A good budget hotel. Large comfortable rooms with private balcony. Breakfast a bit rubbish but you get what you pay for from memory nzd 5 each.
1 km from beach and 400mtrs to good restaurant

Value for money if you are ok with what seemed like an old property with very rundown rooms and average service. Good location though.

This place is beautiful, authentic, seriously, the hotel is sumerge on a Temple. Serve is friendly and if you are nice a make the effort to try to say some local words, they will smile at you. Breakfast is simple and fresh. Try chef omelette; it is cook to perfection. Swimming pool is beautiful and good for kids. Beach is at 1.5km; walking distance if you can tolerate the scary but safe traffic. Alternative rent a motorcycle across the road. We will definitely come back with friends.

The location of the hotel is fine, it is about a 20 minute walk to the beach and mam passes a lot of shops and food places on the way.

Breakfast was also nice. We had 6 nights with them, and had breakfast there 2 times as it was included in the price but ate out the rest of the days.

The rooms are large. Almost no water came out of the bath or the sink in the bathrooms - so we took a shower on the beach. Stinky smell from the bathroom… our AC broke one night. The towels are VERY used and had holes in them. Sheets are not changed.

Staff were fine enough, neither good nor bad. But not the typical happy people you usually meet in Bali. We think it was a nice place to stay as we only slept there and were otherwise in town or at the beach.

It was a fine hotel considering the price, but would neither recommend it nor book it again.

We really loved our 10 night stay at Puri Dewa. Lovely staff and quiet, beautiful pool area. We booked 2 family villas. They were spacious and clean. Breakfast was simple but lovely. Eggs cooked perfectly. Great value. Thank you for having us. We will return!

They also have some little fishes there too that you could feed them:) The interior looks so traditional also to lock the door. Breakfast mostly same menu but it's okay. I really love the pool! This is a very old place and I can see how difficult it was for them to survive. However the room was clean, the AC was fine, the toilet was clean, and breakfast was good. The place was also strategic so I could have an evening stroll around without taking my car. Above all, the staff were nice. Just hoping that the pool will be cleaned more regularly.

Hotelnya bagus, hening, kamar luas, bersih, etnical Bali. Tapi sayang, managemennya kurang baik.saya ketinggalan training pd tgl 30 Des 2019, namun saat dikonfirmasi ke hotel.jawabannya tidak ditemukan.

Very dissapointing. We were first put in Upstairs Villa No 119, the room air conditioning was warm, the toilet water bidet could nit be turned off. We brought these defects to the attention of the staff and we were "up graded" to a Super Delux room No 123. This room had a real bad odour like that of a stagnant drain, there were cockroach droppings on the bathroom floor and lizard droppings on the bathroom sink area. These droppings were there till we checked out even though the room was "cleaned" daily. The worst thing about this room was the stink.

The morning breakfast served at the coffee house is ok but you get the same food repeated every other day, so after the second day it's the same menu every day.

The staff are friendly and do their best to take care of their guest. Very nice people.

I think it is the managment that is not bothered to properly take care and maintain the rooms.

It is sad as this place has a nice ambiance and location but extreemly poor maintainance.

This is a great place, would stay again. In its day, this must have been a lavish place. It is a bit tired and not the cleanest. I mean it is hygienic but rough around the edges. Could do with a good spring clean. Hard to show in photos. You get what you pay for. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. 2 min walk to main Street, so very quiet Yet life to everything. Breakfast was included and wasn't bad. We stayed in a Villa. This is 2 seperate rooms with external stairs. Rooms are big, no need for wide angle to take shots. Downstairs is a beautiful private covered patio and couches. No good in evening due to mosquitos. Downstairs room has wood doors and wood shutters. Mossies get in. They have plug-in electric repelent and they spray rooms in the evening. We bought extra spray to do again before sleeping. Villas have nice views/aspects. We had 102 & 103. In back corner of property. The pool was bigger than expected from photos. Kids loved it.

First of all, the hotel atmosphere feels like an amazing escape in the middle of Bali; downtown. It has a swimming pool which is nice looking, and rooms that are spacious. Speaking of the breakfast menu which is all the same every single day, it needs some change, people get bored with it easily. But for an experience of living in village but downtown (actually) this is something special during my trip.transportation to anywhere is highly recommended by using online based app called grab or gojek.

Worst hotel, arrogant staff, I paid for villa but didn't give I came to know when I was leaving, paid for child but troubled me for 3 hours. Pathetic

Not clean- dirty, dark and very old looking, only one iron in the whole hotel and no ironing board. Dirty shower floors and fittings need replacing. Dont be fooled by the pictures shown on website. Padlocked doors, breakfast nothing to rave about. Not recommended

I've read some bad reviews but I don't see anything wrong with place. Garden and building is beautiful warm water works all day long, staffs are great, the pool is big enough and clean and location is good too. The only problem I have is the mosquito! Due to big garden and pool but that is not responsibility of hotel. I recommend this place and I'll return back when I come to Bali!

Definitive a place to come back! Good location (according the wife) but very mellow and relaxed.
Min points is sorry not have, last night in the place me and my wife planned to drink a bottle of red wine, seams out they have only one glass red wine left

I Known this Villas its very long time since 2004 of 15 years ago.
Have been stay here for 2 times, with my partner family guest tour 2 times, plus Bonus 1X on 2012 last year (7 years ago).

Average my guest Tour them said this Villa its very excellent, compare price, delucious food, friendly & helpfully stafg, Quite & silence place, enjoying Garden, Private Pool & Balinese of Culture.

During i stay here 2D/3N for by myself i take 1 Single/double Villa Room. Its very enjoying & Memorable time.

Booked a deluxe double room. The room was clean and spacious. Swimming pool area is great. Helpful staff. The only downside is how far away it is from the beach. Close to the shopping area though.

The service is great and the amenities are good for the very cheap price. Book through Agoda and get a huge deal.
The room is OK, they provide free water, there's a safe with a locker to store your passport and valuables in, the pool is good!
It is of a 20 min walking distance from Double Six Beach, grocery store, cafes, restaurants, souvenir shops, laundry service by 5-10 min.
They can book you a driver to your next destination, they are very flexible and accomodating, the price is a little higher than booking on the street but the driver is nice and trustworthy!

Terrible had no beds to sleep in
4 people to sleep in one bed or 3 in one and 1 on couch. No water in some rooms

5 star value, service and breakfast buffet. Rooms are starting to feel a little old though. Recommend.

Tempat yang sangat menyenangkan untuk tinggal (sementara) bersama pasangan atau keluarga Anda, aksesnya yang mudah dan gampang untuk kemana saja, misal tempat hiburan/ Night Club, Bar dan Restoran. Hanya dengan berjalan kaki ke arah barat Anda akan menemukan pantai double six/ 66, untuk menikmati pemandangan pantai yang menyegarkan dan menyaksikan mentari yang tenggelam di arah barat. Selamat Berlibur.

Beautiful hotel! Absolutely love the pool area and the historical look of the buildings. Wellcome drinks on arrival and afternoon tea near the pool was very special. Very spacious rooms, Friendly staff, Good Wifi connection, Good breakfast. Definitely value for money. It would have been superb if bathrooms were bit more clean and bit of a shine in metal utensils instead of rust.

Wir haben das Hotel über Agoda gebucht und waren positiv überrascht. Der Preis war unschlagbar günstig und das Zimmer unfassbar groß.
Natürlich etwas runter gekommen und etwas veraltet aber sauber und wirklich angenehm.
Der Pool war super, sauber und es gab immer frische Handtücher.
Das Hotel hätte auch ein Restaurant welches wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben.
Die Rezeption organisierte einen einwandfreien Rollerverleih für den üblichen Preis. Double Six Beach ist einfach die Straße runter! Wundervoll!
