Miro's Garden Restaurant

What a beautiful garden setting! Absolutely loved the garden feeling for seating. It was so beautiful. Food was good, I had ordered lumpia and Miro's choice (dips).

Nice looking place, unfortunately the food and drinks are low quality, the prices mid-high.

There were few people, we were quickly served when we arrived around 7: 30 p.m.
Lumpia vegetable spring rolls have incredible flavor!

The Balinese tuna was very good but too dry for my taste, it's a cooked tuna not half-cooked.the accompanying lemongrass coconut curry sauce is exactly the flavor we have in mind when we return to Bali!

The chicken is hearty and tender and the sauce is the same as for tuna!

The garden is sublime. Very romantic place, frogs, Buddha, garlands, garden.

Disappointed by this restaurant which apparently makes you want to go in but which ultimately does not live up to what we might expect.
In addition to having a waitress who was not at all smiling, we waited 1 hour before being able to receive our starter. Which didn't allow us to take our time to taste the dishes, since we almost got kicked out of the restaurant because it was closing. So we had to get one of the takeaways due to lack of time.
A commercial gesture would have been appreciated, but we were refused this.
I also give it a rating of 2/5 because the food was very good.

We went to many restaurants in Bali and liked most of them, but this was the first time we were disappointed. We came here relying on reviews. The food can be called good. The main course in the photo was ok. It's better if you don't drink Lassi. As for desserts. I don't think I've ever had a worse dessert experience in my life. The fried banana had more egg than banana and tasted bad. The pancake was so sour and watery that we couldn't even eat it. And the worst parts: There are too many flies, mosquitoes and small insects at a level not found in other restaurants. Disturbing. Also the prices are expensive. Because tax is not included and also the service charge is high. I do not recommend.

They had a sign on the door saying they were open until 11 pm, we went at 10, an hour early and they told us the kitchen was closed.

Amazing food and service! Get the Tuna Bali, perfectly cooked! And the coconut ice cream is delightful!

We were looking for local food after seeing so many indian, mexican restaurants and this was highly rated. The menu has a great selection and the prices are good. The food was great, will 100% come back and watch life passing us by as we enjoy local foods. Tip. The restaurant goes far back, in amongst the trees! Otherwise, i recommend you can sit on the middle table, up on the balcony and directly under the fan.

Very local and inexpensive food. Their nasi campur is good to taste all their local seasonings.

Some of best local food we had in Ubud, and the setting is stunning. I see that people complain about the pizzas. We didn’t try it, but they should try Italian restaurants for pizza, not expecting a local Balinese to serve perfect pizzas.

Good Restaurant with a beautiful atmosphere, not directly at the street so there wasn't a lot of noise.

Prices are quit high but you can have a look at the menu before you enter without beeing forced to walk in.

Such a great experience at this restaurant. Food and service was wonderful. Would highly recommend the next time you are in Ubud.

I was lucky enough to go to Miro's on their second night of opening after being closed for the past two years.

The garden setting is beautiful and such a surprise.

The staff are very attentive and friendly.

The food was delicious and beautifully presented.

My friend had the spring rolls and the Poached Tuna Curry. She said they were excellent.

I had the Nasi Campur. Delicious.

We were going to have dessert but we were too full.

We have decided to go back tomorrow night to try more.including the desserts!

Good atmosphere, testy, big potion must try. We have ordered a lot of variety dishes. My favorite dish is chicken with rice. It was so good test. The entrance was so welcome. I prefer you to have a dinner l. It was so romantic. Finally it's the one of the best restaurant in Ubud.

Absolutely spot on! Had the nasi campur where you get a few variety of things and it's the best thing I've eaten in Ubud! Beautifully presented and good amounts of each too.

Choose any of the little 'gazebo' type huts to enjoy a tranquil meal in the lovely garden setting. Value for money, BYO & licenced. Good menu, large portions, & great tasting. Friendly service. Worth the visit. Cash only

Very good food. Really recommend the spiced chicken. Beautiful Balinese authentic flavours and very relaxing and inviting green scenery.

I had the best duck dish here. It was on the Balinese dish list and it tasted a bit similar to KFC but with much more flavour and complex flavouring and spices. The service was very friendly and the price was humble for central tourist town. The owner kindly showed us good places to go and correct information.

I tell you what, after i come to this place, i know there's hidden treasure in Ubud that i have almost missed, and here we are.

Ambiance, Food, and ancient Balinese compound, just as good as the old time was, the combination of those three fulfill my intelligence and emotional needs, well, my apologies about my to review because it is hard to explain guys, try this out!

This restaurant felt like an oasis even though it's on the main street in Ubud. You might miss the entrance as all you see are steps leading up. The staff were friendly, although the food took a little while, it wasn't an issue (nothing feels urgent when you're in Ubud). The food was well price and delicious. If you need a little break from the noise and busyness, this place is perfect.

We stumbled into this place and we are so glad we did. It has a beautiful garden area and you can sit in a gazebo style table. It had delicious balinese cuisine and the service was outstanding.

We had the babi guling set meal and it came with a chinese like chicken soup dish. The main meal came with 2 small pieces of soggy skin, lots of chunky meat covered with overly-salty paste and a side of sambal that was too spicy for us to enjoy (mind you, we eat harbanero sauces by the bottles at home). The chicken satay was dry and so were the vegetables. Service was less than desirable too. Will not return nor recommend. There are many other places with more authentic food in Bali.
