Monsieur Spoon Umalas

My daughter got seriously ill yesterday while eating a bacon sandwich. I contacted the restaurant in order to understand and warn of a cold chain problem that was not being respected. My message was read but no response, it's lamentable, Mr. Spoon does not care about people who are seriously ill because of poor hygiene in the kitchens.

Karyawan sibuk cerita bukannya perhatikan pesanan orang malah sibuk cerita.sampai Nunggu lama tolong di peringatkan karyawannya supaya kerja jangan santai aja

Worst croissant in Bali. We had a chocolatier that was cold and almond croissant dry and look 3 days old. The product quality of this place is Change. There are much better place around

This is a really nice bakery and cafe with places dotted around Bali. Unfortunately today wasn't a typical experience. But I still recommend them.

Nice little place for breakfast. One of the many Monsieur Spoon in Badung regency (Bali). But it's hard to find parking for car as the place is small. Best use bicycle or motorbike if you want to come to this place. Shop attendants are friendly and helpful. Best of all: the croissants, bagel, and baguette!

Pelayanan yang Lelet dan No Profesional banget kepada saya, dengan para super karyawan yg kelewatan pintar bgt, sehingga menjadi Lupa diri dan menjadi lupa akan yang namanya etika sopan santun kepada costumer yg dia lihat costimer itu, karena menganggap hanya seorang tukang ojek Online saja costumer nya! Sayang sekali resto sebagus ini dihuni staff yg kaya begitu sihh. ‍️‍️‍️

Jauh jauh ambil pesanan sampai di resto pesananya kosong.
Kalau memang stoknya engga ada kenapa engga matin aplikasinya.

Baca di facebook tentang kasir yang ga respect sm driver ojol.harusnya di masa pendemi dan sulit ini harus memaximal kan jasa ojol. Mohon jadi perhatian karena saat pendemi seperti ini customer juga lbh milih jasa online ketimbang keluar.

The food was amazing, great texture and balance of the food, great quality its a nice cozy place. The croissants are so good highly recommend, flaky buttery and chocolate so good. I just can't stop eating them the coffee is also really good.

There is a menu for breakfast while drinking hot coffee, perfect for relaxing with your partner. You can order via Gojek or eat on the spot.

Tolong kasir atas nama Ni Nyoman Lilik Normayanti di training lagi untuk cara berbicaranya, kalau orang salah itu bisa diberitau baik", bukannya langsung marah" dengan cara ngegas seenaknya, dari perusahaan tolong di tindaklanjuti lagi.
Dan satu lagi buatkan materi training staffnya bagaimana cara menghargai orang, jangan memandang orang itu dari luar saja, siapapun yang datang ke toko anda itu adalah tamu dan membutuhkan pelayanan yang terbaik.

Good croissant.decently good coffee. Place is a bit small and cramped, but usually empty, so i dont mind. Its a bit hard to.spot on the road so need to watch out.in terms of privacy, there is none. Better go to the one on pettitenget.

Small bakery but their croissant is the BEST! They have a few branches in Bali. Check them out.

Overall slightly below average. Coffee bad by similar standards. Croissant good, not as good as good as folie. Chairs and tables small and uncomfortable. Wouldn't recommend.

Used to love this place. New Jakarta owners decided to impose new rules, so you can't get a ham sandwich in a French bakery anymore. Actually half of the breakfast menu is not available anymore because of this reason. One less good place to go in the area.

Very poor respectively not existing service. Was sitting outside, only 2 other tables occupied. Staff came out twice to clean another table and to bring food to another guest, but didn't recognize me, went inside again and preferred to talk with the other staff behind the bar. After I was able to call the waitress after some time and order a coffee, it was the same issue with paying. As staff was busy with talking to each other for minutes, I had to go inside for paying. First and last time visiting this place, as there are loads of other cafés with even more attractive breakfast offers all around in that area.

I love Monsieur Spoon! It was the first meal I had when I arrived at 8pm in Bali and my last meal (breakfast) before I flew back home early morning. Delicious food accompanied by the cosy cafe setting and affordable pricing for the food items. Strongly recommend Monsieur Spoon!

Was carving for their croissants and some coffee, i came on Sunday around 5pm. Their business hour says its open until 9Pm. And i was asking for the menu, and they say they already closed! No explaination or any good respond!

The place was very soothing, calming, comfy, and super cute! Fell in love with their Lemon Maringue. I love the outdoor area, you can see a green rice field view, great place for read book, chillin, listening to music, or sketching. The price is reasonable. Totally recommend this place. It's perfect for me time, or chillin with your partner.

Although it's quite small place, yet we had an awesome breakfast! Yummz croissant ham & cheese + hot cappucino, saute mushrooms, as my fav.

I’m upset; (so bad! No fresh juice, ask to change and guys bring me another juice and it’s still no fresh! The avocado is like sprite.never come back more. So sad. Two years ago was lovely place.

Couldn't get tired of their croissants. Tried their menu called pepito and it was incredible! It has vanilla custard and the chocolate somehow melted making it even tastier

You can’t really fault the place. Only that it’s a little heavy on the prices. Still.locals that have extra coin come here. It’s definitely good quality and a nice atmosphere. Although that coffee machine is really noisy. If you are in a conversation inside.just wait fir the coffee machine to finish. You can’t beat that coffee machine.

Good to see they use paper straws as well.

Our third hotel we stayed at was just down from here, we went everyday.

It was fantastic.

Pelayanan ramah cepat dan tempat cukup nyaman dan romantis. Untuk harga standart resto dan wisata ya guys. Tempat parkir ready buat motor. Sudah banyak memiliki costumer dan relasi, cabang tersebar beberapa di bali dan sudah ternama untuk belanja bakery atau cake.

Food is awesome. I tried the avocado toast, the french breakfast and the salmon bagel. Everything was delicious.
Juices and coffee are also very good.

Tasty french bakery and pastry with multigrain, wholegrain, croissants, pains au chocolat, etc.
It is a very small outlet with a terrace but no garden nor view, unlike their nearby Batu Belig street outlet.

Just a simple tiny place to share a good coffee, tasty cakes and bakery, while listening to good ambient music.
No expectations, no disappointments, all good.
