The purity and the interaction,
The principles and the respect.
And there is a lot more that everyone can perceive with their own senses.
But above all, it's about love and passion.

Service was fantastic, presentation amazing, food not good. We did the 20 course dining with 7 alcohol pairings, wow what a bizarre experience, I don't really know what we even ate, everything was heavily fruit based, there was one meal with pork sausage, other than that no meat, besides the lard on pineapple. No vegetables, no salad, no rice, pasta or potatos, a few dishes had seafood but not nice. All locally sourced so that was awesome. When booking the alcohol pairing I assumed it would be like a normal pairing with a 1 or 2 cocktails and then wine for the rest, all were very sweet cocktails, no wine, we left 5 of the 7.drinks and ordered a bottle of wine. It cost $500 USD, the beginning of the journey was great food wise but once we sat down it took a turn for culinary failure. Over complicated with what felt like no substance. They have potential to be incredible but need to up the food and drink pairing or at least let people know it's all sweet cocktails.
