Kuta Lagoon Resort and Pool Villas

The staff are very lovely. The class however was a bit difficult because it was my first time, anyway the staff were very helpful. Guiding me through step by step until my piece is done

Very nice hotel to stay, they have very good rooms at affordable rates. It is worth to stay in private pool villa here. Room and pool are clean. They provide good American breakfast. It is located at centre of kuta. Only issue is they provide only 2 water bottle of 300 ml per day, which is very less amount for 2 people. Overall stay is good.

Staff and location excellent. We stayed in a villa with a pool. Serviced everyday and kept immaculate. Small hic cup with WiFi on day 3 but sorted quickly. Look forward to coming back. 4.5 stars

Really bad management. They downgraded us. We paid for a better room but got a worst one. The management said, it is the fault of Agoda. I showed my confirmed booking, they did not care. I ask for a banana juice as compensation, they told me to call Agoda. Unbelievable hotel!

Great place with great location. Not busy and awesome pool.

Very average hotel, after the first day for breakfast we didn't go back, we chose to pay about $30 AUD to have breakfast each morning at Coffee Corner cafe which was a 2 minute walk. The hotel pool was dirty each day, bed was as hard as a rock, hotel staff left a message to advise we were checking out a day early. The hotel could do with a facelift it is looking quite old and tired.

Still here as yet, comfortable and the staff are Great, middle of Kuta and a short walk to the beach and all shops with plenty of other aussies as well. The swimming pool along one side of resort.

This hotel is located in Kuta and is very close to the beach. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean but standard rooms have no view whatsoever (only window faces a concrete wall). The toiletries are provided in small glass containers and are not replaced regularly. Lastly notes are slipped in on the night before your check out asking you to leave by 12; of course guests know the check out time, i found it a very cheap way to be reminded.

Loved our stay, great location.staff and food were great. But room was in a poor condition, and the bath tub was filthy which is a shame because I enjoy a relaxing bath sometimes. This wouldn't have been too much of an issue for me if the price had reflected all this. But you're essentially paying enough money for somewhere in better condition with a little more pride taken. Still recommend the stay if you can get it on a decent deal.

The place is beautiful unfortunately poor service. Booking made wrongly and staff refused to correct it, took an hour to check in.

Been staying here for almost a week. Love the room, GREAT service and amazing staff. Don’t listen to the other reviews, this place is amazing for what you pay. Breakfast is great and it’s central to some of the best bars and restaurants in Bali. Will definitely be staying here again!

Didn't start off to a good start. Room small no balcony. No tea coffee or kettle. Shower like running a hose. Asked for change room and to fix shower. They fixed shower but still need only hot water to have a shower. Still not good. Changed room to deluxe. No kettle or coffee/ tea.took asking twice and 6 hours to get kettle. No cups or any thing to go with it. They say deluxe rooms don't have that for the rooms. So rating on the rooms are very low. Not stsy here again in the future.

Stayed here twice now. Beautiful pool, breakfast and the staff were so friendly. Definitely value for money

Great location super quiet for being on a main road extremely cheap and amazing rooms especially the pool access. If your not chasing 5 start Hilton resorts this is the place to visit

If you're looking for a quiet, well priced, friendly hotel, close to the bars and shops of Legian. Look no further.
Not as luxurious as the 5star resorts, however, a very comfortable base to see Bali from.
A poolside room is a must. After a long day of seeing the sights, you plunge directly off your personal balcony and into a well maintained pool.

Grounds are beautiful, the room was very dated and this was a deluxe room. We complained and were moved to an updated room. Breakfast is average but the Cafe menu food has been pretty good so far. Staff very friendly. Not particularly suited to young families.
