We had a really bad experience here.
On dropping off our film the staff were friendly and the price is super affordable for film development.
However we received our 4 rolls of scanned film back and 2 were almost completely blank / black. The next 2 rolls were shot on an automatic camera in a mix of high and low lighting (which I have shot on for over 5 years) and there were about 10 photos in each roll ruined by being too dark / indistinguishable - these were daytime photos and other images on the same roll taken in similar lighting were developed fine. It seems like a few cuts were underdeveloped or rushed because there was so much inconsistency within each roll.
Not only was this devastating to lose precious memories and content used for work, upon contacting the store about this the staff repeatedly harassed my partner over WhatsApp to delete his review and made us feel very uncomfortable. They also shared a link to our negatives publicly online to prove it wasn't a development issue - but none of the negatives that related to the failed photos.
It was an unprofessional and unkind experience and I'd like to warn anyone who has sentimental or professional attachment to their photos to be aware of this.

We developed 4 rolls of film that documented our entire holiday here and all 4 rolls were mostly ruined. What seems like a rushed/skinted developing process has left our memories lost. If you are sentimental of your film, think twice.

Super quick and reliable. Dropped off my film in the afternoon, had it developed and scanned within 24 hours. Good quality scans.
