I love the clothes from Oysho, the bikinis look cute but they don't have size S so I chose size M and one of the staff was funny, she spoke in Chinese and was like "what's up? "

Just bought a cargo pant for my wife. I asked for the new one (not the display item). Storekeeper told me to wait. I’ve waited for almost 20 minutes. She said the items must be checked in the basement. The storekeeper was also rude and very unfriendly. I immediately don’t like her the first time I visit the store. Very disappointing.

Bought clothes for over €100. We wanted to return something and were told by the saleswoman that it wasn't possible. No returns possible!

Worst customer service ever
My girlfriend has been shopping at OYSHO for 6 years, we have dozens of clothes at home. Here in Bali, she bought a bra, the straps of which fell apart after two weeks of wear (material defect). The day after the bra broke we had to fly to Europe. After returning to Bali (2 months after purchase), we immediately went to claim it.
At first the saleswomen told us that the bra would simply break by wearing it and that they would not claim it.
In the end they handed me over to the Manager, who laughed at me on the phone, that they won't complain to us, that they don't have any warranty in Indonesia.
Unfortunately, this store brought shame to the entire OYSHO brand, which always has great customer service around the world

Selalu suka belanja di toko ini. Pilihan baju, underwear dan lainnya emang ga terlalu banyak, tapi kualitasnya bagus dan awet. Pelayanannya juga ramah dan cepat sekali melayani pelanggan.

Always love shopping at this place. I love their socks the most. Believe it or not. The quality is top notch. You won't regret to buy their socks.

Jauh-jauh dari denpasar ke store buat check out sebagian pake voucher MAP eh alat nya error. Tau gitu minta gosend aja. Buang-buang waktu
Maybe it should be required for all stores to check all their equipments before opening.
I like Oysho’s sportswear.very comfortable, body shaping, I usually buy their bra top & leggings for yoga/pilates/etc with no issue back in Jakarta.

I don’t understand why such a poor service, I just had to ask the girls who work in this store they make such faces.can you look for another job or just stay at home?
