Ordered a surfboard board bag two weeks in advance. Was told it would be ready in 5 days.

One week later: “oops we forgot, don’t worry we’ll have it ready before your flight”

Day before my flight: “we have the wrong bag, but just take it since you don’t have time to make a new one…”

Pretty shady, be careful here, don’t get taken advantage of by these guys.

The best surf accessory shop on the island. They have a large selection of fins in both Futures and FCS 2. They are really high quality and reasonably priced! The owner is super knowledgeable and will spend as much time as you need to get you the perfect fin setup for your board. They also sell board bags, T’s, leashes, traction pads, board shorts and anything else you could possibly need for surfing. Highly highly recommend you stop in!

We received great advice, first via WhatsApp with the owner and then in the store with a very nice and competent saleswoman. The shop is beautifully decorated and you can see that there is a lot of passion behind it. Ordered 1 board sock for myself, 1 board sock, a board bag with extra foam and 2 leashes for my girlfriend's longboard. Super fast production, great quality, everything was delivered directly to us and at an unbeatable price. Thank you very much, we will definitely order something from you again!

PalmBayBali is my favorite little surf shop in Bali. Dougie runs a great business. He and his staff know their stuff, and offer great gear/clothing/bags. I’m big fan of their fins. They offer all of the famous templates made to the same standard as the big companies, but I am more excited about their own designs. My favorite fins are Dougie’s twin fin templates. And of course, the best custom board bags in Bali! They are incredibly accommodating and communicative, and most importantly, they love to surf.

Absolutely love this place! Staff are super nice and professional. I called to purchase a knee leash and they delivered it to me to my house. Delivery was REALLY quick (same day) and delivery guy was really nice too. The leash seems pretty sturdy and durable, plus it's very pretty. They gave me a free bamboo straw and some stickers too! Great shop, great service and great fins! Using the PBB 4.0 size L quad fins on a 105L SUP pro wave. The drive is amazing and the fins give the board more stability on bigger days to go down the line. Highly recommend for SUP surfing!
