To avoid, the customer service is deplorable, it does not respect its customers and it is VERY expensive.

So happy with the services, the repair guys so profesional and explained the issues very well so I can I understand and decide what i have to do with my phone. Really happy with that.

Alex is a pro! He gets the job done with no hassles. He was very clear with me that I could have a potential disaster on my hands but in the end, he was able to work some magic and I got my laptop back in working order.

The nicest and kindest computer guy i’ve met who’s truly passionate about computers and electronics. I had a macbook pro screen issue and he gave me step by step instructions on calling apple support to get a free replacement part. See him and get your electronics fixed!

Alex is the professional I was looking for! With a serious issue of logic board degradation of my macbook pro which stoped working entirely he managed to fix my laptop for less than quoted. Apple would have suggested replacing the laptop entirely no doubt. If you have any Tech issues i would highly recommend going to Alex. A true specialist and all round nice guy!

Ecellent service! Alexander speaks perfect english and has as straight forward costumer service. He was able to repair even the logicboard on my german macbook (air) within 3 days. Not cheap, but defintely worth it if you want to get your computer fixed. Highly recommend.

Quite terrible service, cleaning for laptop 500k - 2m. Rp, wont tell you beforehand what exactly it costs even if you give him the exact model. Price is literally 4x what others charge. ICT Bali charges 150-250k and has better service

Add. 2 things, me not letting you work on my laptop had nothing to do with covid but rather you giving a 500k-2m price range which is ridiculous. I dont drive 16 km, twice, just to find out the price. The range is just far too big, 500k x 4 is 2m. The reason I didnt come is because you couldn't identify a 30% range, you identified a 400% range.

The second thing. Why do you compare labour cost from Austria with Bali? Do you have the same cost of living as well? Basic income on Bali is 2m, in Austria its 30m just for your information but its completely irrelevant. The price should simply be based on your time no matter where the customer comes from because we dont earn Austrian salaries here.

Alex was incredibly helpful diagnosing my computer. Took the time to explain everything and in the end when repairs were not worth the cost of the computer, he was honest and let me know. Highly recommend.

Alex is a good guy, he helped me to slove the problem with my mac 11,6 inch. He's able to repaired it which previously couldn't be repaired by another repair shop. The cost offered were also reasonable and the process was detailed. Very professional computer hardware technician. I brought my old notebook and he cleaned it up for a good price. He did the job within 24h.

We also had interesting conversations about technology. Highly recommended if you computer needs maintenance or repair.

I highly recommend this company. I had a lenovo laptop with multiple faults. The intro and initial diagnosis was superb. One of the best without a doubt, my mac just wouldnt start and i tried everything, it was just completely dead. So i took it to Nyama Bali soho and they gave me the best service and gave back life to my mac after only 4 days. The best in Bali

Trustworthy, professional, flexible, and quick! My 2013 macbook pro wouldn't turn on, no matter how many tricks I tried. It was diagnosed quickly (corroded motherboard), and repaired in ≈5 days in time for my flight home!

I was curious on the price vs.back home: I looked into it, and I think I got a very solid deal. It's more than a month later, my laptop works great (probably far better than before with all the dust he also removed)!

Alex is great at diagnosing the issues and providing solutions. Had a Dell laptop with motherboard issues and Nyama fixed the difficult issue. Would recommend highly. Top communication and fast quality service.

My wife had dropped her iPhone and it later got splashed by water from the pool and the screen switched off and all we saw were lines. After searching for a repairs person we went to Alex and he assisted us professionally. He even fixed other things on the phone. I highly recommend him oh did I mention that he even booked a taxi ‘blue bird’ for us? It’s a cheaper way of getting around Bali and we got it all thanks to Alex

Went to Nyama Bali SOHO to get my iphone 6 fixed. Alex provided professional service and advice, he quickly diagnosed the problem with my phone (LCD screen was broken) and gave me three different screen options from cheap to good quality. He was meticulous with his work, cleaning everything as he repaired my phone and ensuring the phone was in correct working order.

I would return if needed, I would call first to double check that Alex 's shop is open for business.

Alex has experience, probably more than anyone in the area, and know very good about what he talks. I went to another PC repair shop but they did not a great service. Alex made a fast and profesional repair.

Professional service. Good levels on English spoken by the staff. They were very good at discussing possible effects of spilling beer on my laptop, and putting in place a short-term fix so I could use it before I got back to the UK (they could have fixed it permanent but I had to fly out and there wasn't time to get a part). Very helpful and genuine people.
