Dekat pantai. View bagus. Menuju ke lokasi lumayan macet karena jalannya kecil. Breakfast ala carte.

Lokasi tenang, full beach view, sunset, beach club, pool beach, restaurant beach view, kamar luas bersih

Saya WNI buang duit gak sedikit di tempat ini dan buat senang senang dan layanannya berbeda dengan WNA yg cuma beli sebotol bir? Saya juga kasi tip kok ke server kalian…

Selalu WNI pergi ke tempat beginian seperti di perlakukan macam orang gak mampu bayar…

Udah stay 2 hari mau lanjut jadi gak minat…
Layanan seperti ini banyak kok di bali yg penting bawa uang yg banyak…

0n the 7september 2023 morning me and my friends were having breakfast at the restaurant. There the food and the services that I was given is genuinely sincere from the staff. While having breakfast we were approached by one of the hotel manager (BOD) by the name of Iwan from lv8 canggu for a review about the hotel facilities and services. Im really impressed by how the way we been treated. Iwan is very honest cum friendly and also a very good manager. Therefore I would like to thanks to all the staff here especially Iwan for making my morning and days happy (5 big stars for Iwan with his sincerity and tremendous service through out my stays here

Great hotel and in great location but needs to improve service. Our check in was delayed substantially. We got our room at around 4PM.

Kid friendly. They do yoga on the beach, they have a gym. Massage rooms are old and smelly. Rooms are old and tired. Smoking rooms stink really bad. Pool is great Nasi Gooring is delicious and it’s a short walk to Finns Beach Club. Would be a nice hotel if they used incense in the place to make it smell nice. Got rid of the rusty dirty walls.

The room was large and the facilities, from the bathroom, were very luxurious. The bathroom is also very big. When you first enter, you immediately get a 'wow' response.

The swimming pool is also so good that you don't have to go to a beach club to play quietly in the pool here.

Finn's Beach Club is also a 10-minute walk away, so if you're going to a beach club, you can stay here and play.

There is a Korean manager, who is very kind and takes care of a lot by arranging private taxis.

Very good for the price. I insist.

This hotel is featured with spacious rooms and nice beach club that suitable for family vacation, it also has direct access to the beach, very nice. However due to pandemic The Hotel Management seems trying hard to cut down expenses that causes the building maintenance seems neglected, you will notice that hotel facilities are not cleaned, repaired and policed properly.

Lvl8 might have been an awesome place to go during the days of glory but like most hotels in Bali, it is run down and in need of many fixuppers

Hotelnya kurang terawat skrg, breakfast nya juga ga buffet, jd kami merasa ada penurunan dr kedatangan kami di taun2 sebelumnya

A good place to stay, we spend our time in double room private pool villa.bathroom definitely need maintenances. Breakfast is a good experiences during our stay, you can enjoy a floating breakfast at the pool with the beach view, food tastes good, and a very communicative staff as well.

Staying here recently in Oct. The gate & parking space looks promising. Exterior wise, it’s perfect, especially the swimming pool combined with Vue beach club. Sadly, interior wise are not maintained well, and the service is not good. Got wrong room number with other customer inside. Got no towel & tissue, and some other service issue. In my opinion, this hotel could be a superb hotel, if they increase the service & cleanliness level.

Old hotel and lack of maintenance. Mouldy in the toilet and shower area, rusty in door handle, dirty bathup, stained in the sofa. The cleaning service did not put the things properly when they cleaned the room. So so breakie, gave us wrong wifi password, slow connection, no LV8 sign when you entered the way to the hotel, dirty pool, dirty outdoor couches

3 hari sebelum dtg sudah dikonfirmasi buat kedatangan.

Hari H jam 4 sore proses chek in, masih belum siap kamarnya.
Dengan alasan ada tamu yg late chek out, alasan yg gak masuk akal.

Menunggu kurang lebih 45 menit proses chekin.

Tolong di perbaiki manajemen nya.

Hotel Lv8 bintang 5 yang cukup baik. Pelayanannya ramah dan prokes terlaksana. Dekat dengan pantai dan hotel lainnya juga.

A pretty good resort hotel in the Canggu area, unfortunately I got a room where the ac didn't work well.but overall all the staff were nice and friendly.and also because it's located on the beach the view at sunset from the swimming pool is very beautiful, the food in the restaurant are also very delicious

It's actually a nice place to stay. Karena ada access langsung dr hotel ke beachnya. Dan staffnya juga ramah2 banget, kamarnya jg dihiasnya lucu.di kasih happy honeymoon card + birthday cake.kayaknya sih hotel ini lg improving in all aspects.semoga kedepannya jd lebih bersih lagi kamarnya, terus lantai kamar mandinya showernya mungkin bs diperbaharui (walaupun yg sekarang jg not bad sih, cuma keliatan uda berumur) semoga bs nyaingin kyk apurva kalau diimprove sana sini. Beachnya sebenernya sedikit kotor banyak orng2 buang plastik bekas makanan ringan gitu. Tapi aku liat wkt itu memang ada orang2 yg kerja ngebersih2in, so semoga dlm beberapa bulan kedepan bs terus ditingkatin. Breakfastnya not bad, cuma memang gak terlalu banyak pilihan.table mat nya lebih baik gak usa dipake, pake meja kacanya aja bs dibersihin lbh gampang, krn table matnya sedikit kotor. I personally really like the pool area, bagus buat foto2. All in all, a good place to stay with medium budget.:)

Kondisi kamarnya kurang terawat, AC kamar utama dan ruang utama tidak dingin, pelayanannya waktu check in lama.

Great hospitality, love how fast and smooth the check in experience.

Nice linen and bed, comfy sofa iny suite room. And love they have a working desk. (i really need it)

But the view from my room is a bit obstructed by the beach club roof. So can not see the beach clearly.

But overall i love it

I love the infinity pool and the ambience around it. To be able to enjoy the view of sunset to the beach of Canggu while swimming in the pool, that was great ️ We had floating breakfast for additional IDR100K from the breakfast package itself and the staff was so helpful with it. Normal breakfast is ala carte, can be delivered to room or at the restaaurant near the pool.
The only downside is that we can only check in at 15.00 local time (not earlier) and the room was not ready until 16.00 local time. We hope this can be improved but other than that, we had a great stay at the family room (4 pax capacity, a really spacious room!)

No hot water shower. Unstable internet connection. These are easy fixes.
Other than that, it's all good. I will come back.

9 september sy berkunjung ke tempat ini untuk menghadiri resepsi pernikahan teman saya. Yg sy hendak soroti adalah penanganan pelayanan tamu pada saat mengambil makanan. Petugas hanya sedikit dan makanan diambilkan oleh staff kitchen dari LV8. Pada saat itu tamu yang mengantri makanan sangat banyak. Saya sadar bahwa hotel menerapkan protokol kesehatan dengan melayani mengambilkan makanan terhadap tamu namun itu bukan keputusan bijak dan terbaik. Seharusnya fasilitasi 2 tempat buffey makanan dan tim yang banyak untuk mengambilkan makanan. Sory LV8 jika sy beri bintang 2 terhadap pelayanan kalian

The best part of the hotel are the staff.
Very kind, polite & professional. Reception, Spa, Housekeeping and the rest of the service was excellent. Everyone was eager to help and answer any question.
Pool was relaxing with a great view of the sunset & beach. Great music & Dj!
Gym was very well equipped.
Breakfast had a good variety & tasty.
We also had a couples massage which was probably the best we ever had. Indeed these people have magical hands.
Tanah lot is 15 minutes away by car.

A bit dull in this pandemic moment to stay here, the food was not that good, the taste not that "delicious" like i first time stay there.well at least the scenery was still awesome.

Hari pertama datang di suruh menunggu 2 jam buat check in, ok lah demi kamar yg nyaman. Ternyata sangat di luar ekspektasi, air panas rusak, handuk mandi lebih cocok buat jd handuk lantai, amenities sangat tidak lengkap (tidak ada baju kimono, sendal, gelas hanya 1), bantal nya bau seperti bekas di pakai, apalagi sofa yg sangat bau seperti tidak pernah di cuci. Shower closet berada di sebelah kiri spt org kidal, tidak ada welcome drink, kurangnya customer satisfaction, ranjang twin yg terlalu sempit. Saat menceritakan komplain dengan salah satu staf yg mengantar jawaban nya “ kita sedang PENGIRITAN “ what an answered “
Sangat tidak recomended, bahkan hotel yg jauh lebih murah pelayanan dan fasilitas nya jauh lbh baik. Tidak akan pernah kembali ke sini.

Astaga, dari parkiran ke kolam.astapirullah jalan kaki jauh bgt, hampir 2 km, gak bisa kendaraan ksana.pokokx kapok mw ksana berenang.
Apa lg klo mw ajak org tua, djin sesak baru sampe.

Akses ke hotel jalan sempit, berpotensi masuk selokan sawah kl gak hati2 saat berpapasan dg mobil lain, lobby tdk berkesan sama sekali, gak kayak hotel bintang lima, pertama kami di diberi kamar lt. 4 view pojok an hotel dg sampah, aura kamar gak enak banget, trs setelah complain kami di ganti kmr lt 3, view pantai di bawah kmr view private pool baru lumayan, tp aura kmr tetap tdk nyaman, kapok, gak bakalan balik lagi

The place is a bit off the beaten path and it'd a little dated. However the staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious. The ocean view from the Vue club and room is as good as it gets

Nice swimming pool and an amazing beach view from the swimming pool. The hotel itself needs a lot of works. Doesn't look like 5 stars at all and the service always late.

Basically i like this hotel so much. The pool and the beach is very good and the service from the staff is very friendly. The hotel room look a little bit old but they well maintain so everything is in good standard for 5star hotel. I recommend this hotel if you stay in canggu area. And i definitely will come back to stay here

Saat check in menunggu lumayan lama sekitar 30 menit, kemudian ada deposit diawal sebesar 500ribu yg akan dikembalikan saat check out. Untuk kamar nyaman semua fasilitas lengkap kecuali slipper ga ada, sdh request tp ga diantarkan jg ke kamar. Untuk sarapan masih ala carte bisa di resto ataupun diantar kekamar. Saya juga request birthday cake utk anak dan diantarkan kekamar dengan surprise. Utk gym ga sempat explore karena mager di kamar. Saat check out lumayan cepat. Receptionist nya ngeselin, pas kemaren kesana saya mengunjungi sepupu saya. Sudah dikasih jawaban nama tante saya, dia malah pake nama saya sebagai nama yg menginap disana? Lucu kan. Alasannya anak training.

First Class Hospitality with an amazing minimalistic Architecture. Highly recommend for dine and your stay cation. Ultra nice food and a great Beach Club invites all Clubbers to have their greatest Vacation.

Hotel di Bali memang ga pernah habis untuk di explore.
Waktu gw traveling ke Bali gw coba untuk stay di sini dan amaze banget dengan pelayanan di sini dan fasilitas nya.
Semua staf nya ramah dan fasilitas nya oke banget.

Parah, datang malam jam 23.00, mau coba menginap disini. Kami coba walk in, pas sampai di lobby tanya kamar, katanya ada tapi ga ada OB yg beresin kamar.

Jauh2 datang tapi reception nya bilang ga ada OB. Mungkin karena pandemi, semoga lekas pulih

Plus nyaa adalah Kamar nya luas, ada balkon, dilorong banyak lukisan lukisan, tapiiii kurangnya furniture ga terlalu kekinian, bathtub nya aga kotor, sendal hotel kosong,

I came here to get my first vaccination. Glad to know they support the Government during this pandemic by providing their place to do vaccination.

Stayed here for 2 nights and got Covid+Epic Sale price. The place is strategic, 5-15 mins walk to many restaurants/shops/recreational club. The room is huge, and they said mine is one of the smallest. There is a dresser that can be used for working so it's #workfrombali friendly! Vue Beach Club is one of my fav since long time ago - it's white & blue, not that crowded (very important!), many daybeds to chill, and f&b are reasonably priced. Definitely will come back if i get this price again lol or if i'm staying w friends/fam.

Staffnya ramah.security jg, Sama driver juga bersikap baik, driver dipersilahkan jalan ke lobi tanpa harus melepas atribut, meski jalannya agak jauh tdk masalah yang penting customer senang driver jg tdk merasa didiskriminasi, tdk seperti dihotel lainnya, jaket harus dilepas melewati pos security, memangnya apa yg salah dengan atribut ojol?

First room had bathup leak issue, get upgraded but get hot water issue. Overall staff is friendly and helpful, the pool is beautiful with beach view, very chill and relaxing.

Tidak ada pengertian terhadap driver online saat mengantar makanan masak driver online ongkos 8000cuman nganter makanan tidka sampai 30menit gak di perbolehkan bawa motor ke dekat parkiran loby padahal kami tidak lama mengantar makanan paling lama 5sampai 10, sudah gitu di per silahkan jalan iya kalok dekat 150meter dari parkiran keloby tidak ada toleransi dari securyty dan Pihan hotel djancok

I used to come here quite often back in its early days.several years ago.
It used to be the only venue in Bali with infinity pool right next to the beach looking over the ocean.
I'm actually pleasantly surprised that even throughout he pandemic, the place still does exist and running - although you can sense the struggle.
Hope they outlast the challenge!

A nice hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel is undergoing some refurbishments and I think it will look fresher after those have taken place. The rooms are very nice and large. There is a big pool with a very nice and vibey outside area.

It's might not be the best place if you are looking for a beach holiday. The beach was absolutely COVERED in plastic. On the shoreline there was hardly a meter without a piece of debris. The staff try their best to clear it, but it's heartbreaking and disgusting to see. Perhaps look on the other side of the island if you are wanting to lie on the beach. Our room overlooked the lagoon/river and even this was covered in plastic. It's such a pity and quite heartbreaking to see.

Apparently the plastic is seasonal and apparently around Feb dead fish wash up. This information is from a staff member. Perhaps check whether any of these two will be present over the time of your planned holiday.

Saya sangat tidak puas terhadap pelayanan pas check in hotel.
Katanya ini hotel bintang 5, tapi pelayanan KAKI 5. Kenapa saya bilang begitu.
Pas check in tamu. Seharusnya ada room boy yang antar kan tamu atau mengerahkan ke arah mana.tapi waktu itu hanya di arahkan oleh seorang yang kepala botak di FO.lewat sana lewat sana. Dengan nada kasar.
Bus parkir dekat lobby mau jemput tamu. Di usir oleh security ke tempat parkiran. Saya pangggil lagi bus datang ke lobby karena tamu dah mau berangkat on tour. Kadang tamu ada yang lelet, masih juga di usir oleh security, alasannya lama parkirnya.
Pelayanan sangat lambat.
Lokasi nya sangat jauh kemana mana.
Sangat tidak di sarankan untuk berliburan atau untuk nginap di hotel LV8.

We stayed here last year in the 2 bedroom suite with private pool, and found it most disappointing.our bathroom was unusable due to the rotten smell lingering through.it was that bad that if we left the door slightly ajar, the whole suite smelt awful when we got in. We did speak to staff about it and they said it would look into but never was (twice) Also the shower didnt seem to have a normal thermostat.which is fine if you wish to have some cryotherapy or be boiled alive.again this next got fixed despite complaints.the private pool did not have a filter and had a lovely oil layer and greenish tinge to it.again complained about this, and was told this is how they were.the big pool at the beach club was nice and so was breakfast in the morning. Wouldnt stay again.

We have been needing to cancel our reservations here for the last 2 days. I have become sick and we are needing to change our plans and unfortunately we haven’t been able to contact a representative at Lv8. My husband has wrote multiple emails to multiple email addresses claiming to be affiliated with the resort. He has also made upwards of 20 phone calls to the resort mainline attempting to make contact, but every time he calls he receives an automated voicemail response saying that the line is busy and to call back later. We are very concerned that we will never hear from Lv8 resort and if this is the type of service we are receiving now, we are happy that we will not be wasting our time by staying there! I can’t imagine how we would be treated if we became thirsty or hungry while staying at Lv8. All we wanted was a response, doubt we will get one. Very doubtful that we will ever see our money back either. ZER0 stars for this place and we haven’t event stayed there!

Very disappointed with this hotel!

This hotel was booked for the last three nights to end our trip to Bali but it did nothing but disappointment us.

On check in there was a lot of waiting about with staff being unattentive.

On entering the room we had booked there was a distinct smell filling the room that presumably was coming from the drains. The manager that had escorted us there offfered us an upgrade for 400,000 rupiah which we took to get out of the smell. He showed us the room that we were upgrading to which housekeeping were still cleaning. However once they had left the smell returned to this room.

The disgusting smell of the room was coming from the toilet and shower drain and and filled the whole hotel room.

The key for our door never worked and we repeatedly had to run up and down from the top floor to reception and back just to get in our room. Which the hotel is massive so can’t get a little annoying.

Breakfast was also poor. We waited half an hour for someone to take our order and then another 45 minutes for a simple breakfast to come which was mediocre at best. Again no apology was given.

The hotel on the whole is badly finished. There are holes in the walls, grubby marks everywhere and on the whole doesn’t fill you with confidence that the place is clean.

We are due to check out today and have been told that we must be out of our room. And while we don’t want to be in there any longer than possible, we need somewhere to get changed and showered before our long flight home. Reception staff have been rather unsympathetic to this and have told us that we should book the room out for another day if this is the case.

After complaining about this experience to reception the staff there looked blank and nobody was willing to deal with our complaint. They told us to wait at reception and they would get someone to deal with it.

After a lengthy phone call the reception staff apologized and said we could keep the room until 2pm, which having paid for the privilege of an upgrade, to me just doesn’t seem good enough.

Room with ocean view. Yes, kamar di sini, saat buka jendela langsung disuguhi laut. Loveable banget. Ketika buka pintu, ada pojok meja kerja, meja makan di tengah dan ada living room. Cukup luas. Kamar sebelah adalah bedroom. Baik di bedroom dan living room ada tv dan ac terpisah. Bathroom juga sangat luas dengan separate bathub, shower dan toilet. Complete aminities tapi ga ada bathrobe dan seasalt? I thought sekelas lv8 would prepare that. Service lumayan. Ketika minta mineral water segera dianter. Minus nya breakfast hambar, service lamban, dan di kamar banyak banget semut. OmG!

Room very big, ada living room yang luas bedroom comfy, but need little upgrade untuk lorong2nya karena sdh kliatan lama

Hotel bintang 5 di canggu yg sebenarnya cukup baik hanya saja spertinya kurang pemeliharaan. Ac kamar yg kami tempati kurang dingin di siang hari dan lantai kamar agak lengket.ukuran kamar sangat luas, waktu nginap sy ambil yg ada private pool nya (cukup bersih airnya). Kamar mandi yg super big dgn toiletries yg sangat lengkap. Nilai plusnya ada vue beach clubnya. Kolam renangx jg luas bgt. Viewnya keren ditambah lg klo sarapan pemandanganx ok mnyejukkan dan mhadap ke pantai.

Nice location. Quite beach. Nice ocean view pool. Just need to do better maintenance. Saw cables in the pool only strap with electrical tape, quite dangerous I think. Paint in some places also need to be fixed. Some broken equipment in the fitness room. Breakfast should be more colorful. All in all, it's still a nice place if you can get promotion rate.

Bad and don’t come
Yesterday we checked in, and we found the floor is really dirty and no hot water for shower, all the facilities are old and smelly.so we asked to change room, the front desk guy said ok! But wait until today because it’s full reservation now, we understand that. So this morning we called again, the front desk guy say asked me who promise me? How could I know? Isn’t it suppose the stuff take charge of?
This morning another stuff told us that today has wedding so we just can enjoy the pool until 2 pm.
I’m really disppointed, I was excited to live in here. Aren’t they suppose to tidy up the room before someone lives in?

It looks great on the photos.buy when we get here, wasnt as beautiful as it shown.

We stated 3 nights with 3 year old kid at room 320

This is my experience:
1. Room wise was huge and spacious but a bit dusty when we entered
2. Bathroom was huge but the showers heads need more maintenance
3. Bed was great and comfy
4. Lobby wasnt great at all, looks like 25 years old building
5. Front office service was very very very slow and not too friendly when we contact by phone
6. Breakfast not so great. The only thing delicious is egg and salad
7. Beach was great and clean
8. Pool was huge but need more maintenance
9. We experience great saxophone jazz music at the Vue beach club

Overall. Its ok to stay at the Lv8 but i dont think its kids friendly and perhaps enjoying at the Vue beach club is a great relaxing point
