The dinner was delicious, the service was excellent, I was served by ILUH who treated me very well with a big smile, highly recommended

We were here 12 months ago and the food and service was spectacular! We have come again and nothing has slipped! Fantastic food and amazing attention to detail from our hostess, Ita, who was excellent with her advice on both food and wine. When in Bali we will be regular attendees at Lemongrass!

Highly recommend not to eat at this place.

1. The fish served to me was not properly de-scaled, which is probably the most basic thing a restaurant should get right.
2. The lack of effective service recovery. The manager only offered to replace the fish with a new one but we got to wait for another 30 - 40 minutes.
3. After payment, the staff will ask you to rate them 5 stars with their name for their service on review to bring up their ratings.

Best Thai Place you can find around! The waitress Ayu is the best i ever met and Trust me i met a lot. She made superior service and she rescued a cat from the roof. My Friends was about to walk in front of a car and she stopped the car with her bare hands! Best i ever had

Went to Lemongrass under a recommendation, I was not let down One of if not the best Thai restaurant we have ever been to!
I took the family as we love spicy Asian food, Indonesian, Thai, Indian, Vietnamese, we ordered 6 dishes and various drinks.
The meal was outstanding on ever level the restaurant is well set out with a lovely decor, clean and modern and the service was impeccable and well priced for the quality, Dwi our server was amazing

Madi was amazing, very very helpful her knowledge about the menu helped us decide on the fried fish which was a 10 out of 10. Highly recommended eating here and we will definitely be back.

We had dinner at Lemongrass and both the food and service was amazing. Dwi looked after us and was lovely and attentive - nothing was too much trouble. We tried two of their three specials - a crispy pork belly with beans and kangkong, and grilled prawns with a basil chicken fried rice. So good! Make sure you also try their chicken spring rolls! We’ll definitely be back.

When we are in Legian we normally always visit Lemongrass. Always enjoy the food and amazing cocktails. This is a simple restaurant that offers excellent Thai food in a pleasant atmosphere. The staff are attentive and the prices are very reasonable. Well worth a visit if you like Thai food.

This is a great place to go to when in Legion. Staff are the best, so friendly and helpful. The food is wonderful and happy hour is pretty good at 120k for a bucket of Bingtang 5. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing ambiance and staff attitude. Tom yam soup taste can meet the standard of local taste. The house mineral water serve in the bottle, really good for environment. Love this restaurant.

Pretty nice meal. 4 out of 5 of us got food poisoning from their steamed rice through the night. Not sure how old the rice was! The 5th person didn't eat the steamed rice

Oh my gosh! Amazing atmosphere, incredible food and wonderful staff. Very clean. This gets 10/10. Try the cheesy garlic bread. Very busy with live music. Try the mi goreng and look for the beautiful RiRi at front of house.

So many staff, over half an hour for service.not just once but multiple times.

Music was at night club level, in a restuarant. Not a relaxing scene.

Walking back to our hotel, we heard the music coming from this venue and decided to stop and have dinner and drinks. Lovely relaxed vibe, friendly service. Food was delicious. Young guy singing and playing guitar was outstanding. If we had more holiday time, we would definitely have returned.will wait for our next Bali holiday.
