Our friend recommended this restaurant, and despite my husband booking last minute, just a day ago, we ended up with the least favorable table – tucked away in a dark corner next to where staff gathered, and it was uncomfortably warm. Initially dissatisfied, a male staff member with glasses approached, asked about our experience, and promptly offered to relocate us upon hearing our concerns.

His ability to understand our preferences was exceptional, and the swift response exceeded our expectations. The food also lived up to its greatness.

Stunning cathedral-like restaurant that really serves well as a date night spot but also for celebrations. A great introduction to traditional Indonesia flavours with a refined presentation.

We had the dinner tasting menus, one with the vegan option. The normal menu was stunning, however the vegan menu could be adjusted slightly as there were 3 dishes with the same base (which was a very strong Indonesian curry-like sauce). Towards the end it turned me off to taste the same strong flavours again.

Cocktails were amazing and no complaints there.

We had a thoroughly good time overall.

Interiors are truly mesmerising and the food is just mouth watering. I am surprised that this restaurant is not topping every list in bali! We will be back again as it deserves more than one visit.

Super spacious, music echoes through the air. Looks grand but feels like dining in the forest at the same time. Cooling and chill. Food is great, from greens to sauces to meat. Mini soup on the house and juices are fresh. Surely recommend

Came 4 years ago for my girlfriends 21st and we returned last night - it completely surpassed our expectations! The tasting menu which was exceptional and the service equally as good. We also tried the taste of Indonesia cocktail deal and all the drinks were very tasty. Definitely on the expensive side for Bali but totally worth it, definitely recommend for a special occasion!

Outstanding food and service. Beautiful restaraunt and the staff were amazing. Complimentary soup provided. Probably number 1 so far out of all the restaraunts we have visited in Seminyak!

Had my birthday dinner at this restaurant. Food was beyond amazing. Service was also excellent. I highly recommend that you try the nasi goreng. It tasted nothing like the ones I’ve had before

Every year every time Indonesian food at is best. Absolute must to visit during your stay in Bali. Reservation needed. Just magic.

Place is absolutely beautiful, in a glasshouse, atmosphere is divine. Service was outstanding however, they really do hover around your table. We kind of felt like they were watching our every move, which was a bit uncomfortable. We ordered a few items which was recommended by the waiters. The food looked absolutely amazing but it wasnt our style, we really wanted to like it, but the 5 of us had to force ourselves to eat what we could. I was recommended this place and we wont be going back.

The place is well-designed and very cozy. But the foods are quite pricey for indonesian food. You can find food like this in many places in indonesia with cheaper price. But overall great ambience, great place, good food

Went there with 4 of my friends for his bachelor party dinner to have an exquisite dining experience and service was good and so was the atmosphere hence the 2 star review. But that's where it went downhill after, for starters we had beef shank croquette/goat sliders & bluefin tuna (the tuna tasted rancid. Maybe the chef should check it & taste it before sending the food out). As for the other 2 starters they were good. We had the octopus & some kind of mixed seafood bowl slipper lobster and catish for entree and we were all dissapointed with the flavours and freshness of the ingredients even the taro itself didn't taste right. I understand that the local flavours have lots of strong spices which i myself do enjoy but the flavours of the octopus did not go well together. As for main course we had the king prawn soup beef cheeks and the whole white snapper the king prawn broth was great in flavour but potatoes were under cooked which kind of ruined the dish the beef cheeks was really nice. As for the whole white snapper it was overcooked and started to get chewy. All of us went back to our vacation home that night with bloated stomachs and didn't feel to well the next day which is surprising as we wouldn't expect getting it from such a exquisite place, I myself am a chef and I know from experience where i would get my food poisoning from. Hopefully your venue will majorly improve on the standard & quality of your food as you have such a great location and venue.

A modern take on Indonesian food served in a unique, modern atmosphere. Recommend for a nicer dinner out in Bali. We quite enjoyed our meal. We ordered the Siobak Bebek, a roast duck meal served on top of red cabbage along with a few side dishes. They served a small chicken curry type dish to everyone as a start which was a nice touch. All the food was excellent. Good cocktail and wine menu. While certainly less expensive than a similar restaurant outside of Bali, it was a but more expensive than what we've become accustomed to in Bali. While they don't appear to have a very strict dress code (their website only restricts "men's singlets) most customers were well dressed.

Very dark. Was expecting 5 star food however it was not good at all. The staff tried but the level of English was very poor and I struggled to explain to them what vegan was. Pretty disappointed.

We had the 10 course meal last night. All courses were amazing. The chocolate desert was surprisingly good - made us stop talking to just keep eating it. Well priced at 650k IDR per head. Lime Crush Cocktail was good.

Food and ambience is great. It's a must visit restaurant if you come to Bali. Fusion Indonesian cuisine using Indonesian and Western ingredients.

We ordered pork belly, pork ribs, and lamb per waitress recommendation. There were no regrets. I thought all three dishes really paired well with the Cabernet I ordered.

Beautiful food, wonderfully presented. Interior architecture is unique and lovely lit up at a night but it is a bit dark in the restaurant! Pricey for the local area but this is a high-end place.

A great place to bring a date, if they’re someone who favors ambience and good tableside service over the food. The staff were enthusiastic and courteous, ambience was classy as most upscale restaurants are.

The food, however, was frankly overrated. I came ready to experience what is claimed to be “some of the best food in Bali”, but while the dishes were decent they were unfortunately, not very much authentic in flavors. Everything just fell a little short of the mark, and the copywriting on the menu was probably more inventive than the dishes themselves. Perhaps the flavors were tweaked to suit the clientele that visits the place, but I’d head elsewhere if your focus is the food you’re tasting.

Had dinner here with my girlfriend as it was recommended by all the friends that have been here, but unfortunately we were thoroughly disappointed. A gave the one star rating for the atmosphere of the restaurant and it is a nice place to bring a date, if you were only interested in the appearance instead of the food. We ordered snapper, King prawn and fried rabbit for entere, as well as lobster and reef fish for main. The flavor of the dishes were very ordinary, and that's not even taking into account the price. Our bill came out to be 1.3mil IRD with 2 cocktails and 2 bottles of water. If you like food, you are better off going to somewhere else, like Locavore.

Overall super yummy food and cool service. Loved it when Dj Laura Lusten played there as the Dj. Everybody had so much fun. Amazing interior. Worth trying out!

As usual the food was good. Nice ambience with lots of natural light coming in. Real birds flying indoors. Rain sound was audible in the restaurant which makes it very real.

The place looked posh for fine dining kind of experience, with trees and water features as part of the decoration. The food were delicious with the details attention to.

Food was great. Shared the small bites (lobster dumpling, beef shank bun, pork jowl), crispy duck, sweet potato fritters (our least favorite), beef cheek, and two desserts. My favorite was the crispy duck. The beef cheek was really tender but it’s definitely familiar flavor profiles I’ve had before. Don’t pass on the dessert! Amazing

Good food but great ambience. The way the restaurant is laid out is amazing. From the outside you'd never guess how beautiful the inside is - fluted columns that light the space, a ramp to the second floor.not that the food isn't goid but the decor really needs to be seen first hand.

Best place ive ever eaten at. Food and venue was spectacular.
The setting layout is impressive. Attentive staff, though hate to say reception looked so sour/unhappy being there. Even going to say the food is the best food ive ever had in my dam life.

Go another place to taste some authentic indonesian food. 1st, the food was not really authentic. 2nd, portion was too small to compare what you pay. 3rd, service was lame, arrogant door girl with no smile and you were stared like you were unwelcomed, and also one of staff rudely refused to take our picture when my girlfriend politely asked. She said she was very busy and refused us with her weird hurry gesture in front of our table, even just for a second to push shutter of camera? The restaurant was not packed at the time btw.

Overrated. Like why should this be better then any old warung on the street corner? Oh yeah, because they spent millions on the interior which looks great, butbut the food is average and service just OK. They whole thing just felt pretentious, no feeling or passion anywhere. Don't know what all the hype is about.

Flexible and thorough service through out the night. Food was a tad bit salty but quality was definitely up to it’s fine dining standard. Staff even surprised my partner with a birthday dessert. Romantic and special place for celebrations or even just to chill.

Wow. Best Indonesian food I've ever had. They do a modern take on all the classics you love, and everything is very, very well executed. The ambience is very vibrant and the interior is awesome. Super high ceilings with big trees inside, comfy chairs, nice staff, all boxes ticked. If you're with a big group (6-12) you can have you're own semi private table (like a train coupe) next to the kitchen, with dark red velvet couches. Put the table full of food, cocktails (from their well assorted bar) and wines, and you're good to go for an excellent evening.
