Just LOVE IT! Body feels great after had balinese massage, clean and friendly staffs, nice facilities, you also can take a shower after. Will be back for sure!

The service here is SO off, they kinda like Robots, 1h30 massage finished earlier, and the technics are inconsistent, on the surface, and not on points, you can literally feel their impatience, they just get in before you finish changing the cloths and watching there. Then upon finish they left the tea on the storage cabin and let you drink your tea standing on the exit.felt offended really. Will not be back. 马路马杀鸡不推荐。

My overall experience was average.

The massage had moments of feeling good but fleeting.

The vibe felt lacking of care for customer.

If I had paid 70k then it would be 5 star.
But I paid 165k and it wasn't worth it

That was the worst massage I’ve ever had.
For sure NOT RECOMMEND
I got so upset I lost time for it.
1,5 hour the lady just put the oil on me without any massage/pressure, she was super tired and I just thought she fall asleep spontaneously….
Also they charge the taxes extra, so the price was higher at the end. Completely lost of money!

Saya sudah langganan massage di SPA ini sejak 2018, tempatnya adem, welcome drink dan ginger tea nya enak, therapistnya jangan ditanya, pijatannya sangat tepat dan bikin ketagihan harganya murah. HIGHLYBRECOMMENDED

I didn't expect the hot stone massage to be that good and relaxing. Ica was doing her job so good, she knows what she is doing. Thanks for this last massage experience in Bali! I would come back for sure if I didn't have to go back home today

It was Space for 1 hour Massage, tried to match the time.within a minute in the middle of conversation.fully booked.unprofessional reservation staff.

Good place to get massage to relieved your stress and recharge your energy. Recommend to try their hotstone massage. Nice staff and applying protocol covid nice and properly.

Great massage and the price is affordable! But maybe they can improve their place because you can hear the noise from down stairs when u are in the massage room.

Perbaharui ulasan. Dari sejak saya tinggal di Bali 2013, saya sudah berlangganan. Dan sangat nyaman. Therapist disesuaikan. Info aja ke receptionist mau therapist yg bagaimana. Tekanan keras atau sedang. Harga menurut saya cukup murah dengan fasilitas yang sangat baik. Ada welcome drink, setelah selesai pijat juga diberikan lagi minuman hangat dengan rasa yang sangat enak. Ada fasilitas mandi juga bagi yg ingin mandi. Sampai saya pindah ke jimbaran, saya tetap bela belain ke sini karena fasilitas lebih baik dan harga cukup murah dibandingkan spa yg pernah saya cobain di sekitar jimbaran nusa dua. Pernah sih dulu dapat therapist kurang pas, tapi sepanjang saya berlangganan baru itu aja kecewa. Dan kekecewaan itu saya sampaikan ke receptionist. Alhamdulillah gak pernah kecewa lagi. Love u so much deh "My Spa"

I was request 2hours massage include body scrub. I remember we started at 14.30 but we finished at 16.00 (include shower). It was so quick and rush, the massage technique was so boring, she repeat the same step till 6 times. And we can’t showering on the bathub, she said we must pay more for it LOL. Price are bit expensive for local.

I've been there 2 times and 2 times the massage lasted only 50 minutes. When I was asking why I paid for 60 minutes but only got only 50 minutes they told me the last 10 minutes are for showering.but I don't wanted a shower.

Furthermore the one of the women was using her smartphone while the massage - absolute no-go!

The massage was okay but definitely not good.

Resepsionisnya kurang ramah dan salah ambil orderan saya yg sudah berkali2 minta hot stone tapi dikasih massage biasa. Kondisi uda capek banget dan bela2in pergi dari rumah demi hot stone tapi zonk. Sedih.

Pijetnya seperti cepet.mandi abis pijetan dksi wktu sedikit.mgkin krn hrganya 200rban makanya kurang enak saya rasakan.

Mengecewakan, pelayanan kurang ramah. Massage tidak berasa, seperti di raba" saja. Suka mengulur waktu dengan menyapu saat di treatment. Perlu motivasi buat para therapist biyar semangt kerja
Nota pembayaran tidak di beri, rule'nya di beri free treatment sebesar 500k. Berhubung kecewa jadi percuma juga ngambil treatment 500k karena kemungkinan pelayanannya bakal sama saja.

Kalau lagi capek dengan pekerjaan pasti datang kesini untuk pijat atau sekalian ambil paket nya. Sekali kali memanjakan diri lah cuma resepsionis nya ga pernah kenal dengan pengunjung walau cuma sekali sebulan datang nya

This was my first time coming here, I really enjoyed it and wanted it more even though I took a massage and scrub package (for 2 hours), Love the service, and the place so relaxing! I think this is the best place I've ever been to. For a cheaper price you can order through Traveloka, Love this place so much!

I have been a regular at My Spa for a couple of years. The massages are consistently very good. Clean facilities. And great staff.
