Mad Ronin Canggu

Salah satu opsi pe-ramen-an di Canggu. Saya pesan tonkotsu classic, dengan harga tersebut porsinya cukup kenyang dan tidak pelit dagingnya serta kuah yang mantap. Untuk lokasi parkir mungkin bisa numpang di frestive seberang karena tidak ada space untuk parkir dan sangat tidak disarankan untuk street parking mengingat jalanan yang sangat kecil dan padat terutama yang membawa mobil.

Eating Ramen and good Japanese food while watching the intense traffic of Canggu, with Reggae music and Balinese beer: priceless. A rewarding experience!

Best ramen in canggu. We tried many places and this is unbeatable. Fast service. Super cool interior and music. Most importantly it has AC which is definitely a plus for a ramen place in this hot weather.

Tempat makan ramen yg lokasinya nyempil di belokan Jl. Pantai Batu Bolong (patokan Pepito), mesti hati2 jg krn tanpa plang penanda takut kelewatan. Cukup kecil, tp suasananya calming. Aku pesan Tonkatsu Classic & Tonkatsu Hell Bowl. Kuahnya gurih kaya rasa tp tidak terlalu tebal.

Tempatnya kecil, tp cozy. Cuma sayang ga ada signase di depan, jadi bisa membingungkan. Patokannya setelah pepito ya.
Ramennya enak, tp pilihannya ga banyak. Coba yang black garlic deh, lbh gurih. Pembayaran hanya bisa tunai. Kalo bawa mobil, parkir di dekat atm aja. Pinggir jalan.

I ordered the classic one and it taste average for me. The place is small, but the service is good. They are cash only and it quite annoying.

This branch isn't as good as the one in Seminyak. We ordered the same thing as the one we ate in Seminyak, in here the broth seemed to be watered down, it's not thick, and less intense flavor.

The service is not good, the 2 guys who were sitting outside knew we went inside the restaurant, and it took a while for them to come inside and serve us, while we were confused whether they are open or not today there was no one inside the restaurant.

For a quiet expensive ramen, they are CASH only.

Plus, we take it to go, and they didn't even bother to provide a bag, I'm sure a paper bag wouldn't be too expensive looking at the price of the ramen, imagine if I didn't bring my own bag, 2 plastic bags of boiling ramen broth, how am I supposed to carry them?

Definitely won't come back.

Average taste. Small portion, wasn’t close to full after eating. Expensive @ 100k including tax for ramen. Much better places to go in Canggu such as XiaHouse 2 mins away.

Had the black garlic ramen, it tasted quite delicious but I think the place was quite small and price a little bit expensive (85k). For ramen lovers should try Mad Ronin

It was just oke. This resto require cash only for payment which so disappointing for me. I thought going to have a great taste of iced lemon tea as I have in Petitenget. But the taste here is far away. Much like sour tea with lemon.

Great ramen, the broth is killer, really flavorful and savory but not too heavy either. The noodles are nice and firm. A bit pricey, but my order came with free drinks so alls good. Place is a bit small though, but it was empty when I came by so it was quite a nice experience

Tertarik dengan ramen shop ini karena mereka punya menu black garlic ramen. Kuah tonkotsunya cukup kuat ditambah perpaduan blackgarlic yang membuatnya sangat gurih, dagingnya juicy dan smokey. Satu lagi yang saya suka adalah mereka menggunakan thin noodle. Untuk harga bila dilihat per porsi ramen cukup mahal, tapi saya kira itu sepadan karena mereka memberikan free ocha dan side dish (beda promo setiap harinya)

Love Mad Ronin! So happy to have them in Canggu area. Easy, yummy Japanese comfort food. Been coming to Mad Ronin for the past 4 years.
