside of your window at 4: 00am, and continue whole day. Today 21st August as lazy chilling day for us who decided to stay at the hotel turned out to be “disaster” coz of air pollution, smoke of some burn I know it wasn’t the hotel’s fault, however when I asked the receptionist ladies it seems very common and acceptable for this such condition. We can’t be in the room, neither outside. And sadly we still have 2 more nights and afraid the pollution continues. Me and my husband now coughing, I barely able to breath and chest pain. Sadly Now our room smells of burnt smoke.

Been staying in Kokonut for several times since pandemic and then, located right in between Seminyak and Canggu - this suites has all it takes to become so popular, drawback is that the room itself is rather dirty and outdated, and with understandably increasing price post pandemic, I’d rather stay elsewhere: (

Strategic area, friendly service, low key set up, and quiet and peaceful setting. Great for short or long stays with competitive pricing.

Located at busy area.
Receptionist was super friendly, and nice breakfast there.
Just the toilet abit dirty, but overall is good stay, big room

Like many hotels in Bali this one had "Covid Deteriation" so much so we received a refund after 2 nights and moved to another hotel for the remaining 5 nights. Staff were understanding and apologetic.

Very dilapidated rooms that were musty and mouldy. Anti social neighbours at 0200 am and reception unable to do anything about it.

Rooms do not feel clean. Swimming pool was
Always dirty and run down.
Left early and went somewhere else.

Don’t recommend.

Tempat strategis ada cafe enak persis di area sama, seberang juga mounsour spoon. Belok kiri dan masuk gang langsung nook dan cafe2 laindekat sawah. Pom bensin juga dekat sekali. Untuk kamarnya sendiri juga dapat lantai bawah dengan taman, ukuran kamar juga besar ada meja makan ruang tamu dan walau bangunan lama ya tp terlihat cukup dijaga rapi. Minusnya hanya menurut saya penerangannya kurang banyak sih lampu tapi remang2 semua dan di lemari pakaian tidak ada lampu jadi gelap.
Overall sangaat puas will come back again

Uda beberapa kali nginep disini. Cuma selalu dapet yg twin bed. Padahal pas pesan sudah sering kali minta queen karena ada baby, tapi selalu pas dateng kesana katanya ga ada. Akhirnya kmrin pesen lewat aplikasi dan pilih queen dg harga yg lbih mahal. Pas dateng kesana tiba2 bilang ke suami wah sebentar pak kami carikan kalo ada. Suami saya tentu sedikit sebel bilang “lo saya ini pesan d aplikasi dengan harga lebih mahal lo pak. Kalo ada d aplikasi ya seharusnya ada di sini gamungkin ga ada”. Akhirnya dia bingung terus telepon gatau telepon siapa. Akirnya kita dapet kamar queen bed. Tapi pas hari kedua malam, saya masuk kamar. Kaget dong karena di meja makan ada lalat yang mengeluarkan larva gitu haduhh dan banyak kaki setibu masuk ke kamar.
Akhirnya suami telp ke front office. Datanglah ob nya, kaget banget waktu ob nya lap meja dan d buang kebawah langsng bukan nya d ambil pake tisu trs d sapu. Bukan d semprot ato gimanaa. Akhirnya suami saya sendiri yang semprot lantai dan meja pake hand sanitizer.pas bsk nya mo checkout.kaget banget karna menemukan laletnya masi di sela2 pintu… haduhh

Tolong service kebersihannya di tingkatkan

Price is good, room is spacious, staff is okay, but pool is very dirty. Parking space is okay and wifi is acceptable. Overall good experience, just need to clean the pool and the bathroom

Comfortable place to long-term stay or work from Bali. This place is easy to access, quiet, clean, relaxing, and well maintained. Close to mini market such as Circle K or Indomart. The internet speed is good. Their staffs are super nice and friendly.

Complete house appliances, more like an apartment, perfect for family and traveller. Friendly and helpful staff

I've been staying here for 4 months already, and feel happy with the service. All the staffs are very friendly, helpfull and fast response. There's always staffs standby at he front desk 24/7. The building look a little bit old but I can see they take a good care of it. The room is clean, the 2 bedroom has a spacious livingroom, smart tv, working desk, dinning table and a decent kitchen. For a long term stay, they clean the room 2 times a week, and we can decide which day. Definitely will recommend this place to others.

The apartmen was in the centre of seminyak area. Close to mini market which is good, and in the same area of hype resto Livinfstone.

The staff was friendly, and the room was surpisingly huge. Specially tge 2 bed room suite. Its huge. Fit for us who travel with family.

Facilities are complete, since we were travel just to escape our routine, this place offer us a very great time. We cook, we watch, we swim, we eat and repeat. 5 stars for the room.

One tip, if you want to stay here, better bring extra cable extension. Yes, you gonna need this.

Love to comeback there again and surely recomend this accomodation for our friends. Yes the place is instragamable too. You cantook a lot of photos in this area. Two thumbs up!

Tempatnya bagus (di luar dari semua kekurangan yang dia miliki). Luas, dekat dengan banyak fasilitas umum, bisa melihat pepohonan.
Kayu lapuk di teras, keran toilet bocor, kulkas rusak, AC tak dingin, jamur, sofa bolong.
Mereka membetulkan berdasarkan permintaan (keluhan), dan yang bisa digantu saja. Untungnya selalu ditanggapi cepat dan dibetulkan oleh staf nya yang ramah.
Dan, barang-barang di kamar tak sama dengan di foto. Jadi, disarankan untuk memeriksa langsung dahulu.
Namun, dari semua itu semua kekurangannya masih bisa diterima dan ditutupi oleh kelebihannya. Buktinya saya sudah 2 bulan di sini

Best choice! This place has a clean room with comfortable bed, a living room separated by sliding door from the bedroom, a bath with shower, a kitchen with a pretty complete stuffs including microwave, stove, and other kitchen utensils, and a little garden. Overall I’m so happy with the place and also their service.

Feels like home, service is excellent, the place is so homie, i really enjoyed staying with them️ and can’t wait to go back here again!

The building itself looks old already. Good thing, services are good, food was superb! Thanks to Livingstone Cafe (same owner). If you're looking for a place to stay for a longer duration, this is one of the best choice so far.

My boyfriend and I booked to stay at Kokonut Suites for 3 nights and we’re both very excited after reading the great reviews. We arrived early to our check in and were asked to wait, when we were served with suspected tap water as the “welcome drink”. The room was very spacious, however full of mosquitoes. Both my boyfriend and I had bites all over us. The bathroom is not luxurious and needs a big upgrade as the water from the shower/bath leaked all on to the bathroom floor. As I was trying to close the blinds they fell on top of me and my boyfriend had to fix them. The included breakfast was very limited to which my fussy eating boyfriend did not like anything. There was also small stains on the bed and bath towels. The general vibe of the hotel was extremely low and had a Smokey aroma. My boyfriend and I ended up leaving after the first night with no refund or any compensation. On the whole I’m very disappointed with this hotel. I would suggest that if you’re looking for luxury, this is not the place.

Clean but overpriced for what it offers. The best looks like it was completed in a hurry. The hotel feels like it wants to be a resort but it is not really. Playroom for kids was a bit sad, small and dark. Generally fine for a hotel stay but do not expect premium.

This place is spacious and very clean. We spent time here for silent day 2019 and was fantastic. They have Living Stone restaurant so you can have breakfast there. Food was good and affordable.

Nice clean and convenient place to stay, staff are friendly and rooms are well appointed. Facilities are kept up and modern. Refrigerator in the room is a nice size big, which is a nice surprise, this allows for all we bought to be well organized and not cramped as in other sick hotels. Overall good value for money will return on my next stay in Bali.

Tempatnua super nyaman.
Kita pesan yg double bedroom suit. Tempatnya luas dan sangat bersih. Kolam renangnya oun oke dan ada bebek2 an nya.

Very good place, price point medium (not really cheap comparing to most hotels in Bali) but very strategic place, not far from restaurants and bars.

Kokonut Suites is located between Seminyak and Kerobokan, Jalan Petitenget only few minutes away from Batubelig Beach and restaurants and shopping area.
I was stay there one night, it is my first time stay and i think it is unforgetable moment for me and my family. The staff offering floating breakfast at the pool. The breakfast menu are local and western. We choose western and we really like it. Very reccomended to try their floating breakfast. The room was clean spacious with kitchen set and well equipment and balcony. You will love this place, nice place suitable for your family or maybe you guys want to romantic place, honeymoon place well i think this it the place will be your memorable moment. Secara keseluruhan okay, hanya saja ada beberapa bagian yang sudah perlu maintenance, seperti di shower.

North Kuta, Kokonut suites, staff helpful and rooms very spacious with front room couch tv, outdoor balcony and great bedroom. Very quiet place to stay and pool was beautiful.
The most annoying thing is the road outside traffic busy and getting anywhere is hard work as far out from centre. There is a cafe next door beautiful food but a little over priced.

Really enjoyed our stay at Kokonut Suites. Staff is very welcoming and helpfull. The spacious rooms are very clean and well maintained. It’s a very quiet spot in central location with easy access to both Seminyak and Canggu.
